GREAT LOCATION”
The location is amazing. just across the street of dotonbori, so u can buy aloooot of things and easily bringing back all the shopping stuff to hotel. Only a short walk too to kuromon market to get fresh breakfast in the morning. And it is just few buildings from Doton Plaza where we can take bus limousine to Kansai airport. The room is clean, and more spacious than other hotel with same price. Only one thing i still curious about, i stay 4 nights and my skin feel ithcy every night. My friend who stay in the next room also feel the same.. Her skin feel itchy every night too. However, we didnt see visible dirt or insect on the bedsheet.

Second time staying in this hotel!!!! One of my friend fell ill midnight and called the Front Desk in the middle of the night at 2am. Staff came and assisted to check his temperature and suggested to visit the nearest Doc in the morning. He even assisted to give the address to the nearest clinic. Room was very clean and fresh everyday. Although its a bit small, it had space to fit 3 28-luggages for the 3 person room. Will come back here again if I were to visit Osaka in near future! Very convenient from Nippombashi Station Exit 6 or Exit 10 for the lift access.

Great location & value”
Great location, helpful staff, and wonderful tssty Japanese breakfast (also accommodated w/western breakfast foods). The Japanese buffet variety is everything that i would want and delicious!! Breakfast drink options even include 2 blenders for a green smoothie and a mixed fruit one, both tasting so good. Our room was very small, but it wasn't worth the extra $ for 7 inches more so we made do. The location and breakfast made it worth it. You can take a short walk to catch the shuttle for Kansai airport at $15ea. Also, for convenience, we used the hotel's luggage forwarding service to the airport so we didn't have to concern ourselves with it. Its $25/a piece, but worth it if you want to shop around while waiting, or not want the weight or inconvenience to bog you down while walking here and there (I'm talking about luggage to check in). Would stay here again!

the room was a bit small but it was to be expected in japan. the room was always clean. the staff were very honest (there are times that i left cash and credit card at the room). The hotel was near enough Dotonbori but not too close so you won't be bothered with all the noise. The hotel has great facilities, it really feels like a high end hotel. Best of all, it is near subways and trains. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka

Beyond my expectation”
I am totally satisfied with my stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba, even beyond my expectation. The location is perfect, just scross the corner of the busy Dotonburi street with easy access to restaurants and stores. The hotel lobby and the room were so comfortably clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. All the procedure was so quick. And the price is so cheap compared to the quality we receiced. Highly recommend to everyone.

Friendliest staff”
The Stotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba has a fantastic location across from the Dotonburi entrance and adjacent to the Kintetsu Nipponbashi train station. It has great amenities (free coffee, tea, toothbrushes, lotion, etc). If you can catch a deal on Agoda it is tremendous value. But most of all it has the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever met. They knew that we had return reservations weeks in the future, they had our stored luggage ready before I could even get the receipt out. They helped us find the nearest ATM. I can't recommend this hotel more highly!

Excellent location”
The hotel is located close to Namba, so it is convenient to get to shops and restaurants. Room is clean with comfy bed. Overall the room and bathroom is a bit small but most important that it is clean and it has great view of the city. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay near shopping and food :)

Helpful staff”
Location is very good ,very near Dotonbori. A lot of restaurants and cafe near by. Clean hotel . But what really struck us is how helpful and considerate the staff in front desk. There was a confusikn regarding our flight and we only have less than 3 hours to catch the flight from the hotel , no time to request and wait for trasportation service to the airport. But as we were checking out, one of the girl staff already called a taxi outside which saved us some time. We really appreciate their effort and consideration to their guests.Thank God we managed to get on the plane just in time.

