The perfect hotel! ”
This is my 2nd time staying and this will always be my hotel everytime I'm in Tokyo. Location is perfect. Has a very own bus stop for the Narita Limousine Bus service so coming and going to the Narita Airport is very convenient. The building is situated at the heart of Shibuya so every shopping, food and forex needs are within reach. Cleanliness is exceptional. The bathroom is spotless. The cleaning maids are trustworthy. The staff are very accomodating. They offer Takkyubin service and they accept credit card payments for that. They have a number of really good english speaking staff The Facilities are wonderful. Every floor has a nice view to the Shibuya crossing. They have 6 elevators so no elevator traffic. lol. The bathroom is big and they have ice machine that offer free ice on every floor!

pros: 1. Limousine Bus Stop - The hotel has its own bus stop for the Airport Limousine Bus Service. The convenvience of not dragging your heavy luggage at the train station stairs is totally worth the price alone. 2. The location - Located at the heart of Shibuya. The scramble crossing is right in front of the hotel so you have lots of chances of having your perfect Shibuya Scramble photo. There's a Tokyu Foodshow (Takeout food stalls) at the basement. The food here is really. they offer free taste. The train lines that are important for sightseeing (Yamanote & Ginza line) are accesible from the hotel. There are two 24 hour conbini (ministop & 7-11) near the hotel for late night food cravings. 3. The staff - they are nice and accomodating. They have foreign and english speaking staff available and they offer Yamato Kuruneko Takyubbin service at the front desk if you need to send your luggage to your next hotel in japan. cons: nothing.

Perfect location in Shibuya”
Perfect location , this is the hotel closest to the crossing. The lobby has direct access to Shibuya station (3F) and they have an exit to the crossing (1F elevator). They have rooms of varying bed size and was offered to upgrade my choice of bed size upon checkin. During checkin, the staff has kindly explained the airport limousine service, that they can reserve a slot for you. The terminal is on the same floor as reception lobby 5F. It was so convenient for us with one kid of 6yrs old. This was our 3rd hotel in our 10-day holiday in Japan, and the last hotel before flying out - so the direct access to limousine airport bus bus stop is a plus! In the elevators, you can view the crossing and no need to get to Magnet bar across the street. 3F has convenience store and a Starbucks and this is the floor with access to subway. All in all I am very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely book for next stays in Shibuya.

1st Japan trip”
If you are going going japan for the first time, this hotel will be a saver. It is pricey but if you are looking for good location, spacious, convenience then this is the right place. Location: 2mins to JR line, and they have many other lines like ginza, all linked together so convenient. There is a 7-11 and family mart nearby. It is located in a shopping mall called Mark City. All within walking distance and sheltered. It is also near hachiko statue and scramble crossing and opposite is tutsuya the starbucks. 4 of us, 2 adult 2 kids stayed in their quad room. Its spacious with 4 single bed and center a round table with 4 chairs. Ample of space to move around. This location is also near 2 ichiran ramen outlet, centre gai is just opposite and mega donki a 6min walking distance. It is really good for us since it is our 1st trip to tokyo this convenience really helped us. Highly recommend this hotel.if you are 1st time traveller.

The Perfect Choice”
There is no better location if you want convenience. It is right above Shibuya station and from the elevators, you will be looking down at the famous Shibuya Crossing. Shopping and dining options even within a 5-minute walk are endless. The rooms are not that small and are very comfortable. Water pressure and air conditioning were great. The airport limousine terminal is just right at the hotel back entrance. It didn't even take us 20 seconds to get there. I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

The best in Shibuya”
Having the hotel directly above Shibuya Crossing is a plus. Having booked a one 4-beds room is amazingly efficient and economics. This is the hotel where you won't get lost and confused in Tokyo, as it is served directly with Airport Limousine Buses, just a minute away from Shibuya Station, almost everyone in Tokyo knows where it is, and the hotel is very comfortable for family or groups.

We had a very nice experience with Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu! Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was amazing (just above Shibuya Mark City). It’s the last bus stop if you’re riding the Aiport Limousine from Narita Airport. Tokyo Metro and JR Yamanote line’s just outside the hotel. If you’re planning to go to see Mt. Fuji, the bus ticketing office and bus stop is just outside the hotel! Its location is very convenient! It overlooks the Shibuya crossing so that’s a huge plus! :)

Best location for going around Tokyo. Close proximity to the station and all the food and shopping Shibuya has to offer. I love that they have parking as well. The view from the room at nighttime is awesome. Staff we’re very friendly and helpful giving us information we needed. Definitely will be our go to hotel when in Tokyo!

This is the second time I’ve stayes here and I always enjoy it. Amazing location and always clean and quiet with a helpful staff. I stayed 3 to a room and they brought in a comfy cot which worked well. Will stay again!

Out Go To Place In Tokyo”
If we want to go to Tokyo to take a break and just enjoy food, we usually book this hotel as it is the most convenient. Room is small but clean and has all the needed amenities, including a sleepwear so you can pack light. Restaurants and shopping to your hearts content. There are pastries below the building we frequent for macaroons. For those with cars, they have parking for cheap and those without, you are right smack Shibuya Station. At the end of a long day of walking, there’s in-room massage service. Staff are very good at English for foreign travelers who are having second thoughts. The price? Reasonable! Very good room deals pop up every now and then so keep watch.

My toddler was sick during our stay and the staff went out of their way to help. They booked taxis for us, helped us to get to a nearby hospital. The hotel was very comfortable and the customer service made it even more well worth the stay!

Fantastic Location and Staff”
Exiting from the elevator puts you in the heart of Shibuya, next to the famous crossing and across from Shibuya Station. I stay here when I first arrive with jet lag so I can safely walk around Shibuya at 3 or 4am and maybe grab a bite to eat or a beer in this 24 hour part of Tokyo.

This hotel is so convenient to restaurants and shops and of course, Shibuya crossing which is a few steps from the hotel. You can even see it depending on which side of the hotel your room is. Metro station is right there plus it’s a drop of favs pick up stop for the airport limousine bus.

We stayed for one night, which was our last night in Japan. The location is superb and you get a great value for the room. The area is super hectic, and if you want to be in Shibuya, it would hard to get better value. Totally recommended.

The location is very good...near shops, restaurants and train station. Rooms have legroom and bathroom has complete toiletries. This is our third time in this hotel. Breakfast has choice between Western and Japanese cuisine. I will recommend this hotel highly
