It was the best! If I go with my same-sex friend, I think a double room would be great, very good, too. I was surprised because the public facilities were better than I thought. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was delicious! The next time you go there, of course you go to mustard! See you again!

New, Very Comfy & Clean ”

we stayed for 5 nights. Good value for a place near Shibuya. The hotel (hostel) do not change bedsheet or towel automatically. We approach the cleaners who were usually around in the morning when we need changing of towels. however, we didn't requrest for changing of bedsheets as it;s not dirty hence was not done. we like the concept of the 1000 yen meal voucher each pax/day for Breakfast or drinks @ Megan Restaurant. Great breakfast selections. Overall, a GREAT stay.

Brilliant location, hip, great breakfast in beautiful cafe bar and spotless rooms and bathrooms”

Great, hip location on new redeveloped section of old railway and canal, close to Shibuya, the “high-line”/log road, Daikanyama and Nakameguro. Staff were lovely and spoke perfect English, the breakfast was very high quality in a very cool cafe/bar area and the rooms were stylish, clean and had all you needed. A free smartphone was included with the room which was very useful. Great prices too.

Everywhere is clean and comfortable. Entrance staff are so friendly. staff in cafe are nice but some people could be more friendly. Hopefully there will be bigger shelf in each shower room. but so far I havent stayed better hostel than here. Totally recommend this hostel.

Trendy hostel but just too small”

My partner and I booked a bunk room and truly could not fit all of our belongings inside. As this wasn't a capsule room we didn't have any lockers, so trying to fit our two backpacks, two suitcases and anything else we had into the room was seriously difficult. I would not stay here again as a couple, would be great for a single person or group of friends who all booked individual rooms, but it is just way to small to even do simple things like get dressed or open your suitcase. Location was a lot further of a walk from Shibuya station then we though it was and it honestly didn't make us want to leave the hotel and explore. Restaurant downstairs was a fancy italian place, but meals were smalls and overpriced. Very trendy hotel, love the lighting in the hallways, huge common room with vending machines, ability for bike and skateboard hire, and the staff were fantastic, just personally can't see the benefit in staying there again.

+'s: new building. Clean rooms and bathroom. Sink in bedroom. Great breakfast choice and quality from restaurant adjoined. Hot powerful shower. Slippers. Good security -'s: twin room was v small but had all you needed.

Single room at a dormitory style, but with great breakfast”

I stayed in a single room and was not aware that the toilet was outside and the shower in another floor. The lights in the corridor are extremely bright and like others mentioned, they should change this point to make it look more cozy and comfortable I guess. The breakfast system was busy and slow but the quality of the food and options were great.

Strangest hotel I’ve ever been in”

Very overpriced for the room..$100 USD for just a twin bed with no bathroom. The hallway was the brightest hallway I’ve ever been in. Every time the elevator doors opened to the hallway, my eyes were in deep pain. Only good thing were the very friendly and cute girls working in the front desk, and the decent breakfast from the restaurant downstairs.

Staff is very friendly but the front desk put me into the wrong room two times. The rooms are clean and functional. The women's Communal bathroom was dirty at most important times - evenings and mornings (hair everywhere, trash cans full, no towels). The hallway lights are unnecessarily bright to the point of blinding.

Not far from Shibuya center. Bathrooms are super clean and well maintained. Rooms are cozy. Not going to lie, it feels like a prison theme but in a good way.

It's a bit pricey as I could get a better hotel room with the rate. I only get one bed sharing room with 4 other people and the price is not cheap. It's quite further from Shibuya station as well.

Cleanliness and functionality of toilet”

I hope that the toilet in every floor can be fully functioned every day. I stayed 2 days and on the second days the toilet at my floor was out of order. That was terrible and the only access to the toilet at the other floor just by elevator.

If you don’t mind (fast) walking”

It takes around 10-15 mins to get to Shibuya station. I didn’t mind so much but it’s a little hassle if it rains and you’re walking alone at night. Everything was clean, which I really liked. Bed and sheets are perfect. I want to take the pillow with me lol The luggage space needs improvement though. The suitcase won’t fit under the bed. The lockers are too small to fit a backpack. So everyone’s bags are on the floor. There were only 4 of us in the room that time but it was very cramped.

Best Hostel in Shibuya”

Worth every cent that I spent. Restrooms were clean, Rooms were cold (which I like), and the location is just few minutes away from train station. Would definitely stay here again when I go back to Tokyo.

The one night I stayed was great. The Staff are lovely and kind. It rained the next day and they lent me an umbrella for the day. They allowed me to leave my bag locked-up while I went into the city. The breakfast was good. The rooms are clean. They each have an electrical outlet and privacy curtains. There is a common space on the 7th floor. They have vending machines for drinks. The first floor has a restaurant called Megan.
