Worth it At asakusa ”

They are on the Main Street near restaurants, post office, train station and convenient store but is 15-20 minutes by feet to mall, temple and shopping street. The place provide more than u need like face wash, shaving cream, toner and etc. Their dryer is week and will take long if the clothes is thick or too many. Under the bed there is a big storage. At your cube you will be able to hear what everyone is doing. Overall it’s a good place to stay at asakusa

A really nice hotel/hostel”

The hotel is really clean. They clean the rooms, showers and toilets rooms each day between 10 am to 4 pm. There are soaps supply, toothbrushes and more that they fill each day. The lobby is really nice to sit and eat, talk on the phone, work and more. The stuff is really really nice. Most of them aren't that good in English but they are doing they're best to help you! The room/capsule itself is nice and the baggage room under the bed is pretty big. The only thing that bothers me the most is that it was pretty hot at nights.. but you can tell the stuff and they'll change the degrees. They also have laundry machines at fair prices. The best thing is that the train stations are really close to the hotel (1-5 minutes walk). But there isn't a lot to do around at night. it's 10-15 minutes walk to Asakusa station (you can also take a train - one stop). To conclude I would recommend this hotel to people who don't want to go out for bars and more at nights!

Perfect for Solo Traveler”

You will have everything you need here. They provide fresh pajama, toiletries, etc. They do serve breakfast but just a simple one. You can ask them at the counter to add-on breakfast option with extra charges. What I like about them, I get to watch a TV in my own space! A great place to end my long trip to Japan. :)

Excellent for Solo Travellers”

. Finally was able to experience a capsule hotel but it's not totally a capsule hotel since it's a bit wider and I didn't have to check out everyday. The luggages can also be put underneath the capsule with a lock. And the amenities and toiletries were so much better even for a typical hotel. They even have a hair straightener provided. The toilets are even on the same floor. The rooms are clean. It's not the hotel's fault but maybe of the other guests, since part of the hotel's info was to keep quiet and they are even discouraging guests to pack their things late at night or early morning to minimize noise but the guests maybe didn't even read the paper that was given to them. I wasn't able to sleep because of them. However, as for the hotel, overall,it was superb.

Super easy, barely an inconvenience”

2x2metre "cube" was pretty spacious (unless you're above 2 metres tall). They renew your towels and pyjamas daily (unless you don't want them to) and you can keep your luggage under the bed. Toilets were clean as hell too, if hell was a clean place. Would return if I was looking for an affordable stay in Tokyo. Few mins walk from the subway, and plenty of local food options around. (It's also right beside a McDonald's)

I love the capsule room, you can store luggage and belongings in the storage under your bed. All bed are not on the floor level though, you have to climb about 1 meter, however, having the storage right under your bed is very convenient. Shower rooms are great, toiletries are provided. Great capsule hotel

Surprisingly modern capsule hotel located 2 minutes away from Kuramae Station”

I am extremely surprised by how wonderful my stay is in MyCube, as I've stayed in other capsule hotels in the past. The staff are friendly and the reception desk is open 24 hours. The capsule itself is large with lots of storage space. What I love is that they give you fresh pajamas daily, along with toiletries and a small and large towel. Other toiletries such as facial wash, moisturizer, toner, etc. can also be found at the reception area and at your floor's respective bathroom. The location is a few buildings away from the station. Also, as a coffee lover, there are lots of great coffee places located around Kuramae.

Best grid hostel ever”

The best grid hostel I’ve lived in across the globe. The cube was nicely designed and clean! There’s a lockable space for your suitcase, big enough for 1 large and 1 small ones. Shower towel and amenities are provided, so much that is wowing. The location is very good too. Just one change from Narita airport and is very close to metro station exit. Several 24hrs restaurants by the hostel and 2 convenient stores across the street.

