New Hotel - Excellent location, Large room”
This Hotel has larger room than other hotel in Japan. It's newly open hotel, room facilities is great: bed is large and comfort, separate shower and bath for those who like Japanese bath. Prime location right next to Hakata station, they have direct access at B1 level from Hakata station so you don't need to exit to street in case it's raining. Highly recommended.

Conveniently located modern hotel”
Location is perfect! Walkable from Hakata Sta. in less than 5 minutes and connected underground to avoid bad weather. Train station (for local trains and bullet trains), bus terminal, and lots of food and shopping nearby. Staff were friendly and efficient, no waiting at all despite being a busy hotel. The hotel is quite new I think. Everything looked modern, super clean, and all the expected facilities (free wifi, English descriptions for everything, swimming pool and indoor sauna and bathing area, and a nice resturant with Japanese and western options). Our Deluxe Double King room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed including a nice coffee machine, large tv and a bath. All the room lighting and air con could be controlled digitally or manually. Only slight negative was the view. Just grey concrete buildings but considering the location that was to be expected. Good value so definitley would recommend!

Stayed at this brand new hotel for five nights. Recommend this hotel for all travellers staying in Hakata and taking train for sightseeing. Everything was clean and tidy. Very convenient location with professional staff. Will stay at this hotel again next time to Fukuoka.

Newly renovated hotel at a great location”
The hotel is located at the center of Fukuoka near Hakata station, where you can find a few shopping malls connected with each other. The staff were very attentive and very helpful. The room itself was clean, but not that spacious (I guess it's the Japanese standard).

The room of miyako hotel is bigger than other hotel in hakata, it is 31 m2. Also, the room is very new and clean. The staff are all helpful and polite! I will live in this hotel when I come back to hakata!

Beautiful hotel with new, spacious, modern rooms. Love the toilet and the bed too. Great location. 15 mins taxi from airport, right next to hakata train station and shopping malls. The only thing is you need to take a 10 mins cab right to tenjin. Service. Great service, nothing to complain about

Great location and big room”
New hotel at a extremely convenient location with airport just 2 subway stations away. Rooms are big and completed with all amenities. There is an indoor onsen and also outdoor warm water pool. Lots of restaurant, shopping, convenient shops around the hotel. Staff are helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again if to visit Fukuoka again.

Convenient and quick access”
If you are looking for a quick stay in Fukuoka, this new hotel is a good option as it's very convenient with a lot of restaurants close by. There are at least 3 huge department store around so shopping would be the most suitable activity. The hotel is beautiful with very well-considered little details that I appreciate a lot. Important thing to be is the mattress as it's quite a comfortable one. Would strongly recommend if you don't mind spending a bit more for good night stays.

Amazing stay, brand new hotel”
Hotel was 5 days old when I stayed for 2 nights. So the price I got might have been a cheaper promotion rate : P Anyway, huge rooms of 30sqm, lovely indoor and outdoor spa/pool. Tv has in-built chromecast. But outdoor spa needs appointment for night time use. Which was sad coz by the time I checked in, both nights were full. I got lucky and got to use the outdoor spa one night coz it happened to be empty when I went up though. I feel they can shorten the night time appointment duration (instead of 2hours) so they can allow more guests to get an appointment. I just needed about 30mins max haha. Staff also told me my room was 'breakfast reserved, so I was confused because mine was a no breakfast room plan. Suspect it was an english-communication problem though. Nothing major, and still an amazing stay in general :)

In Fukuoka, there are many hotels with hot springs, but not many swimming pools that can be enjoyed in any season, but this one does. I've been curious about this hotel for a long time because of its modern building. I stayed in a twin-bed room for the first time. ーFacilities The indoor bath (hot spring): Located on the 13th floor, there is a sauna and a bath. There is a sauna and a bath on the 13th floor. It is not a particularly large hot spring, but on the weekdays when I stayed there, there were no people and I could take my time. The shampoo and skin care products in the indoor bath were John Master Organic, and I liked them. Outdoor pool: 13F, swimsuit required. Location is perfect. Trendy & new hotel with lots of sunlight! Service is fast n friendly. Spotlessly clean. One downside I guess some lower floor has no view facing next building. So better make the request for higher floor with view.
