New/spacious/modern hotel with great amenities/location”
Wish we'd stayed at Nishitetsu-Croom for the entire stay in Nagoya because the hotel was so spacious/clean/modern and convenient location. Extra plus for the "public bath" which was a perfect way to winddown/relax after long/fun days of sightseeing. Stayed in Nagoya for total of 3, non-consecutive nights (with side trip to Takayama). For first 2-nights stayed in another nearby hotel; glad booked Croom for final night because it exceed expectations and was "luxury" compared to the 1st hotel stayed in. Definitely recommend and will stay at Croom next time in Nagoya!

A new 5 stars hotel ”
A newly build hotel, excellent location and fantastic good staff services. Room is clean and big bath is comfortable. If breakfast can have more choice would be better. Also, if take subway, please exit at no. 4, not 4A or 4B, 4A and 4B are very far away to the hotel, only exit 4 is in front of hotel.

I don't usually write reviews. I travel a fair bit for business and had anticipated that this hotel would be well situated: close to subway stations and restaurants. And it was. But no need to write a review confirming this because we can all figure out that kind of stuff using Google maps. The reason I'm writing a review is because this hotel's staff went above and beyond, especially the staff in the restaurant at breakfast. Thank you in particular to the woman who serves up the unagi! (Added bonus: The onsen was quiet and peaceful---a real treat at the end of each day.)

Hotel opened January 2019 and is very clean, comfortable and good location for a Nagoya visit; subway train stop using Sakuradori line stop at Hiyashi Odori is a 2 minute walk to the hotel; good and filling breakfast; room is adequate for 2 guests with functional amenities.

Hotel is excellent, new, good staff service, and have a big bath, nice, will stay again next time when come to Nagoya. If breakfast can have more choice would be much better. If take subway, please exit gate 4 on Hisaya-Odori station, don't exit at gate 4A or 4B, it is far away, however, exit 4 is only have stair, no escalator or elevator, if bring big luggage would be very heavy, only have elevator at between gate 1A & 1B, or walk at street.

Good location and clean”
Pros- staff is exceptionally good despite english is limited ( no sweat) , location is good and close to restaurants. Washroom is nice and modern. Cons- i asked for one hour extension for my check out time and was declined and want to charge me 2800 per hour. I was discouraged since I check in past 10pm. At least one hour bargain will be perfect. Rooms are super small but this is Japan so I have no complain.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel. Location is superb, only 1 minute walk from MRT. Breakfast is awesome and staff service is the best. This hotel would be my first choice if I re-visit Nagoya. Totally recommend.

Wonderful Hotel”
Very new hotel and very modern. The standard double room is quite small; not enough space to open our big luggages. I wish there’s no bath tub in the room, a shower will be fine. The bath tub ate space. The hotel is a very quick walk from Exit 4 of Hisayaodori subway station; however, there’s no elevator/lift in the station; only a long flight of stairs. A big problem if you have big luggages to go up the stairs and down the stairs to ride the subway after shopping a lot in Don Quixote. A short walk to Don Quixote in Sakae as well.

Room is cozy, although it’s very small but the decor inside makes you still feel comfortable. Near to a train station but there is no elevator for the exit near the hotel Near to Sakae which is main shopping district.

The hotel was located in a great area, just right next to the subway station and a few minutes walk from the shopping district of Sakae. The hotel room was a bit small but it's expected since most hotels in Japan are small. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. I would stay at this hotel if I go to Nagoya again.
