Очень удачный отель. Располагается недалеко от Tokyo Tower, Roppongi, Ginza, рыбным рынком и в то же время в тихом квартальчике, рядом со станциями подземного и надземного метро. Квартальчик напоминает кусочек Европы, стилизованные кафешки, улочка, уложенная брусчаткой. Очень понравился интерьер отеля и комнаты. Вежливый дружелюбный персонал, прекрасно говорящий на английском языке. Ежедневная уборка. В номере все имеется, начиная от шампуня и фена, заканчиваю универсальной розеткой для всех разъемов.

Замечательный отель, вкусный шведский стол, уютные номера, на 13 этаже есть баня и стиральная машина, рядом район Гинза- рай дя шопоголиков. Имеются кругло суточные Маркеты и хорошие ресторанчики. Цена проживания- соответствует качеству обслуживания.

Останавливались в отеле с 29 декабря 2012г. по 5 января 2013г. Приятно удивило расположение отеля практически в центре Токио (до Гинзы и Токийской башни- 10 минут неспешным шагом). В тоже время очень тихий и спокойный район. До ближайших станций метро около 10 мин. пешком. Рядом много небольших ресторанов на любой вкус. В отеле небольшие, но уютные номера, удобные кровати. Есть баня с небольшим бассейном с горячей водой в японском стиле, только для постояльцев отеля. Вкусный завтрак шведский стол. В номере бесплатный Wi-Fi и проводной интернет. В лобби можно взять переходник на европейский стандарт розеток. Бронировали номер для некурящих, действительно очень чистый, не прокуренный номер, да и весь этаж.

Excellent hotel centrally located and close to the metro lines”
Mitsui Garden hotel Italia gai was excellent. We got a large room with 3 separate beds with an excellent large size bath.It was really comfortable and well equipped with coffee kettle, phone charger , large TV, lights with dim controls. The Hotel is walking distance from 3 train stations , Shiodome being the closest ( 2 min walk) , 5 min walk to Hammamatshucho and Daimon There are 3 7/11 , Lawson , Dominoes , Coco ichibanya curry all close by . Staff was friendly and very prompt in addressing our requests. We opted for the breakfast option , breakfast was a mix of continental,Japanese and Chinese food on the menu. There was hot food /soups and also an excellent salad bar and fresh fruits. The breakfast menu was the same everyday but we were able to mix and match so we did not get bored with it. There is a "onsen" like facility on the top floor but we did not use it. There is both paid laundry services and also a self service laundromat which is very reasonably priced.

Also, if you would like to have a view, we have “Superior Twin with Tokyo Tower View”. This room is located higher floor and it is gorgeous. We will be happy if you consider it next time. Mitsui Garden was very comfortable for my son and me. We had a room on the 12th floor and could see (at an angle) Tokyo Tower lighted up at night. There's a nice bath on the 13th floor; great for relaxing! (Plus the regular tub and shower in the room.) Several stations are nearby, with a great variety of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. The staff was very professional.

I love this hotel for two reasons : the location the and Sento. The area - Italia Gai - has a great neighbourhood feel to it. So much better than the concrete jungle of Shiodome. The 'piazza' down the street is very Italian in feeling and many photoshoots happen there. Great convenience stores. Two excellent coffee shops. Easy walk to the monorail to/from Haneda. The sento is such a great way to relax after a days work or to refresh in the morning. The only drawback is that most room do not have a working desk and I tend to get backache hunched over a small coffee table.

The location is about 7 mins walk from the subway/monorail station which was very convenient to us. Our flight arrival was late at night but we managed to use the monorail and it is direct to Hamamatsucho station. Room is spacious compared to others and very comfortable. They also gave us a late check out subject to additional charges on an hour to hour basis and they also let us keep our luggage in their custody for a moment after check out time. There is also convenience stores close by. The city view was breathtaking from our room and plus point if you walk nearby the subway station, you can see the beautiful city overlooking the Tokyo Tower especially at night and perfect for taking photos. The only thing I was a bit gutted was the response given by one of the receptionist when we thought that the check out time was at 12.00 instead of 11.00. She was quite impolite while trying to explain to us on the supposedly check out time. The rest, great!

Recommend! A quiet stay near Ginza.”
Though the hotel is close to Ginza and Tsukiji Market, it is located in a quiet business/residential area. Rooms were immaculate and staff was very helpful. We were able to borrow power converters and front desk helped us mail our luggage to Osaka. There is a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast buffet with plenty Japanese and western options, as well as lunch and dinner. In addition to a private bathroom, guests have access to a sento, which is similar to a public hot tub. We found it very relaxing and a good experience since we didn’t have time to visit an onsen.

1 adult, 2 kids, small triple room, but didn't feel very crowded. Very accommodating, and onsen is an additional feature that is extremely nice. Perfect for a 2-3 day stay, when sightseeing and just need a good, clean and friendly place to stay. And the price cannot be beat

Location was close to multiple stations and very convenient. Staff was prompt, professional and courteous. Public bath on top floor was great (although not outdoors like the Mitsui Garden Hotel I'm Gotanda, which I really like), but a great soak nonetheless. Large comfortable queen size bed and larger room than many other Japanese business hotels. Interesting cobblestone street neighborhood which was unique for Tokyo, although a bit quiet at night (must be a business district). Stayed there using the GoToTravel campaign discount, so price was a great value. Would stay there again!

The hotel was clean and had great facilities like the bath house at the top floor. I have never been to a bath house before so it was a great experience! The staff was nice and helpful with helping me to print my plane tickets and everything.
