Staffs are very warm and helpful and so friendly! I love their service so much. The shuttle bus is very helpful so do not need to worry about the transportation. The facility is brand new and so is the room. You could have a comfortable and pleasant stay here.

Value for money, A+. The place is clean, the staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet is basic. There's no inhouse restaurant for food (room service), which would be extremely appreciated since the nearest convenience store is not quite near. An onsen or pool, would be great too, since it's a family place. Maybe I am just used to hotels having pools, but it's not always the case in Japan. The location is a definite tiring walk for kids. The mall (AOEN) is a 15 or more minutes walk, or 850 yen taxi ride. The greatest plus would be park shuttles. It's an (almost) door to door service, starts early before the park opens, and ends late late late at night (11PM during summer). I say ALMOST, because the pickup at the park is not exactly by the park entrances. From DISNEYLAND, the shuttle pickup for MYSTAYS is a 15min walk, front of the JR MAIHAMA station. One Disney Shuttle from DISNEYSEA. Get the 2 beds/room for extra space :)

Great hotel but not really accessible by public transportation”

They gave us a huge room for knowing that we had to walk very far from the closest bus stop near the Hotel carrying a huge luggage and a 3 years old kid. The best way is actually to find their shuttle bus from wherever their stop point in the city. The Staf is extremely friendly especially to the kid. The room is huge and very comfortable. Definately will go back there again.

Value for Money Choice”

The hotel offered us more than we could asked for. It was clean, spacious (in Japanese standard, which most of them offer small room) and not too far from Disneyland. We used two of MYSTAYS during our visit and both of them were satisfactory.

Great place to stay reasonable not too far from Disney. 15 minute walk to Seims, Aeon shopping and MONA. Bus to Disney in the morning. There are pickups in the evening but I came back earlier by train and bus 3 to Mekai University stop. Bed and pillow comfortable. They provide excellent phone charger and staff very helpful. Need to be at foyer ten minutes before bus leaves to get a seat

we were going to tokyo disneyland and tokyo disneysea and we bought the etickets from travel delightfully who also recommended this hotel. it's a simple hotel with good breakfast and a few rounds of free shuttle bus (round trip) to disneyland / disneysea / maihama JR station / shin-urayasu JR station.

excellent hotel for budget stay for disney visits”

the hotel might not be located near the train station(which means you might need to take a cab if you want to drop your huge luggage before going to disney, if not stations have lockers) or disneyland/sea but they do provide shuttle buses that stop directly if not near the themeparks. they serve excellent breakfast buffet too for a valued price and really prompt cleaning service for our room.

Great Hotel For Its Price”

It was a great hotel to stay except it is located about 10mins away from the Shin-Urayasu station. The room was great with all the amenities available plus other available near the reception area. They even have free shuttle service to Disneyland and Disneysea in the morning.

The hotel location is not very convenient. The shuttle bus is packed and high demanded. The room is clean and comfort. The toilet is clean. I was quite surprised that they do not provide any spoons or forks in the room and we have to get it from 5 levels all the way down to the reception desk just to enquire one!

i took my nephew to disney sea for the first time and the hotel was located further than i expected. was ok but nothing special.

it is a short ride by taxi from disneyland, so if you are thinking of using this hotel as a base, this is not too bad a choice. but it is far from the station (about 20mins) walk. rooms are good and clean, staff is very polite and responsive.

Affordable place to stay”

What caught my eye was the proximity to Disney and the the free shuttle bus available to and fro Disney. The room we got was the deluxe queen room. It was smaller than expected but it was definitely bigger than a similar room in Tokyo. My next trip I would go for a King sized room or bigger.

Convenient location and very comfortable!”

We ended up staying here because of the shuttle to Disneyland provided in the mornings and evening. It was SO convenient. Next time we come to Tokyo Disneyland we will definitely be staying here again! By Japan standards it is a very reasonable hotel rate (especially compared to other hotels in the Disneyland area).

Extremely Helpful and Friendly”

10 minute walk from train station. Early free shuttle bus to Disney parks (7.30am) to get there in time for park opening. Very clean and comfortable, especially apprecited the deep bath after day in park. Breakfast buffet menu is varied with English and Japanese dishes and a kids corner for their simple tastes. Really couldn't ask for more if on a budget!

The amazing budget with best quality hotel”

Very convenient to go to Disney. The staff very kind. And hotel is very beautiful and good location even have to walk for a while for some convenient store. But I really can't believe that I can get 2 room for only 10,000¥ include bf. THIS IS INSANE. So everything impressed me. Next time will stay here again for sure
