Мы искали отель в который удобно добраться из аэропорта и было бы возможно провести время в дождь. Хороший вариант, отель прямо на выходе из метро, из нариты напрямую на метро можно добраться, напротив skytree и милый магазин с массой вариантов для ужина и обеда, немного одежды, супермаркет и фудкорт, неплохой отдел японских сладостей, можно купить сувенирчики, мы были с 2х летним сыном, ему было интересно в океанариуме, который в том же скаитри центре находится. В общем можно провести день никуда с этой станции метро не двигаясь. Если вы с маленьким ребенком и планируете посмотреть Токио, то, несмотря на близость к метро, не очень удобно, для нас было далековато добираться до центральных районов. В отеле есть ресторан можно сносно поужинать и покормить ребенка. Отель чистый, заезд и выезд оформляется быстро.

Очень удобное расположение , хотя и далековато от центра, но метро в шаговой доступности. Завтраки достаточно однообразные, но наесться можно. Лучше брать категорию повыше, стандартные номера очень маленькие.

Awesome hotel!! The staff is superb and the check-in/check-out process is incredibly simple. The rooms are a good size and the location is very convenient with the train station across the street, and the LIFE Supermarket downstairs. We would definitely come again.

Excellent location, clean and reasonably sized rooms”

We enjoyed our 6 nights stay here. Location is simply excellent with the Oshiage metro station literally at our doorstep. The double room is decent sized for Tokyo standards and we love that the laundry room has quite a number of washer dryers. And.. that we can check the status of our washing/drying on our TV screen! It’s just so considerate and convenient. We would definitely return to Richmond Oshiage on our next trip to Tokyo.

Great hotel with great location”

Aleady the second time for us to stay with Richmond this year - everything is perfect and we particularly love its closeness to the Tokyo Skytree, which provides everything we need for a short holiday break.

Location!”

Great location! Mere steps away from the Oshiage station. The Skytrain from Narita delivered our group directly to the station. There is a large grocery store on the first floor and basement of the hotel's building. Across the street is the Solamachi building with plenty of shopping and dining options. It was not as congested as the Shinjuku or Shinagawa area, but was really nice and relaxing after being out all day long....

Nice clean hotel close to the train station. Comfortable beds and great views from our upper level room. Did not try any food options from this hotel, but there is a supermarket on the ground level and plenty of food options at Skytree/Solamachi next door. They even provided umbrellas when it was raining. Not located in the heart of Tokyo but easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel. Room average sized but clean. Staff polite. Love the fact that they have 2 levels with vending machines and 1 level with laundry facilities, and you can check the progress of the laundry machines from the tv in your room! Free bottled water in a tokyo tower shape bottle. Also has a sizzler if you are so inclined and there is a supermarket downstairs which is handy. Location wise good and bad. Good because oshiage metro station is right across the road and skytree and solamachi shops are very close by with good restaurants. Unfortunately there is no connection with JR line until you get to ueno. It’s ok if you want to explore the east side of town but a bit out of the way for everything else. Definitely Need a metro card. Would stay again if I wasn’t wanting to travel around too much.

Nice hotel - across street from train station, next door to grocery store, half block from Sky Tree. Local restaurants and convenience store on same block. On outer edge of touristy area so not too busy. The rooms were very clean. We had three twins and was pretty spacious. Sink and dressing area was separated with curtains from bed area which made it nice when getting ready to go out. Toilet was separate room from shower. Front desk staff spoke some English and were very helpful booking a cab to hotel. Only restaurant was Sizzler which we didn’t try. Did have coffee and tea in room though.

Worth every penny despite size of room”

The only downside to the room I stayed in was the size but I’m told this is quite typical of japanese hotels. But the room was exceptionally clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was top notch. Even got a phone with free internet to use while I stayed at the hotel and the location right next to oshiage station makes it a very convenient base to explore the city

Very Happy Stay, Will Come Back”

We stayed here for two weeks. The hotel is located just outside of the busiest areas of Tokyo but since it’s so close to the subway, getting around was not an issue, plus there is subway from Heneda Airport without having to transfer and the limousine bus from the airport also has a bus to Tokyo Skytree which is across the street from the hotel. The hotel staff are all very friendly, had no issues communicating. The room is always sparkling clean and there is a supermarket downstairs which is very convenient . I love how the elevator lobby always has a fresh lily in the vase, the space is so calming when I get back from a long day out.