Excellent stay experience ”

It's really an excellent stay experience in Tokyo. It is appreciated for the hospitable staff and elegant environment here. Luggage space is provided under every cabin, making rearranging your things really convenient. Everything is perfect here. It's just the charging area in cabin is a little dusty somehow. It would be perfect if you guys can kindly see into it. Thanks :-)

Comfy if people keep quiet”

This was my first capsule hotel stay and I liked it. The price was very inexpensive relative to standard hotels. The location was great, ready access to the train lines to move around. You can take a walk by the Sumida River and view Skytree. Lots of convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants. The capsule itself was comfy. MyCUBE capsules had lockable storage right there under the sleeping area so very convenient. The shower rooms (4 shower rooms, 1 toilet, 4 sinks) were new, clean, and stocked full of amenities in a separate area but on the same floor. There is also a rest room (2 toilets, 3 urinals, 2 sinks) and laundry (only one unit) in the sleeping area separated by door. The capsules only have a pull down blind to enclose the space. You can hear everything so I highly recommend you use the free ear plugs. Please do not talk in the capsule area, especially at night. Take your conversations outside to the elevator area or down to the second floor lounge.

New, Clean and Convenient”

The facilities are new and all in good condition. The room is quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and capable of English communication. The location is near metro, restaurants, and convenient stores. The only thing needs improvement is the variety and quantity offered in breakfast. Recommend!

Superb location and top quality in service and cleanliness ”

Near everything : Kuramae station on Asakusa line with escalator (A2 exit), 24/7 convenient stores and Sukiya chain restaurant (can get beef dish anytime !!!), cute coffee shops, amazing drinking bars with terrace looking out Sumida river,...My first time at capsule hotel and impressed with good services all around which made my experience in Tokyo full of fun. The cabinet below bed can even fit my super size luggage cases, full stock of cosmetic products at common shower room -> respect for well designed & managed place.

Had a good stay”

Stayed for 5 nights with my daughter. Loved the beds and bag locker beneath it. When we arrived, the guy who attended to us seemed a tad bit annoyed but i only saw him that one time and everyone else was super friendly. Including the cleaners. It was my first time in a hostel/capsule type hotel and it was really enjoyable. Expected things like people packing and slight snoring was acceptable as it wasnt on going. I imagine it to be far worse at other hostels. The only issue i have is that it was hot in the cubes at night. No individual aircon in the cube and had to open the blinds abit for air circulation. I think small usb fans can fix this issue so you might want to bring one. Location wise its easy to get anywhere as the station is just 3 doors from the main entrance but can be abit complicated Overall a very pleasant stay!

The bed is big enough, good capsule experience. I enjoy the stay. Location are great, subway staion , Convenient store, restaurants are close by. , Sumida River is nearby, early morning can go for jogging.

Clean, comfortable, convenience. The staff is helpful. Bathroom is perfect. You can store you luggage under your bed too.

Best capsule hotel”

Everything about this hotel was great! Great location, friendly staff and everything was immaculate. The amentities were amazing! I don’t know about the men’s side but for women we had the shampoo etc for showering and we also had skincare and other bathroom amentities at our disposal. The bed was spacious enough with build in lockers, one small for valuables and the one for your luggage. The bed, towels and pjs were replaced everyday. 2 types of slippers were also included. Other notes: The WiFi was fast. There’s also a washing machine for 500yen to wash and dry. The restaurant also had delicious food. Overall this was a great find! Better than any hostel and capsule hotels I’ve ever encountered. Would definitely come back here again!

Good location”

There is a metro (Kuramae station) and 2 convenient shops nearby Mycube. Less than 3 min walk. The best part is... the Asakusa line can access to Haneda airport directly. The receptionist able to speak English & friendly. I like to capsule design which I can store my luggage under the bed. I can just put all my shopping stuffs under the bed & lock it & repacking my luggage anytime. Strongly recommend for solo female traveler.

Best capsule hotel in Tokyo”

Nice ergonomics and design.Super comfortable bed, complete with basic amenities like tv and headphone to reduce noise from outsideSeparate floor for men and women. Every floor has its own shower room. Downside is the door for the luggage when you pull it up or down is quite noisy that disturbs the silence of the area. It is also inevitable that some guests are insensitive if not keeping down the noise.

Very good capsule hotel”

I think it is one of the best capsule hotels I've ever been to. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. However, breakfast ended very early. The rooms were not sound proof, you can easily hear other people snoring loudly at night.

The hostel is above and beyond my expectations!! ”

Only downside is I got confuse a bit for train exit (especially when you have large luggage) I found that taking train to Asakusa station and bus back (3 bus stops) is much easier & very very convenient!!
