Отличный отель, в 5 минутах ходьбы (уже с 3 чемоданами и маленьким ребенком) от станции Сибуя, сквера Хатико, очень удобно добираться и до аэропорта Нарита, на поезде Нарита Экспресс, и до аэропорта Ханеда на автобусе. Останавливался транзитом на одну ночь, второй раз на обратном пути. Номер очень просторный, кровати большие односпальные, полуторки. Каждый этаж выполнен в своем стиле. Персонал очень приветливый. Завтрак без изысков, кофе и очень вкусная СВЕЖАЯ выпечка, которую пекут на месте.

Many shops, convini, donki, chemist, many more to choose from! It's great area to stay at. Walking distance to everywhere especially for tourists. Last night of staying/ visiting Japan will be perfect choice. Not too far from Haneda either. I wouldn't recommended to 'family' to stay as surrounded by Love Hotels!

cant beat the location, you wont have to go more than 10 mins for shopping (5mins to DONKI, LOFT, UNIQLO, DAISO, etc...) or the train station (8mins to Hachiko Monument), and unlimited food options... plus free coffee (an Italian Espresso Machine) and pastries for breakfast!

easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops around. small rooms but sufficient with all the essentials. the breakfast was light but satisfactory, just enough to get you to start the day! 3 minutes walk from a giant 24 hrs Don Quijote.

Being in the heart of the Shibuya district, the location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room, however, was not as clean as other rooms we stayed in during our time in Japan.

Nice place”

Affordable place to stay in a good location. It's weird they make you give the key back before leaving or going out but they don't check for ID when you return. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

A wonderful hotel”

I thought that this hotel was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, had AC. Just note that since a physical key opens the door (vs. card keys), the front office wants you to drop off the keys to the front desk before you go out. I noticed this action with other hotels in Japan as well.

Good location, modern rooms, good toiletries ”

We got this place at a good price so it was very worth the value. Rooms are small but felt roomy because of the modern furnishing. Staff were helpful. Don't expect early check in or late check out unless you're willing to pay for it. Liked the furnishing of the place. Location is good!

Basic hotel but really nice and spacious”

Excellent location very near to the main hub of Shibuya. The rooms were really nice: spacious for a Japanese hotel. Being near to Shibuya makes it slightly more expensive but that is to be expected. The room has everything you need, from a room safe to free bottled water. I think that a cupboard with more hangers would make it better. Breakfast was underwhelming with only small continental breakfast available. The safe are all very friendly and helpful.

2nd stay at Shibuya Hotel En”

I love staying here because the location is fantastic! Seriously can't beat it. Just walking distance to Shibuya Crossing and Shibuya station, food and malls just outside your hotel. Plenty of things to see and do around the hotel. Like all Japan hotels, it is small but you manage (plus, you will be spending most of your time outside anyway). The free breakfast in the morning is great, too. Pasties and coffee before you start your day. Won't be my last stay, that's for sure.

Checked in last minute because of our botched airbnb reservation. Very spacious. Great amenities (robe, toiletries, slippers are all of premium quality . Loved the breakfast, too. Too bad we only stayed a night. Quite a walk from Shibuya stn, but very close to DONKI Shibuya and Shibuya stores. I didn't mind the walk since there are shops to check out along the way. Staff was very accommodating.

Great Location”

Location was great. The staff were very helpful. The room was well appointed and remarkably clean. I loved the robes they provided. The breakfast could have been better considering the cost per night. Breakfast only included orange juice, coffee, and 4 different small sized pastries that they warmed for you.

Great location- housekeeping needs some attention!”

This hotel was in a great location and on the surface seemed clean. I was a bit surprised when house keeping only changed bed and towels but didn't seem to clean anything over the course of our stay.......then on the last day I made the mistake of looking under the bed to check we'd left nothing behind. What I saw under there was pretty gross. I don't think anyone had ever cleaned under the bed. Pretty unacceptable I'm afraid.

Good hotel, tiny rooms”

It's a good hotel in an excellent location but the rooms are tiny. TINY. But then again, it's Tokyo - hotels are expensive and space is scarce. Be careful around the bathroom. Bathroom doors are clear glass, not frosted. I walked face-first into the bathroom door one night. That was very painful.

A trip with my parents!”

It was an awesome place! The tech here is super nice. everything was automatic. I really like it. It's easy to find something to eat all day and all night long here. The staffs are mostly nice and helpful. The locations is the BEST here, but it is not that near to the train station. It's about 800 meters walk. Because I am 29 Years, I don't mind walking. Its a bit far for my parents, but it was acceptable. I would definitely come back here again.
