I was amazed by the quality of this hotel. Out of all the hotels in Tokyo, i think this level at this price can't be found. I really loved the breakfast, the cleanness, service people. Highly recommend.

Second time booking this hotel. I really liked taking my breakfast and dinner in the rooftop restaurant called Balcon. It has a view of Tokyo Tower. For the price I got, the room felt luxurious, clean, and spacious. Would totally recommend.

Mitsui Roppongi was great in general! Especially the staffs, they were very polite and welcoming. However, housekeeping was quite irregular, sometimes missing essential amenities. Except for that, I was pretty much happy with my stay! I will consider here for my next stay as well :)

Good location right next to Donqui store. Near the hustle and bustle yet quiet at night. OK size room for it being located in the heart of Roppongi. The bath was big and the shower head was nice.

Not premium, but decent hotel. Location in red light side of roppongi.”
Brand new 2020 hotel, really lovely ambience in public areas. Rooms are okay for Tokyo standards, bathrooms/showers are large. Not quite premium but there's a gym and a rooftop bar available. Good toiletries etc. The location is a short walk from roppongi station but it's impossible to walk through without being hassled by bar touters.

Good Hotel and Not so Friendly Staff!”
Clean, and Spacious rooms. full of amenities. The guy at the check-in was not friendly at all. The way he talked to me when I arrived at the hotel made me feel like I had walked into the wrong hotel. When I showed him my booking, immediately his tone became less suspicious of me.

Room is spacious, unlike other small Japanese rooms. Security is very good. Customer service is the best. It's a bit expensive, but its worth the money. Booked fory birthday get away, so I didnt mind spending money on myself for my bday. You will not regret it.
