The Mitsui Garden in Kyobashi is my go to hotel when traveling to Tokyo as it is a short walk away from Tokyo station. Staff is friendly, check in is fast. The room is small, however for those travelers who just need a bed and a shower this is a good option at the right price. Spotlessly clean, new hotel

Excellent and very new hotel near Tokyo station”
excellent hotel with contemporary decor , desined with business traveller in mind as there are many charging plug ins both in room and lounge and restaurant areas. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in providing information and directions. They have even ordered us a taxi on a very rainy day and provided umbrella. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great with mainly western food items and food with a high quality . location is about 6 to 8 min walk to Tokyo train station but also Kyobashi station 2 min away. Limo airport bus to either Haneda or Narita airport right next to the Tokyo train station

Clean rooms”
Small rooms but new and clean. Quite a long walk to Tokyo station. Complicated layout of the basement of the train station doesn’t help. Plus point is that hotel comes with complimentary tea and coffee all day beside check in counter.

I booked this for my colleagues who went to Japan for business trip. I got no complaints from them. Their location is strategic. The room tho rather small but clean and accommodative. Recommended for those who just need a room to rest but in city central.

Small but very clean and comfy room”
The room was quite small but we'll designed. It had everything a business traveler needs, from the trouser press, to an air filter, electric kettle, safe, and instant coffee. The staff provided free bottles of water daily and changed towels frequently. The only problem were the pillows which were a bit too hard for my taste but overall I was happy with this hotel. It's location near Tokyo Station made it a really convenient base from which to explore Tokyo.

Nearby subway station and Tokyo JR station. To go to the hotel it is more convenient to exit Yaesu South entrance and cross the traffic light once exit entrance u will see main road and on the left is Daimaru and MCD on the right side of the entrance. Go straight cross the rd u will see exit 27 continue straight till u see exit 24 take a right turn u will see Mitsui Hotel.

Big, clean and new rooms”
Hotel is about 5 to 10 mins walk from tokyo station and there are no stairs along the walking path. Rooms are bigger than rooms in tokyo. Staff is helpful and speak english. Self service laundry cost is cheap 400 yen for wash and dry with detergent provided.

Mitsubishi garden was a good last stop, near train to Narita”
We enjoyed our stay Mitsui garden Hotel. The rooms were small but we had everything we needed. They kindly took our luggage early in the morning so we could explore before checking in at 3pm. Loved the PJ’s they provided for sleeping.

We will stay the hotel again when we visit Tokyo in view from the location and pricing. Excelsior caffe is on 1st floor of the hotel building and Seven-Eleven is close to the hotel. Walking distance to JR Tokyo station. We made a great choice.

great location; walking distance to tokyo station and Ginza shopping area. room is small, toilet is small. but overall for a night stay is still alright. hotel rather rigid about the check in time. arrived from a red eye flight at about 930am. thought of they could let us check in by noon time but was told only 3pm able to. did not offer much help with regards to maps n vicinities. but we must say hotel is really clean and pretty looking

Definitely one of the best hotels that we have stayed at in Tokyo on our last trip, will definitely stay again, the room is a little bit larger than most hotel rooms in Japan. Good location as well as it is walking distance to Tokyo Station, we stayed here when we made a day trip to Hakone since it is very near Tokyo Station.

Very good Business hotel”
It's about 10mins walk from JR Tokyo Station give or take. Given it's location it's quiet no throngs of pedestrian except maybe if you chose to go via the underground which is quite a maze in itself. Unless you have a very good sense of direction I suggest otherwise. On a brighter note..once you got your bearings the underground is a haven of food and shopping..it is located amongst office buildings so not many tourist will venture this area..so it's rather quiet at night although there are pubs and bars just a block away should you want to have a drink or two..

Very pleasant stay, the staff was very helpful and lent us a weigh before our flight to make sure our luggage was within regulated weight. The interior design of the bed post area is composed of a picture riddle mimicking the old times of Edo. I recommend this hotel to all who wishes to explore Tokyo and get back to rest in convenient location and great service.

Good location, clean & comfortable ”
Very nice, clean hotel with 2 bottled water provided Everyday which is a plus although not enough for me 😬 easily accessible from tokyo station & yaesu underground shopping exit just around the corner. We had a few hours to go after check out so we stored our bulky luggages at lobby for free 🤗

Stayed here for two nights and will come back for sure. Very short walk from Tokyo station, great coffee next door and right down the street in Tokyo station. Short walk from Ginza shopping plazas. Worth the price tag!
