Great place , great staff and great location. The hotel very close subway, easy to find and drop off Ebisucho station Exit3 only. From KIX airport you can take Nankai railway drop off at Teganchaya (k20) for change line to Ebisucho station (k18). When you early arrive before 3pm(time for check-in) you could leave your luggage at hotel. The staff can speak English and ready for help the tourist all the time, They’re very polite. Love them. The hotel near Tsutenkaku tower and Shinsekai area. It was the best zone for the traveller who love quite place. The hotel was very clean and new. This is the hotel that I’ll suggest for other people. I hope next time when I come over Osaka again, this is no.1 hotel that I choose stay.

VERY GOOD HOTEL (OVER and ABOVE EXPECTATIONS)”
2 mins walk from nearest subway; can choose other subway stations and JR too; nice surroundings; small room but very functional and clean; staff are very accommodating; they also think of what items are needed by guests - and these are provided for: extension cord, phone with internet that you can take with you on your tour to help you navigate around Japan, weighing scale for luggage and vendo for water/drinks. Amenities are also provided - sleeping wear (japan style), comb, toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers. I'd want additional pillow as part of the usual set-up, but when we asked for extra, we were given. My other minor comment for the hotel admin- to keep the green and save, if cleaning is not needed in a room, you don't need to leave new set of towels/toothbrush in the room doors. :) Very good hotel, very good customer service!!!

Clean and with your basic needs met”
the shower room was smaller than what I'm used to but other than that the room had your basic needs met along with a water boiler, where they also gave you free tea every morning. The room was spotless and comfortable. The two trains near us was perfect distance for us to walk to get to where we needed. I highly recommend this very affordable hotel for your stay in Osaka.

Outstanding service, Excellent location”
We booked the special room and it was big for 5 adults and 1 baby. The service is very nice - they change towels everyday, front desk speaks good english, very welcoming and helpful. They offer luggage storage for free. The hotel is located less than a minute away from Ebisucho station exit 3. A lot of food choices nearby. There were also family mart and lawson. We loved eating at matsuya and yoshinoya, near denden town.. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again when I come back to Osaka. Thank you so much!

Safe accommodation for travelling young adults....”
Safe accommodation location for my 2 young nieces as it is near the train station. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Regular housekeeping done and they have complete facilities. Umbrellas were provided for use of guests as it was raining during that time. They were allowed to use the shared shower room even after they checked out (6 hours) when they picked up their luggage on the way to the airport. Thanks to the staff of Osaka Ebisu.....

I was stayed for 4 night. And we love to stayed in here. Staff very good and nice, allowed me to early check in after Long flight, this is very convenience as I am pregnant and need to take a rest Hotel has handy in the room ( I booked twin room), you can bring and use in the internet. But i have wifi, so I dis not use it. Room was huge, you can open 2 big suitecase, daily clean towel. Near Ebisucho station exit 3, very convenience as has Elevator. Near Tsutentaku tower (entrance fee 700 yen) Bed very hard, but they give me extra mattrees and pillow. Thank you very much We will back

Very convenient. Good customer service! What impressed me is that there was a free handy mobile phone service. You can take the mobile phone in your room when you are out, and search for anything with free non-limited mobile data usage. The toilet is a bit small but that's not a big problem. I will definitely come and stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is in the center of Shinsekai, just a minute walk from the Ebisucho metro station so you can easily access the Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi , 5 mins from the Shin imamiya station, from there you can easily access the railway system to go everywhere around Kansai area. The staffs are friendly and you can try the room with Japanese fusion to enjoy. Highly recommend for everyone.

We stayed here for 6 nights, and we higly recommend this place! The hotel is in Shinsekai area, and Ebisucho station is right next to it. Very convenient! To add, the staff are really helpful, and speaks English. There are several eating options within the area, and a nearby convenience store (Lawson). We will definitely go back and stay here again!

A week in shinsekai”
Hassle free stay. Hotel is clean and staff are great. Excellent location , walking distance to subway and JR train stations. Near restaurants and market. Highly recommended.

Good location for foodtripping”
The hotel is close to most foodtripping spots such as namba, dotonbori and Shinsekai sohonten. Staffs were very accommodating and most of them can understand English. Our room was a small ryokan but it was clean. Their guides were translated very well in English. The most impressive part was they have a smartphone placed in your room that you can take out. You can use its data to check the internet, post photos on your social media accounts and call other rooms of the hotel. It became a hassle free travel for us.

One shower stall for the whole building”
Great staff, very clean, great location, but there is only ONE shower stall (not shower room - STALL) shared with the entire building. It is located at the back of the building so you must exit the building in order to access the shower. Not great for winter visits. Otherwise, a good stay. You have a private sink and toilet attached to your room, which was quite nice.

Other reviews are right about this hotel, the location is perfect. It is right at Ebisucho Station in Shinsekai, but also a 10 minute walk from Dobotsuen-Mae Station and Shin-Imamiya Station (Nankai-Airport line) , making this easy to get to from Osaka Airport. The room was larger than a standard Japanese hotel, but the bathroom was tinier than most Japanese bathrooms. I was fine with it but others who need a larger bathroom might have trouble. The beds were also extremely hard. If you like hard beds, this is paradise, otherwise you will toss and turn all night like me. The staff speaks a bunch of languages, are very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd consider coming here again!

The shared shower room is only one and sited outdoor, so I won’t recommend order a shared shower room in winter. But in summer is fine~ By the way, others are very fantastic! Good location, good staff and good service. I would like choose to stay again next time. ：）
