Хорошая гостиница”

Расположение гостиницы очень удобное, рядом большой торговый центр, огромный супермаркет, парк. В номерах чисто, убирают каждый день. Были в конце апреля, на улице пасмурно и прохладно-в номере ОЧЕНЬ холодно, просили обогреватель, но нам дали дополнительное одеяло. Ещё просили переходник для европейских розеток-долго искали и запросили залог 1000 йен. Если не обращать внимание на эти минусы, то очень классная гостиница. Номер дали, как мы и просили на самом верхнем 22 этаже

Convenient and affordable ”

Pros: not a busy part of Tokyo and is right beside the Rinkai Line for easy travel virtually anywhere in Tokyo especially Odaiba, Shinagawa and Yokohama. There's also a relatively new mall beside it so you should have all your basic needs. Cons: staff is not fluent in English so you might have problems communicating. No luggage assistance service as well. Side note: they misposted the room I took as part of a family of 4 filter. They also misposted the size of their bed as king size but told us on site they never had such a bed. We managed.

Nice hotel ”

Our room was spacious with a nice view. Direct access to Shinagawa seaside station but it still took us more than 5 mins to get to the station (lift, many escalators, a bit of walk etc). It was very handy to have AEON shopping centre in the same premise as we managed to do all the shopping before getting to the airport. Access to the airport can be great if we could use the bus but the bus stops here only every hour or so. We took a train and monorail to get to the airport (c.30mins) - transfer isnt so easy as you will need to exit the station and walk on the ground level for 5 mins.

Good location, Nice staff”

Staff are helpful and can speak good english. Hotel location is very near to Rinkai Line station, Aeon department store, family mart and Lawson. But there are no direct train line from Haneda Airport, have to use JR Line to Aomono-yokocho station and walk to the hotel about 10-15 mins. So its more convenient to use Taxi. But if you plan to go to Odaiba, this hotel is a very good choice. Room is quiet small but clean and convenient.

Great hotel with excellent location”

Great hotel with excellent location. Lots of nearby amenities nearby. The only concern is the air conditioning is centralized control by the building. I would give it 5 star rating if the air conditioning is individually room controlled.

Very convenient as it sits right above the train station. Lift lobby leads straight to a 24hr convenience store with an Aeon mall w/ lots of food options nearby

Sunroute Supporters”

Another wonderful stay with Sunroute. Hotel is right on top of Shinagawa Seaside Station. Aeon, daiso and restaurants are also right below the hotel. Staying here is such a convenient for family with young children. Easy access to Odaiba area with a lot of children entertainment.

Re-check in hotel when visit Tokyo”

Very easy to access to the hotel and surrounding by convenience store and recommend ihikari Steak house very delicious. Check in time should around 1pm. and check out time is too early if possible should be at 12pm.

Enjoyable stay”

It's true that transportation along Rinkai line is more expensive. However, we definitely got a great deal through agoda for this stay. Location is superb as it is just above Shinagawa Seaside station. There is direct limousine bus from Haneda airport right to the hotel. From Narita airport, we took Willer Express bus which costs only ¥1000 per ticket as we booked online to Osaki station and take the Rinkai train two stops away (¥271 if use top up card). From bus stop to train station is just an overhead bridge distance away and lifts are available. We had no problem rolling our huge luggages and getting my kid to walk. There are fabulous restaurants just downstairs. The four storey Aeon offers great shopping too, especially the supermarket level. There is also a 100 yen store. The queen sea view room we booked is spacious. The only setback is, we are not given the sea view room despite our long stay.

Nice hotel, location is a bit odd”

It was a golden week, but hotel area is very quiet, and provided a relaxed nature. AEON(big market) is just a walk away, so you can easily get groceries whenever you want. I booked this hotel only because it located in sinagawa station. but it is located in sinagawa seaside station, which is a private line of tokyo metro. it will cost you more than 700 yen for return and it is not linked directly to any main station. One tip is, you can take free shuttle bus of AEON(it goes to sinagawa station-ish, about 5 mins walk), if you have a purchased reciept. Airpot access is much better as limousine bus is departing/arriving at the hotel.

Excellent hotel. All 5 star except the facility. This is due the centralized air conditioner. Can't control even if you feel stuffy or warm in the room.

Nice n decent”

Nice hotel, but a little out of the way. Quiet surrounding. but there is a mall. and limo bus to airport. spent $ travelling to other places as the trains are expensive. Will stay here again if I come for business but for shopping there are other better hotels. Convenient as there is a subway and limo to the airport.

A big Aeon mall just opposite the hotel and many restaurants nearby. To Shinjuku by train will cost Yen440/way via Rinkai line then transfer to JR Yamanote line. Travel time about 30mins. Breakfast is buffet style @ Yen1300 excluding tax if it is not included in the room charge. I like the quality of the breakfast though the selection is limited. Room is clean and comes with all the amenities. The only con is the air con is centrally controlled. I felt warm and stuffy when first entering the room. Suspect the aircon is not switched on centrally for rooms. Feedback to the counter and was asked to use the air humidifier which has water cooler function to cool down the room. Can't open the window, there is a level to pull up to open a very small gap for outside air to flow into the room but it is no helping much. The corridor, lobby and restaurant are well air-conditioned.

Clean but narrow”

This hotel has the very good services and clean facilities. I satisfied to stay in this hotel, but if you need the bigger space in the room, I cannot recommend you. The room size of this hotel is the basic Japanese hotel, You cannot expect the huge room size in there. I recommend you to confirm the room size before booking this hotel.

Comfortable and cosy room, pleasant stay :)”

Stayed there for 8 nights. Room is big and comfortable for one. Room lightings can be cosy and romantic. Hotel is just directly above the Shinagawa-Seaside Station which makes travelling very convenient. The hotel is just a short 10-15 minutes ride away from Odaiba. Only thing is the room aircon tend to make some weird purging noises at night.

Comfortable living functions and transportation”

The transportation from Haneda Airport is very convenient. There are two subway stations in the vicinity of the hotel, which is very convenient to Tokyo, Yokohama or Odaiba. Downstairs is a large shopping mall and supermarket, the rooms of seaside have a nice view.

For senior guests this is a good hotel because the flooring in the bathroom is non slip and there is a grip bar in the bath tub. Moreover the bus terminus directly at the doorstep of Sunroute hotel is so convenient. There are convenience stores and a ramen & steak joint in the adjoining Oval Garden. A Super supermarket available for last minute purchases
