Не могу сказать что хорошего качества ”

В первые видел, что пульт от телевизора был спрятан и показывает всего один канал, ванная 😡 канализация не работала, никакова уюта, завтрак булочки и кофе😡 Вообщем отель не соответствует действительности чего пишут на сайте отеля. На ресепшене ведут себя очень грубо Очень сожалению что поселился там 😩 За ту цену $150 можно было снять на много комфортней

Dirty room and rude manager”

Please read other reviews before booking. I wish I had. Initial room was not cleaned. Carpet needed a vacuum and bathroom counter was not clean. There was a used feminine hygiene product at base of bed. House cleaning arrived with a broom to clean room. She told us that they did not have a vacuum! Moved to another room which was OK. Discussed with manager next morning. He was abrupt, rude, and almost hostile to our observations and comments about the room. Also, potential fire hazard as all fire lanes had vehicles parked and sometimes double parked. Barely enough room for a car to get through. Hotel did not answer phone for shuttle service. Parking lot is primarily full of long term parking. Elevator buttons sometimes worked; had to go up to 4th floor to get to 3rd floor. Manager’s final word was that this is not a four star hotel, what did you expect?

!! If you don't give a call, there is no shuttle bus!! !! you can use free phone near shuttle bus stop in airport!! The shuttle is just a old private car with a sticker. The design of slower set is very old.

Good comfy bed Clean facilities Old refurbished building with dated facilities. Breakfast was very basic with plastic plates.

Helpful Staff”

I was only here for a short layover. I had a delay getting the baggage and had already called for the shuttle, they were kind enough to wait for me. Check in and out was easy and the breakfast was good.

Very good hotel”

You can actually feel the warmth and comfort of the staff. Ms Dianne was so accommodating and respectful. The chauffeur Mr. Kurdit was so prompt and hw went beyond his duty by giving us important information during the trips.

I can't figure out how the hotel got a 3 star category. For me, it's not even 1 star. The only thing i did appreciate was that, there was no bed bugs, which is the same thing goes in our basement.

Nice for one night. ”

When I called the hotel, a shuttle picked me up in 15 minutes and nice young driver. But I had called to make sure the shuttle, the front man was not articulate in English so you just remember where you wait for the shuttle; if you are in Terminal 1, wait for S5 and in Terminal 3 for C22.

Painfully mediocre”

Honestly, I've stayed in dozens of hotels over the years so I'm no stranger to hotel/motel life. But this place is straight out of the early 80s. Frosted ceiling, dull brown decor, very poorly lit, etc. The bed was decent enough and the staff were okay but like everything else in N. America, the value for money is poor.

Room was beside the elevator, can clearly hear the noise everytime the elevator goes up and down. The response from hotel staff was "son everyone goes to bed and will hardly use the elevator. As a business traveler I need s small space to suit and use my laptop. They're was no such space in my queen room. Neither table/desk nor a chair. Breakfast was terrible, no protein (no egg or meat). Served on styrofoam. Terrible experience at this hotel.

Close to airport, convenient shuttle service”

The bathroom was filthy. The tub was disgusting as were the baseboards in the bathroom. Coaching and demonstration on how to clean the bathrooms are necessary for the cleaning staff. Otherwise this was a good place to stay, for a cheap price for a quick overnight spot that is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the airport. Great for early morning flights.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. The room was large enough for 4 people. It was clean and the hotel service was good. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport but it did not have any laundry services for guests. I had to walk across to the next hotel holiday Inn in the middle of the night to do laundry. The hotel can add some laundry machines and dryers for the convenience of their traveling guests.

Solid option when heading to the airport”

Second time in a week staying here before a flight. Comfortable room, easy check in and out. Internet was down on my floor - staff made no effort to fix it, which was a bit of a pain. Otherwise I do enjoy this hotel and I'll stay here again. Price is very reasonable.
