Fabulous hotel with excellent service”
I contacted the hotel prior to my stay with some requests. I received a reply from the manager shortly afterwards and he could not be more helpful. The hotel was linked to a shopping mall and there was no need to leave the air conditioned area to go outside. Bogyoke market was opposite via a bridge. Check in was very smooth. The concierge was on the ground floor but the reception area on one of the upper floors. All luggages go through a security scanner before the lifts to the upper floors. Nora from Reception helped my dad who is 82 with his luggage to his room even though he assured her that he could manage. Her kindness and going beyond her work duties are to be commended. Our room was kept immaculately clean by Shwe Yi. She worked quietly and unobstrusively and is always ready to assist with any request to make our stay more welcoming and comfortable. Another outstanding employee who is a great asset to Pan Pacific Yangon. Breakfast was superb. Highly recommend Pan Pacific Yangon.

Good location, high service quality ”
The hotel is located next to bogyoke market. Just 5 minutes walk. Room is clean and comfortable with all the required amenities but the thing that strikes me the most is the service level. I had to change my room reservation and the counter staff Sabi was so patient and accommodating to my request. And when I departed on Friday morning at 720 am. The security personnel checked what is my grab number and made sure I boarded safely on to the grab taxi. I had mistaken a taxi on the main road for my grab when that driver called out to me. Luckily the security personnel told me it is not and prevented me for going over. I felt very well taken care of. Will definitely book the same hotel if I goes back to Yangon again.

Best location and service ”
For me it’s all about location and services from friendly staffs. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and they made me happy every single night, friendly greeting, genuine conversation, clean room, thoughtful, safe and comfortable. That is all I need for a solo female traveler like me. Breakfast is good there are enough sections to choose. I like salad section and hot noodle. I just chose what I would like to eat and chef with cook for me. chef seemed to be very busy every morning. Overall I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Modern Elegance and outstanding service”
I had the pleasure of staying 7 days at Pan Pacific Yangon. The facilities are 5 star from the extensive breakfast buffet in the morning to the full exercise facilities with steam room and sauna, to the modern and comfortable bedrooms to the negative edge pool area. Staff and service are daunting. My mother never gave me so much attention and the concierge service was very helpful. For all this, I thought the price and value were outstanding. While I love the old world atmosphere of the Strand Hotel, this one tops it in all categories. Plus, this hotel is part of and right next to a very modern shopping center of Junction City. I would most definitely come back.

Perfect Stay!”
I love my stay in this hotel! Friendly and helpful staffs let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our travel plan without any additional charges. They even prepared a birthday surprise for us! The hotel is very beautiful and clean. We had our dinner at Teak Bar and the food is delicious! They are very particular about the condition of the dollar notes though. Need to make sure it’s in perfect condition, not even folded or stained etc. It is also linked to a shopping mall, which is really convenient :) would definitely stay here again if I visit Yangon in the future!

An Incredible Stay”
WOW! WOW! WOW! Such an amazing hotel with equally fantastic staff. My wife and I didn't want to go home. The GM runs a very well oiled ship and his hotel is an absolute credit to the Pan Pacific brand. As our one night stay was a special occasion, he very kindly arranged for an upgrade and that was the start of a very memorable experience. My wife and I enjoyed high tea and happy hour in the club lounge. Breakfast was equally amazing and we certainly did not want to go home. Every single staff member was incredible and I am sorry for not being able to mention everyone by name. However, Sandi was especially friendly in the club lounge and even came over to say good bye when her shift had ended. A very lovely member of staff. I would return to this hotel in a heart beat and plan to. Thank you so much Pan Pacific Yangon, you are awesome.

This place is great. People who don’t give it wonderful reviews or 5 stars might be just too fastidious. We were welcomed by the downstairs people and show to the beautiful reception floor. We always appreciate it when the staff does everything they can to accommodate early check in. I’m burying the lead, the junior suite room and the view aware incredible. I defy you to find something more glorious in Yangon. Carolyn, the lovely women at the delicious and varied buffet always treated us with a big smile and was so helpful. The bed and the linens are great. The rooms is so spacious. We liked the infinity pool and the gym overlooking the pagoda. This is a great hotel.

Friendly staffs, clean room and good location”
We arrived very early at 10 am but the male staff who checked us in was so kind to get us a room right away :) and also explained about tourist attractions and where to find a nice local food to us. Also a lady at breakfast avenue was so kind to give us some bakery and scramble egg even though when we were there was almost 10.00 am already. So we would like to give a compliment to both of them :)

Extremely comfortable beds, nice views, amazing breakfast. The staff goes above and beyond. From the second day onward, they knew what room number we were at breakfast. The manager frequently came and said hello and wish us a nice day. The pool is really nice. Great views, perfect temperature. It connects to the mall and the market from indoors — perfect for rainy days. We will stay here again!

