Really nice for the price!”
I came here on a business trip and spent a whole week. I thought it was a great value with very kind staff that were patient with my poor Japanese skills. My room was clean and it was nice to go to the grand bath and have free-to-borrow pajamas available after a long day of work. I would definitely stay here again on my next business trip. (I also had breakfast once and it was pretty good, too!)

A Brand-new hotel near Matsumoto castle”
(+) Cleanliness, staff, amenities, parking space, and near a convenience store. We also got a room upgrading to a double-bed room. The hotel has an onsen or public bath too, but we didn't try it. (-) Breakfast was so simple but the breads were delicious. A bit far from Matsumoto station (about 800meters). We stayed for two nights but they didn't clean up our room. I didn't know whether we should've put the "clean-up" sign on the door (?). However, they put clean towels and new aminities on the door handle.

Suggest clarifying advertising (bathrooms ARE private not shared)”
Excellent location and would definitely stay here again. The castle, timepiece museum, school museum, Aeon Mall, and Bang Bang Pizza are all within a kilometer or less from the hotel. Each individual room DOES have its own bathtub / shower / toilet / sink. It is not share as the ad stated. Maybe this shared bathroom was in reference to what might be an onsen on the first floor but we didn't check it out. TV, small frig, and small coffee pot in room. No microwave in room. Parking is about 100m from the front door. It's not spacious but we are out sightseeing and only use the hotel for sleep so it works for us. Beds were comfortable. Staff is extremely polite. They understand and speak enough english to get you checked in. .

Clean and cozy facility”
The location is a bit far from the CBD but still walking distance. The Matsumoto castle is conveniently close to the hotel.. The facility is immaculate and room size and bed are OK despite very cheap price. I recommend this hotel for travelers who don’t care deco or atmosphere but prefer reasonable price.

Or bus, or taxi, or however you get here from the station. Very comfortable and attractive rooms, extremely helpful staff, and very close to the castle… peekaboo view of the keep out the room window. Great stay! I extended an extra night even.

Clean, pleasant and worth the price”
The hotel staff were very no-nonsense and not particularly friendly, but this didn’t take away from the general cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The communal baths were on the first floor, and amenities need to be taken up yourself - you can get as many toiletries as you like (as well as bed clothes) - as there are none in the room. Everything was clean and well maintained. If I had one complaint, it would be that they had and air cleaner that wasn’t plugged in and had clearly not been cleaned for quite awhile.

Walking distance to Matsumoto Castle ”
8 minutes walking distance to the JR station otherwise it’s very convenient. 7-11 and Japanese fast food is short distance away.
