THE PRESTIGE !! remember this name as this is best hotel in Penang. Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my wife and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- once i arrive at the hotel lobby, we were greet with lovely smile from staff. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. We have been informed by receptionist that we also can ask cafe to send our breakfast straight to our room. We tried our breakfast at our room and services are very great, we requested to be serve at 8.00am but in 10min earliest was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Sha who checked us out was verry sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in Penang!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in central Penang to everyone!!:) THANK YOU THE PRESTIGE!:)

It was our first overseas trip after not traveling for 2 years due to the Covid pandemic. We chose to stay at The Prestige located in the historic Georgetown to explore a different part of Penang. The hotel room was very clean, the shower amenities had a super lovely fragrance and the room layout was quite unexpectedly quaint but nice. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the view from there overlooking the Clan Jetties, Butterworth Ferry and the Penang Port and into the mainland of Penang. The wifi network throughout the hotel was very good and it was very exciting for us to discover that one of the top restaurants in Penang (also Top 51 in Asia) - “gen 根” was located on the ground floor of The Prestige. Many great restaurants, historical sites eg Fort Cornwallis and Penang’s famous murals were all within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, especially the security and the concierge who were very attentive and kind. We’ve already booked our next stay at The Prestige for later this year and can’t wait to be back.

Super-satisfying stay”
This is literally a brand new hotel, and when well maintained in the years to come, this would easily be a hotel of choice to many. The hotel’s facade is simply beautiful and impressive, day or night. The reception area is quite small but bright and airy, and the staff makes it more pleasant with their warm reception, friendly hospitality and efficiency during check-in and check-out. The location is less than 3 minutes walk to the ferry terminal, and within comfortable walking distances to most major attractions in Georgetown. Close by, there are lots of local and international foods, at roadsides stalls, foodcourts, old-style kopitiams or proper restaurants. The hotel room is spacey, very clean and neat. The bed and mattress were comfortable. The all-round clear-glass-walled standing shower cubicle is quite spacious and is certainly an interesting feature of the room. There is a reasonable number of on-site free parking and the complimentary wifi is good and strong, even in the room.

One of the best hotel in Georgetown, newly opened on June 2019. Room is well equiped with Nepresso machine, Smart Tv, sufficient and quality Toiletries. Dont forget about the tip top cleanliness in every corner of the room. Comfy bed, matress and blanket are another added points for the hotel. Also, fast check in and check out process with friendly staff at front desk will let you have the best moment once you step in to the hotel. Sufficient indoor parking is available for hotel guest too. Great location for the hotel which is just a 10 - 30mins walk to the famous tourist attraction at the georgetown heritage areas. 5 stars quality with 3 stars price. Great work from The Prestige Hotel Penang. Highly recommended!!!

The best Hotel ever!”
The hotel was exceptional! Staff were friendly, hotel was beautiful, clean and unique! The rooms were amazing with a gorgeous open concept shower (with curtains for privacy) with a separate vanity area the rose gold furnishings were breathtaking , the toilet was hidden through a door in the wall Which was a nice surprise! the bed was as comfortable as a cloud and im a light sleeper however i slept like a baby! the breakfast was good and the cafe vibes were chill. maybe only one thing that bothered me which was a very minute detail, the toilet paper was VERY thin and low quality, for this amazing of a hotel I would suggest providing better quality toilet paper! With that said the pool was also breathtaking! I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great new fashion hotel in Georgetown”
Stayed with several friends, fantastic new hotel with small details thought of. Both staff and facilities are top notch, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the hotel met and exceeded every expectation. Location is a short walk from any of Georgetown's many attraction (it's still in the Heritage area though) which is nice for a stroll after a feast. Only thing to note - when travelling with friends - the bathroom - while incredible, is only sectioned off by a curtain. Hotels in SE Asia tend to favour this open flow bathroom (toilet is separate) but with the mirrors on offer it may be a bit more on-show than used to. It also means the entire room gets lit up in the middle of the night if your travelling companion needs to use to the restroom. Just be aware and don't let this sway you away, just... yeah...

A Gem of a Hotel”
We were fortunate to be able to book a night in the new Prestige Hotel and be there for its Grand Opening on September 29th. From the moment we entered, we were impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. Freddie was especially helpful, as were many others whose names we didn't get. The Deluxe Double room was excellent, and met our every need: super-comfortable bed and pillows, shower you didn't want to get out of, great selection of amenities, Netspresso coffee maker (not instant!), good-selection breakfast, and on and on. The Opening ceremony itself was a spirited display of Chinese culture with a wonderful spread of fine food and entertainment. A memorable night and following day.