Excellent Hotel”
Stayed 3 nights after a long flight from London. Rooms were completely soundproof and blackout. Room facilities were very comfortable, plenty of drinking water. Good to see them taking action regarding coronavirus, all guests checking in were temperature tested, and this continued each day when you returned to the hotel. Our bellboy Shiran was extremely helpful and made sure our room on check in was perfect, and also assisted us with our travel plans.

2 memorable nights”
I stayed 2 nights at Pan Pacific and it was unforgettable. All the staffs are truly helpful as I arrived from HK around 2-3am, they even allow me to change to a room with a view to the church which I really love it. Few staffs including Nora (who gave me many good advices on the JJ express arrangement), Pwint, Tulsa (who helped taking many photos at the restaurants for me), and Lawrence, etc are really the names i need to mentioned here that I feel truly appreciated. This is challenging period for travel industry and this hotel is able to keep the 5* standard and impress guests with their quality services. I will not forget they also extent my late checkout until 5pm without extra charge. Next time when I travel to Yangon again I will definitely choose Pan Pacific again.

Exceptional Place with friendly stuff ”
We went there just for one night to celebrate my birthday and it was remarkable. My wife requested to surprise me with something for my birthday and they decorated the room with real roses and balloons. They even brought birthday cake with my name on it and it was really delicious as well. I was amaze by their service and hospitality. Sunset hour at teak bar is the best and the band was playing really nice music. Breakfast was just ok compare to other five star hotels. We had excellent stay and i will definitely come back to Pan Pacific very soon.

I am a business traveler but are welcomed as coming to rest. We have been impressed since the first step of entering to the hotel. Hotel Facility are completely.. location, swimming pool , gym and spa all perfect ***** All staff are very very lovely , very good services and warm welcome (very well trained) ***** For breakfast and dinner was tasty and a lot of choice for us. Definitely my favorite choice in Yangon”
Right on top of Junction City Mall that gives you access to most of the food or other needs. Easy transportation availability and near to market to shop for souvenirs. The room is clean and neat. Toiletries smell good. Breakfast awesome. Love that Mohinga Noodle. I will surely make this my favorite choice in Yangon.

This is a splendid hotel from the beginning to the end of our stay experience. Nice and clean with professional staff, friendly smiles all around. And the swimming pool is amazing with its infinity looks. Breakfast spread was good as well and the whole place simply oozes class and prestige. Definitely will come back and stay again. the pan pacific hotel yangon is modern and new with great facilities and in the perfect location for shopping, exploring downtown and visiting the sule and swedagon pagodas the hotel has a good choice of restaurants and the corner suite room on high floor has brilliant views over the city corner room is well designed and spacious with lovely large bathroom and walkin shower;- fluffy towels piping hot water - perfect! the staff were attentive and housekeeping made a lovely rose petal display and a cake for my husbands birthday which was very thoughtful. would definitely stay at the Pan Pacific again!

Best Hotel with Shopping Center”
The hotel is in the same area of Junction City Shopping center. It is very convenient and with Scot market on the opposite site. The reception persons and all staffs were friendly. My room was 1614 with city view. It was large, clean with all amenities. The breakfast was very excellent with many selections. We will come back absolutely.

We always enjoy any opportunity to stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Yangon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient, and the morning breakfast buffet is massive and delicious. Also the location in downtown in Yangon means that many sites and shopping outlets are within walking distance.

Could've stayed longer.”
We were only at the Pan Pacific fro two nights after a weeks holiday by the beach in Ngapali. We were checked into our Premier corner suite in what was an effortless process even though we arrived a couple of hours prior to check in time. The room had great views from two aspects taking in the river on one side and Shewedagon Pagoda on the other. The bathroom was large with a separate bath and shower and an enclosed WC. the bed was very comfortable and the linen of a high quality. we availed ourselves of Room service both nights. we spent some time around the pool and enjoyed several drinks from the bar there. overall the staff were friendly and attentive willing to pass on knowledge of the surrounding suburbs of Yangon. The only hiccup we encountered was upon check out when we discovered that our pre ordered Limo airport transfer had not actually been ordered. In its place we found a taxi pre loaded with our bags and paid for by the hotel. Good save Pan Pacific.