Brilliant location and tentative staff”

Conveniently located just a zebra crossing away from Tokyo Skytree, this hotel was absolutely perfect in terms of location. This meant that there was no obstacle when it came to finding a restaurant for dinner, a nice café for afternoon tea, souvenirs for yourself and loved ones – not to mention a trip to the 350m – 450m levels of Skytree, where the view was absolutely breathtaking (especially on clear days with plentiful sunshine). The hotel itself is also easy to reach. From Haneda airport, you can take Bus 4, which would bring you to Skytree. The bus will stop at the bus station near the shopping mall, which is a five min walk from the hotel. The check-in ran very smoothly. A fridge and microwave are located on our floor – as is the vending machine. From our room, we can just about see a corner of Skytree. There are water bottles provided in the room daily shaped like the Skytree tower, which was quite a delightful detail. The rooms in the hotel have excellent sound-blocking systems, and there are separate rooms for the toilet and shower/bath. A local smartphone is provided in each room – which really helped us in communication, local firsthand experiences, as well as significantly improving our efficiency in terms of navigating around Tokyo. For instance, when we decided to use the Tokyo subway, the phone help us plan our trips in the subway, from estimating subway journeys to guiding us when transferring stations. This hotel is connected to the ‘Life’ superstore, which is filled with plentiful good food and even kitchen equipment, as well as other pharmacy equipment and beauty products from great quality but reasonably priced local Japanese brands. Throughout our stay, the staff were all very polite and helpful, going above and beyond in their service. On the second day of our stay, we asked the young lady at the customer service counter to help book a spot in a restaurant near the Tokyo National Museum. When she communicated with the restaur

One of the best hotels so far”

I have tried near 10 hotels in Japan so far, Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Oshiage just takes over my number one choice, 3-bed room is large and comfortable, all 3 of us can open our luggage easily; huge super market at first floor, convenient store around corner plus free steps away from a large shopping center and various restaurants at Sky Tree. Metro subway with elevator also few steps away. Superb hotel.

Right next to Tokyo Skytree Tower”

The hotel is situated nicely with Huge Supermarket that closes at 12 midniight to do your shopping or last minute gifts before leaving the country. Train staton is located just below the hotel. Direct bus also available to drstinations like Disneyland or Haneda Airport from the Bus Interch ge which is 7 minutes walk away. And it's at affordable price too!

Great location, big room and near train station”

Pros Great location with train station and skytree and shopping/restaurants just minutes away. Big room accommodating 4 beds and some spaces to move around and luggages. Cons, Need 30-40mins train ride to Tokyo/Shinjuku/Shibuya station. But it's easy to get to all these stations with station nearby.

Would gladly stay here again”

This hotel was recommended by a friend for its great location and the fact that it provides guests with a mobile phone which they can use for free while in Tokyo. It did not disappoint. Smooth check in and check out process. Buffet breakfast has enough choices for everyone. (My daughter enjoyed the soft serve ice cream.) Rooms are clean although they are on the small side. Friendly staff all around. The only downside for me is the lack of a fitness center. But on a positive note, since there was no gym at the hotel, I ended up exploring the neighborhood during my morning runs and got to discover other areas around the hotel. Will certainly return to this hotel if ever we find ourselves in Tokyo again.

This is my second time to stay in Richmond, so definitely my first stay was amazing where it's result in coming mlback again. In the future if I decided to come to Japan again I will definitely book at richmond. The staff was so nice. They helped us a lot. Also in sending luggages they help alot in that. Additionally, my little son was happy with the present they gave to him once we arrived in check in. I want to grab your attention in the very perfect location of the hotel. Where everything are very near the supermarket, the shopping mall, the train station, and tokyo skytree tower. Perfect choice.

Nice location & view”

Nice location & view, a good view of Tokyo city if you stay on the top floor. Just opposite Solamachi shopping mall and Oshiage subway station. There is also a good super market at level 1 of the hotel building. My room is a family suite and it is very clean with 3 single beds, still lots of space and at least views to 2 different directions. Oshiage station is also quite convenient to travel to airport and Tokyo Disneyland.
