Reasonably priced hotel with good service”
New hotel close to Tenjin shopping and restaurant district. They offered a free snack buffet from 5 p.m., you get a box and can fill it as you like. Great service! Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Totally recommend this hotel! It's quite new hotel with very friendly staff. All room/fixtures are new too and very clean. Breakfast buffet had so many choices, I could not even try all items! I would stay here again!

Modern Hotel with a nice atmosphere”
Nice lobby with a lot of books. Small but clean rooms, bathtub is a bit tiny, so maybe not for xxl-people. Nice bed. Only downside: Fridge is a bit noisy, so I switched it off during the night.

The location is absolutely the best at TENJIN. But actually the Room size is quite small. Seems quite narrow and do not have 18 quarter Meter.

i arrived at the hotel at ard 7pm and planned to check in quickly to drop all the luggage before returning the rental car. when i arrived the hotel, there was no car in the hotel's car park (there are ard 6 parking spaces), and i asked the staff if i could park the car for a while, and would leave after dropping the luggage in the room. He refused and saying the other customers may come back in anytime, and i said i would leave immediately after check in but he insisted. i only parked the car at the road side in the end. i didn't request for the parking lot in advance since i only needed to park for like 10mins. it was quite disappointing that they didn't have the flexibility. what is worse, the staff pulled a long face to me while checking me in and didn't say a word the whole time.

As the employee told you, we cannot recommended to park in front of the hotel because the customers who already used the parking lot may come back. We appreciate your understanding.

My pillow lost here”
I stayed at the hotel 4 days and I bought new miffy pillow from Lalaport and used here. I forgot to keep it to my luggage in the morning and it was on the bed and hotel's maid went to clean up my room and it was lost when I came back to hotel. I try to contact hotel to find out but the staff insisted that hotel staff did not touch any customer's things. BUT it disappear. I would insist to the hotel that my pillow lost here and please consider your staff.

Bad experience ”
I booked family room with two single beds and two sofa beds. I also mentioned two adults and two kids in remark when booking around three months ago. Hotel confirmed it. However, when I came to hotel, hotel only prepared two single beds. I felt shocked. Hotel said as we only have two adult and prepared two single beds. As it is in full capacity, it can’t add extra beds for me. Even pillow, also didn’t have extra one. I will not book this hotel in the future.

Located very close to Tenjin Station with lots of food options and shopping nearby. They even have some English manga you can borrow to read. My only complaint was the pillow was very firm and I had a hard time with it, but that is just personal preference.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to the subway and lots of food right near by including yatai. There were even some English manga available to read. The only thing I didn't like was that the pillow was very firm, but that is just personal preference.

The best of all, great location to go about fukuoka city. Great access to airport and local buses. Hope refridge work and have water to drink in a room.

Just perfect for me as I always visit around Tenjin. All are connected with tube. There are arcade 2min walk so u don't get wet from tube station. New good facility. Reasonable price. All are comic for young people sadly breakfast is ok staff is ok one person is not friendly
