Очень хороший хостел. Находится достаточно близко к станции Угуисудани, которая примерно в 20 минутах езды от станции Токио, что очень удобно. По пути есть комбини и кафе-ресторанчиков. Работники очень отзывчивые. Удобные кровати, мягкие и теплые одеяла. На каждом этаже есть душ и туалет. Жила в комнате с совместным проживанием - проблем не было, кроме храпящих соседей, но это не к отелю, конечно. Один из маленьких минусов - за полотенце нужно платить дополнительно, как и за зонт, если пойдет дождь. (Обычно я встречала бесплатные полотенца везде + практически везде, где жила до этого - зонт можно было взять бесплатно из общей кучи и потом вернуть на место) Но зато много других услуг, которые предоставлялись бесплатно. И постоянно был включен холодный кондиционер, что не есть хорошо, так можно заболеть.

The hotel was close to Uguisudani Station, which was one of JR Yamanote Line Station (approx. 5 mins walk by foot). They have a mini supermarket nearby and many restaurants if you walk a bit to the main street. We booked the family room that consisted of 4 beds. The room was surprisingly spacious, considering it is Japan where almost every apartment and hotel was very efficiently arranged. I stayed in the 3rd floor, where they have a washing machine. The interior of all the floors was very modern and minimalist. They provide us with towels and robes. The bathroom was also spacious. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The only downside of this hotel is that they dont have elevator, which can be a problem if you have huge luggage, but the staff was willing to help to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Great hostel for the price”

Pros: ~7mins. walk to JR Uguisudani Stn. and Iriya Metro Stn. There's also a lot of restaurants nearby as well as ~3 min. walk to convenience stores. Decent hostel for the price. You can store luggage after you check out until the next day. They provide shampoo, conditioner and soap so you don't have to bring some.

Family room is large and worth the money”

It was so cheap for the whole family. Location is near Uguisudani station. They provide yukata in the room, umbrellas that you can take, brochures, and everything was decent. Staff is nice and reply your email. I left something in my room after check out and they kept it for me. Thank you so much! The only minus is no elevator which is no trouble for me. The family room is in 3rd floor. I highly recommend this and would like to stay again if I bring my family/ groups of 4 to Tokyo.

the place is around 10 minutes walking distance from the station. if you bring big luggage, you could take the elevator down after you pass the bridge (which i didnt see it and i had to go down by the stairs) but the stay itself was okay and i had no problem

Good for light travellers”

The room is very spacious and they have a nice comfy bed, they also have great amenities, better than most hostels around Tokyo like slippers, mini refrigerator, bath tub, desk, clothes rack, and even a fabric deodorizer. The staff is also friendly and nice and can communicate in English very well. The only thing that bothered us a bit is that the picture was a bit misleading for the room we booked which was the double room. We initially booked it because of the big window and we picked that over the private toilet that the other one is offering (Semi-double) but in reality, not every double room has that big window and we ended up in a room with the same look as the semi-double but with a shared bathroom. So maybe we could've just gotten the semi-double room instead. other than that, it was a nice stay and I would still recommend this hostel if you're around Tokyo.

Convenient location and comfy beds”

Hostel is located in Ueno which is one of the major JR and metro interchanges in Tokyo. The bed was comfortable and the capsule style arrangement is great. The staff were accommodating. Deserving of its high rating!

Near Uguisudani station. (JRPass user take the south exit, station master didn't guard the north exit). Good internet connection. Two power plug, some bed had one of the plug used for lamp, might need your own extension. Famima near Uguisudani south exit.

Good location”

Good locations, nice staff. The only downside is they don't change the beddings whenever requested and told me they only change the bed every 3 nights. I stayed for 4 nights and got to change my bed from upper to lower, which means my beddings wasn't change at all during my stay. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you!

The hotel was close to station. Room was small but needed everything we need for the 2 night stay. Walls are not soundproof and it’s quite noisy. Shared bathroom was clean and shower was clean but it’s a good hotel just to sleep not for relaxation or comfort. Good budget hostel.

Location not to far from uguisudani station, bedroom, all is good, just they dont have lift, if u stay in 2nd floor with big luggage, u know what to do, tips: from uguisudani station take south exit and after u tapping the train card, cross the road, walk all the way down, they have lift on that side

Budget and many restaurant nearby”

Value for budget traveller. Staff are nice. Many budget restaurant and mcd is nearby. U also can buy the food from aeon next door to cook in the kitchen. It is so convenient as we passed by everyday. Near to uguisudani station have a bicycle rental shop.

Excellent Place To Stay”

This is my first time went to Japan and also first time Solo Traveler. This is one of the best place to stay for Solo traveller because it near subway station (u can use Tokyo Metro Pass) and many convernience stor such Aeon, 7-Eleven and Lawson. The facility on this place is excellent for cleanliness, confortable for dormitory room. Bathroom and Toilet are excellent cleanliness. Great servces from this hostel.

Wonderful hostel ”

The staffs are friendly, the room is big and clear, the shower room and restroom are really great, and the location is also good, i could find it from railway station easily. And the super market and convenience store are so close. I will stay there again when I go to Tokyo next time!

Best hostel I stayed in Tokyo”

It's a really really nice hostel. Rooms are clean, bathrooms have amenities, free use of hairdryer and it has a beautiful lobby. Only con is you would have to walk a few mins from the nearest station and there are only a few attractions in Ueno as compared to other parts of Tokyo. But if you have a JR pass, that wouldn't be a problem.

Located near many love hotels ”

Very cheap hostel in Uguisudani near JR station and a bit further from Iriya subway on the Hibiya. Located fantastically if not for slightly unsavoury plethora of love hotels nearby. Cleanliness is very good, although kitchen overuse by foreigners who don't understand Japanese etiquette of cleaning, drying and putting all used utensils back. Also noisy Koreans who apparently have become the norm in Japanese hostels and to be avoided at all if possible. I'd like to say that those who stayed on the upper floors have to contend with carrying luggage up yourself. With many soba joints, supermarket a short walk, food is never a problem

i stayed at the big drom next to the door, the door design wasnt friendly as it was so noisy when people come and go. other than that, it was a very nice hostel, friendly staffs, kitchen facilities, close to station, worth it!
