The hotel is about 3 minute walk from Ginza Metro and a few department stores. There are many shopping areas and great restaurants in Ginza. Great location for shopping Room is small but tidy and clean.

Good hotel, small but in great locations”

We came here and booked 3 rooms. Big group with children! The rooms were pretty small, but it is in great locations. So, it's pretty understandable. The breakfast was amazing! You get better price if you tell them you are the hotel's guests. Overall pretty decent.

Comfortable room, convenient location in Ginza”

Convenient because: there's a Lawson almost next door, a few minutes walk to the Mitsukoshi entrance of the Ginza station, generally walkable to several shopping locations in Ginza. Room was comfortable (although the usual small size by Japanese room standards), with a power socket at the headboard of the bed. There is a common area for those who may want to enjoy coffee or a quick snack in the lobby (area is small, but never found it crowded). Shower heater was very easy to work with, & there are mirrors both in the bathroom & outside. Staff is kind & pleasant. For those coming to & from via airport bus, though, the nearest stops are a bit far, at about a 15minute walk away. Did not get to try leaving via subway given with big luggage, & there was ongoing construction work in Ginza station which made it a little harder to navigate. Overall, a good comfortable stay in Ginza.

We had stayed at the beginning of our trip in Shinjuku & wanted to try a different area on or return to Tokyo at the end of our trip. If Ginza is your preference, the location of this hotel is fantastic. It’s very clean & modern, & the staff friendly & helpful. We loved staying at this hotel & can highly recommend it.

Clean, Convenient Hotel with Excellent Location”

The location is excellent, and is the main highlight. Everything in Ginza is easily accessible by foot, and there are several train stations close by to get to the rest of the city. The airport express that goes directly to Haneda is also just 1-2 minutes away. Casual restaurants and drugstores are also close by, as well as Lawson and Family Mart convenience stores. For a nice treat, the ground floor of the hotel features an excellent Shabu Shabu (hot pot) restaurant. The hotel in general is nice and clean, especially the bathrooms. The staff is also very professional and helpful in every way. The only item that is wearing quickly (for a new hotel) is the room carpet. However, that is more reflective of guests rather than the hotel. Guests should really not take their shoes beyond the doorway, as the hotel provides room slippers. Other than that, many thanks to Sotetsu Fresa Sanchome for a great stay.

Great option for a night or two”

Stayed here for a couple of nights before flying back home. Excellent location for Ginza metro stations but a 20-25 minute walk to Tokyo station. (worth bearing in mind if carrying heavy luggage) Price point was excellent. Staff were very friendly and polite and the room was very clean - but it was very small. I think this was the smallest room I stayed in during my month-long travel around Japan. It was almost unmanageable for 1 person so I really don't know how a couple would get on. Would totally recommend for 1-2 nights. Anything longer then look to upgrade in same hotel or move elsewhere.

Free WIFI was totally inadequate for Business or Leisure Travelers”

The Staff and Facilities are awesome. The Hotel is well designed with USB AC outlets and Washer Dryers in the facilities. Why can't they pay extra money to get adequate Bandwidth on their WIFI ?? Between 9pm and 2am the Wifi comes to a literal standstill. I was not able to even do the simplest search function on the Internet. Whether your on Business or Leisure, I cannot recommend this hotel because you will be frustrated beyond belief.

Great Everything, but the Internet Wifi Speed is "Unacceptable"”

The Staff, the facilities are top notch. They think of everything, especially the USB ready outlets. Great Idea. The coin operated Washer/Dryers .. Awesome idea. Problem is that I'm a visitor that is on business and need to have Wifi Day/Night and the Hotel Wifi slows to a crawl from 9pm to 2am. It was so frustrating. I could not work or even perform the simplest function on the Internet. Many travelers require internet 24/7 and this hotel cannot guarantee its visitors that. Sorry, Thats the deal breaker. You need to provide more WIFI bandwidth to your paying customers.

Convenient and Value for money”

Central location located near to several subway lines, convenient for travelling about in Tokyo. Rooms are okay for two travellers - taking into account the standard room sizes in Tokyo. A short walk away from the Access Narita Yūrakuchō bus stop (cheap buses to the airport at 1000 JPY). Also a short walk away to nearby shopping streets and convenience stores. Plentiful of amenities provided such as face mask and moisturizer. Staff are all helpful and attentive but some of them needs to speak better English. The wifi connection were slow in rooms during night time when most people are online - this resulted in the youtube video channels to load very slowly. Some English channels on the TV would be great.

Good Value”

Great location - less than 10 minutes walk to/from Higashi-Ginza Station for trains to Narita and Haneda airports. Ginza station for getting around Tokyo itself is 10 minutes walk as well. Polite Staff, loved the freebies at the reception, asked for late check out (for a fee) and that went well. Lawson just outside the property, 24 hour McDonalds and a local noodle shop across the street. Would stay here again IF traveling alone in Tokyo and wanna be in the center.

Wonderful Stay”

The hotel location is very convenient and close to train station and Ginza shopping area. The staff are equally awesome and communication is not a problem as they can speak English, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient, new and clean hotel ”

New hotel and good location in Ginza. Good value for money. Staff are nice and helpful. Closest station is Higashi Ginza which has direct access to Haneda Airport. Room is a bit smaller (its Tokyo). So if you have lots luggage you can only open 1 at a time. But overall was good value.

Great location and great value”

The location of the hotel is easily accessible via Higashi Ginza which has direct train to/from Haneda Airport. Lots of restraunts/shops/convenient stores around. Sotetsu Fresa Inn has one of the better servicing staff for business hotel chain in Japan. Highly recommended!

Good hotel with poor front office staffs”

the front office staffs were like robots, check out time at 10 am strict, no bottled water provided.

Small rooms, but its Tokyo and the location is excellent so that's expected. Stone's throw away from Matsuya and Mitsukoshi department stores as well as a whole host of boutiques. 2F lobby has vending machines, washing machines, and free coffee, as well as a long table with outlets. Internet is fast too. Ippudo and Ikinari Steak a short walk away.

Good location”

Location is good, near to train station and near to Ginza center shopping area. But the room clean service is not up to japanese standard. There is stin on the floor and not being cleaned through the whole stay.

Great location; next to convenient store and not far from public transportation”

Great location; next to Lawson, Starbucks, many shops and restaurants and not far from public transportation. Room size is a bit bigger than standard japanese hotel especially connecting room is big enough to stay comfortable. Breakfast has not many choices; only 3 set menu everyday, do not need to book room with breakfast. Some front desk receptions cannot understand even easy English. Toilet in my room has bad smell even they clean everday but another room has no smell. However, I still recommend this hotel, especially connecting room and I will book again if I go to Tokyo.
