Just a few short minutes away, and you are right at the JR station. Lower floors may be able to hear trains, but the trains shut down at night, so not a problem.

Very accessible area for Food and Transportation”
Very near to Skyliner station which is in Nippori, one station difference only. Subway stations are also very near on the area as well as trains especially JR trains. Luckily our room from Twin was upgraded to Family which is way better. The staffs are very polite and respectful.

Good Location, Clean Room”
Located along the Yamanote Line which makes it really convenient to connect to major tourist shopping areas and the main station. But, it is situated near a train track which can get very noisy at times. I am a heavy sleeper so it didnt really matter that much to me. room was clean and spacious!

Rooms are spacious compare to typical Japan hotel. Staff are friendly and always smiling. Location is near Nishi-nippori JR train station (3 minutes walk) ideal if you have JR pass. Will definitely book again in this hotel next time.

Very convenient for me as very near to the JR and subway station about 2-3 minutes. Convenient store also just 2-3 minutes away. Room space fair with the price. Front desk also polite and helpful. Nothing to complain here. Definitely will book here again next time when in Tokyo.

Decent value for money hotel”
Pretty new and decent hotel which is located near Nishi-Nippori with great access to JR Yamanote Line and Metro Chiyoda Line. Well equipped with amenities and room is also spacious by Tokyo standards! The only downside is the noise from the nearby train tracks which is not so great for light sleepers and late risers - I'm definitely not complaining :)

Few Steps from the Station”
few steps from jr & chiyoda nishi-nippori station. walking distance from nippori station if u will take keisei sky liner from narita. room is good enough for 2, enough space to open big luggages.. beds are big also.. we’re lucky to booked it during promotion.. staff are super helpful & friendly. there’s a mcdonalds, yoshinoya and 7-eleven upon stepping out of the station. the place is quite, we’re able to take a good rest after every tiring day outside.. no drinking water though and amenities are very limited.. will definitely book this hotel if ever i return to tokyo. already recommended the place to my friends who are planning to visit the city.

Very good hotel near train station”
The staff is very very helpful, we experienced first time using yamato transport service and the front staff helped us a lot, the Chinese guy who speaks English is very nice to us, also the other guy who can't speak Chinese is very helpful. The room is bigger than average, easy to access and very convenience and a minimart and lots of restaurant nearby. The only minus that we don't like is the station is quite far from the tourist attractions. but overall, love it :)

Two minutes walk from the train station nishi nippori. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes at the door steps (yoshinoya, mcd, 7-11 etc). Very friendly receptionist spoke good English. Overall it is worth the money

Good new Budget Hotel”
The hotel was opened in less than six months when we check in. The place is clean and neatly kept. Most of the receptionist can speak Chinese language. Round the corner there are some local eatery shops and a couple of 7-11 stores with an Aeon mini supermarket on the corner of the main road.

Nice and clean hotel in a convenient location, recommend those who are looking for a cheap & good hotel! :) However there's not much facilities in the hotel. Just a small laundry room. But they have a bathtub in the toilet and the room's quite clean & comfortable.
