Очень долго изучала районы и отели Токио и выбрала этот отель.Ни разу не пожалела. Очень удобное расположение отеля. Вход в метро(Ginza Line, вход/выход G08) в десяти метрах от отеля. Чистота в номере идеальная,нам каждый день меняли тапочки и все банные принадлежности (зубная щетка,расчёска, ватные палочки).Так же в номере есть чайник и зеленый чай, если вы не любите зеленый чай,то на ресепшене есть черный (два вкуса на выбор),так же там есть сахар и чайные ложечки. Завтрак я брать не советую,при заказе завтрака номер получается намного дороже,а стоимость завтрака всего 500йен.Если у вас включен завтрак,вы можете: 1.Позавтракать в азиатском ресторане. 2.Купить на 500йен любую продукцию,которая есть в магазине(расположен на первом этаже). 3.Позавтракать в европейском кафе,оно расположено в соседнем здании. Если вы выберете этот отель не пожалеете, у него очень удачное расположение.Удобно доехать до любой достопримечательности.Приятно гулять вечерами по Гинзе,она в 5 минутах от отеля

Convenient location ”

This hotel is less than 5 mins walk away frm the Shimbashi station and about 10mins walk from the main Ginza area. Lots of yakitori place around if you are looking for supper. It's also a station away from Hamamatsucho where you can change to Tokyo monorail to Haneda airport. I would say door to door is about 40mins.

Great place to stay in Tokyo”

Very close to JR station and major transport. Clean and decent room. Very polite staff. Very impressed by 1. free amenities at reception you can grab even facial care products 2. Choices of breakfast. If you get up late, you can always go to Family Mart downstairs and grab your food by presenting your breakfast coupon. You can do late check out at a price of 1000 yen which is fair and making sense. The only drawback is the room is too dry and there may be noise from JR train sometime (but not disturbing to me)

Nice hotel”

Very nice hotel, near station, from narita we can go to the hotel by limousine bus airport stop at daichi hotel walk around 20 meter so close. There is family mart under the hotel.. only the varian of breakfast need improvement..

best location if you plan on exploring Tokyo Hotspots”

We stayed here on our tail end of our 10 day Japan trip for 2 nights. the hotel was in a great location IMHO, due to its proximity to the Shimbashi trains station, close to many restaurants, and is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of many Tokyo attractions. With our JR pass, we are able to visit all Tokyo hotspots such as Shibuya, Ueno, Akihabara, without need to transfer trains. the rooms is bigger than other hotels we stayed at, and is comfortable for 2 adults and 1 kid. Lawson is just downstairs, so yeay! Will definitely come again on our next trip to Tokyo!

Very near to the metro station”

The location is just right beside the metro station with less than 5 mins walking distance. The restaurants are surrounded. The hotel even provide mask, bath fragrances, and some amenity to anyone who stay in the hotel. Good experience.

Near train station”

I stayed in a twin room with my wife and 2 small children. The room is quite small but manageable. The location is near the multiple train lines. If you take the airport limo from Narita, the drop off point is on Dai ichi Hotel which is very near the property. There are many places to eat nearby. The bed is very comfortable. Nothing much to do in the hotel but you can get a very nice sleep after exploring Tokyo because of the very comfortable bed.

Excellent hotel”

the Hotel room is larger than I expected. Convenient location. Would definitely stay with Fresa Inn Group again. One small thing that makes us quite upset. We have requested for two room keys, one was lost (which we believed the house keeping staff took it inadvertently) and we were ordered to pay for an extra 2,000 yen. When we checked out, there was another couple having the same problem, so I guess this problem has been long-lasting.

Excellent location”

Room size is typically small, even in a twin-bed room. Difficult to open suitcase. Japanese breakfast is good. Check-out time is 10am, not the normal 11am. Late check-out will have extra charges per hour. Location is superb if you are using Shimbashi Station and JR lines.

Boutique hotel at good location”

Hotel room is a little bit small, but other than that it is worth it. Breakfast is good and if you missed the breakfast timing, you can use Family mart coupon given (worth 500 yen) that you can use for that day.

Clean rooms and good location”

The rooms are clean and is centrally located. However, if you want a quiet room, this is not the hotel for you as you will hear the sound of the train passing by. I also liked the idea that you can use the breakfast coupon in the convenience store, given that there were days I would miss having breakfast. Overall, the stay was good.

Excellent location with big variety of restaurant food all around within 10 mins walk”

Transportation is a breeze with the Shimbashi station with 5 mins walk, served by Yurikamome to Daiba, Ginza, Hibiya and Yamanote lines. Staff was friendly and helpful and speaks good English. Laundry was however a hassle as there were only two washing machines and dryers located on level 4. Have to pay JPY300 for an hours' wash and JPY100 for each half hour use of dryer. Another hotel I stayed earlier nearby has washing machine cum dryer in the room. Breakfast was so so but can't complain for the price

Terrifically value for money place to stay!”

Stayed here for a total of 10 nights; in two different rooms. In one room, you could hear the trains, but it’s not excessively intrusive even for a light sleeper like me. Cleanliness was great. I could give 10/10 stars as a hygiene/cleanliness freak. Amenities were ample—toothbrush, shaver, shampoo, and some others were provided. Balt salt is available at the front desk. This hotel is in a really convenient location—short walk from shimbashi station. Plenty of eateries nearby, which is a real plus. Surprisingly, I could say all of the staff I met during my stay could speak English. Maybe not extensively, but helpful enough. I would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel was its cleanliness and location. The hotel gives 500 yen voucher at the convenience store if you opt to not eat breakfast from Ootoya or Lad's. I found this option convenient since there was a day when I had to leave early, and was unable to eat breakfast. Room was just about right by Japanese standard. Staff at the receptionist are also helpful. The hotel is very near Shimbashi station. Travel to and from Narita airport was easy through airport limo bus which drops off at Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo (which was just few steps away). Also, lots of food places around the area.

Available smoking rooms for those who smokes ... decent location to shinbashi station and walkable to Ginza shopping or eateries nearby. Breakfast is is simple with 3 choices of jap , western or Convenience store ... hotel is clean with coin Washing machine and dryer

Excellent location with many restaurants within walking distance. There is a convenience store right below the hotel, and limited room space is overcome by good room design here. Staff could have been more enthusiastic in helping us with directions though.

Value for money, good location, clean hotel”

It was really nice to stay at this hotel. It is mall hotel with small rooms but everything is clean and well organized. The location is perfect for shopper because it is near the center, especially few minutes to the Ginza area. I would recommend my friends to stay here.

Good Stay”

Great. Prior to our stay, we contacted the hotel regarding our reservation and the replies were always prompt. The hotel is nearer to the JR exits. When we arrived, we were received by friendly staff. I ordered some stuff from Amazon and had it sent to the hotel. Got my parcel from the hotel staff, no issues. Rooms are nice. Requested for a quiet room. The noise from the trains are quite loud on those non-quiet rooms, but we were so tired after the flight so no problem getting into sleep. There are many shops, restaurants, and convenience store around, and a lot of them are opened till late at night. No problem getting food or to do some shopping. Apart from that, the rooms are small (typical Tokyo hotel room size) and I find it a bit pricey (but compared to other hotels nearby it is reasonable).

Hotel Review”

1) Price of the hotel was reasonable given that Tokyo hotel prices are way more expensive. 2) Staffs were well-versed in english. 3) Location was alright being very near Ginza and 2 stops from Tokyo. Recommended for the budget savvy but do not want to stay in hostels/airbnb.