Nice location”
We stayed 5nights . Room was clean bed was comfortable bathroom clean. We Tried having breakfast once and it was average. But preferred eating nearby and in 711 family mart few steps away to save money. Dotonbori is just across the street and Shinsaibashi 5to 10min . Dotonplaza is very near . Station 10of the loop bus is very near too just 5 min. Station of bus going to universal studio is just across before dotonplaza but you have to book ahead online thru klooks. Subway train Nippombashi station exit 6 and exit 10 just 3 min 5 min respectively. We were happy to book this hotel. We Can stay very Late at night at dotonbori and shinsaibashi WIThout worries . One thing more dotonbori Don quijote ferrieswheel was few min away. Glicoman few min away. Few min away also you can ride a boat and cruise for 20min booked via klooks. Btw staff were very accommodating but some cant speak good English . Overall I would recommend this hotel and my rating is 8out of 10.

SUPERB!! JUST WOW!! So near Dōtonbori and Shinsaibashi , a heavens place for shoppers! ”
If you are looking for foods to eat, it’s just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Dotonbori is just a stone throw away, all you can eat food. If you are looking for a place to shop, it surely is another few minutes walk, shop till you drop! Also near the pick up/drop off point for hop on/hop off. Voucher for klook hop on/hop off is at dotonbori. You can actually buy there or redeem your tickets from there. No bad reviews. Just another excellent experience!!

Clean hotel, great location, but the breakfast is subpar. ”
The location of this hotel is wonderful. Location very close to 7-11, Family Mart, and to the entrance of Dotomburi! Our stay here was very nice. The two things I didn't like were that you cannot control the temperature of your room, so my wife complained that she was cold numerous times and the morning buffet's older staff were rude and unfriendly, and the food is subpar. Other than that, the location is great and they have loads of free amentities next to the front desk (be sure to take them with you up to your room).

Excellent place to stay in Osaka”
This hotel is located one block away from Dotonburi and 1-2 minutes walk from Nippombashi station exits 2 and 6. Rooms are very clean. Amenities are good. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are several convenience stores nearby. Will stay again on our next visit.

Quality stay for an affordable price”
We booked two rooms for our stay last March3-8, 2020 at this hotel, a couple room and a triple room. Check-in was fast and easy. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and most of all clean. I really appreciated the bathtub inside the bathroom, as well as the humdifier provided. All toiletries were also provided. My mother especially liked the DHC amenities ☺️ The additional bathtub rose soap, brush, men's multiuse wash and aftershave as well as the green tea and blueberry and peach tea supplies were generously provided in the lobby every evening. A cash exchange machine, vendo machine, and weighing scale for luggage bags are also provided in the lobby. What I apreciated most of all is the cleanliness of the place and provision of sanitizer in all entry points, as well as the complete facilities..all of these for an affordable price. Value for money 💯💯💯

Location : very near Dotonbori street and subway st. (Numba and Nippombashi). Therefor, you can go EVERYWHERE in Kansai area by this location. Staff : very nice and helpful Cleanness : Very clean and staff always keep your room clean everyday. So impressive.

the best hotel ive been to so far, hands down. great exterior and interior, nice staffs, easy check in and check out, lots of freebies at the lobby, entrance to dotonburi is literally about 2 mins away. 2 blocks from the hotel is a supermarket if you want to save money on food n goods, 5 mins away from nippombashi station exit 6. about 8 to 10 mins walk to kuromon market. namba station is 20 mins walk. this hotel is central to everything. i love it so much.

Good location, cosy room”
A short walk from Nippombashi station. From the hotel entrance, turn right and walk a few metres and cross the road to Dotonburi. From the hotel entrance, turn left and walk 5mins (towards station) and cross the road to reach Kuromon Market. That is how convenient this hotel is. Room is pretty good too, equipped with all u need. Room size is decent. The nearest exit is exit 6, but there is no lift. Go by exit 5 or 10 if you have luggage - just need to cross the road to reach exit 6, then walk to the hotel.

Perfect location, lots of amenities, excellent prices”
Across the street from Dotonburi and 2 min walk from Kuromon Market, 10 min walk from Namba Station, quick to go in most interesting spots in town. Price point is excellent for the location, lots of amenities. Room are a bit tight by North American standards but I suppose it's good for Japanese standards. Also stayed in Sotetsu Grand Fresa in Kyoto, and also amazing experience.
