have a very pleasant stay and the free hotel shuttle bus from hotel to Osaka Station is very useful. Wasn't aware when we arrived at Osaka station that we could take the shuttle bus to hotel. we ended up dragging our huge luggage and walked about 25min to reach the hotel. Nevertheless, it's a very pleasant stay.

Japan is a amazing country, everything is perfect. You can't go wrong if you hit the rate around this...Japanese area amazing people, very polite, civilized. I don't know anybody that do not want to go back to Japan. Hotel staffs super professional, efficient, no talking around for nothing. They go straight to the point.

On the negative side. It’s a little out of the way, but they do have a free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station. We got a beautiful 27 square metre room for about the same as we paid a week earlier for a grotty business hotel in Akashi. Staff were helpful and more than happy to bring us a corkscrew and wine glasses. We didn’t have meals at the hotel, but picked up some breakfast at the 7-11 in the basement floor. We usually stay here when we visit Osaka. Great prices on Agoda for most days, but if you get to visit at off-peak times, the prices are amazing.

Old hotel, but this is one of the best hotel in Osaka in term of service ! And room is quite big size. Restaurant selections are good too.

Overall, a helpful service is good & the room is clean. Location is not walking distance to the city but the hotel provided shuttle buses to Osaka station every 5mins from 730am to 10 pm.

Excellent service and the free shuttle bus to Osaka Station can be used every day which is great. Only negative was I paid extra compared to similiat hotels in the area as was impressed by the pool but didn't get to use it as was extra 3240 yen per day per oerson which was in the small print but we didn't see. This would pf changed were I booked.