We had a great time in this hotel for our anniversary celebrations. The 1st impression towards this hotel is clean, stylish, modern, comfort. The design, the compliment slice cake, snacks, beverage, welcome beverage at the glass cafe, toiletries were value for money. Nearby is Beach Street with wide selection of cafe, hawker food, banks. It is a good spot for traveller as well. The water pressure is just like waterfall, feel so good to take shower in the shower room with great design. The bed and the pillow is so soft and comfort to sleep. Overall, I will come back again on my next year birthday ❤️

The rooms that we booked were pleasantly appealing. The interior and facilities are complete with a full set of toiletries that we could utilise. Besides that, the hotel also provides hair conditioner which is a perk to all females who are staying overnight. The breakfast corner is also full of array of variety and they are mouth watering. The pool has a nice paranomical view of Penang sea port and the gym is properly equipped with stations that one needs. The only down side is the bedsheet. If it could be cleaner, my elderly parents won't have skin allergy issue upon lieing on it. Overall, I would highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Hotel rooms as per picture, nice decoration and friendly staffs. Welcome drinks were impressive with lots of choices like coffee, tea, juice, soft drink. Room inside was really clean, use good quality of bed and pillows. Shower was suddenly warm, no need to wait long time. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all with great quality.. Location wise is great, near to many traveling places. Only 1 recommended improvement is to have staff proactively collecting already eaten food and guest put outside the room, it’s just make the corridor not nice, but overall is awesome!!

Very good hotel i can say.... Location is very good surrounded by food & also walking distance to street art area. Very new & clean. The hotel even allocate some restaurants & a mini mart at their ground floor convenient for guests. We took the King Deluxe Room and it's awesome. Very spacious, clean & comfortable bed. At night the roof top is beautiful. Chill there with a nice pool lighted & facing the sea...u can even see he lights of penang bridge. Very windy so it's chilling.

Gorgeous, modern hotel at a strategic location.”
The hotel is located in the strategic part of Georgetown. Most eateries are within 1-2 KM distance from the hotel, so you can either walk (if you're feeling adventurous) or have short Grab rides if you'd like to check out some of the famous eateries nearby. I like that there's a convenience store, coffee shop, florist and even a pharmacy within the hotel vicinity. There are 2 things that I wasn't very keen about: 1) the use of curtains instead of a door for their bathroom and 2) lack of elevation on their shower floor, causing the water to pool on the completely flat flooring and requiring you to manually sweep the used water into the drain hole using your feet. Apart from thee things, this hotel is actually a lovely place to stay in Penang. Also, I love that the toilet has a long-hosed bidet, which is absolutely perfect for Muslim travellers.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Malaysia”
First time staying in the hotel and it did not disappoint. Love that the hotel is new, strategic location and best of all the room is so spacious and clean. Booked the Loft Suite and although the price is slightly more expensive that other hotels around its worth it. We had free flow beverages from Cutters Lounge and free breakfast. Another notable mention is one of the staff Johari is super helpful. Would def come and stay again. I give 5 ratings

New Hotel with Superb Service”
This Hotel is new, the interior design is nice, looks clean with white painting. The staffs are friendly. The room is classy and beautiful design. Bed is comfortable, I have a good sleep for whole night. Room is come with complementary coffee and drinks. Guest will also entitle to get a complementary drink at lobby restaurant. The environment of the restaurant is just wonderful. I have a great time to stay here. Will come back again in next time.

We managed to stay here only for one night as the hotel was fully booked on the 5/10/2019. Fatin who checked me in was so nice and efficient. Love the colour combinations at the reception area as well as in the room. It looks clean, luxury and expensive. Even the amenities in the room smelled so good. They also provide great selections of complimentary drinks in mini fridge. And coffee tea from Nespresso and TWG brand. Every corner is an OOTD spot.

Great Location, Staff and Rooms!”
Prestige or better known as the newest hotel in town by all the Grab Drivers, is strategically located in George Town with pretty much all the beautiful lanes located at walking distance. It's a classy hotel with excellent service! The staff is the best I came across during my stay in Malaysia. They welcomed us very warmly and I didn't have to plead for an early check-in, they made it available without any fuss. Most hotels just dramatise the whole early check-in to maintain a certain premium image. The other facilities like the pool and gym are quite nice and the breakfast at their coffee shop - The Glasshouse is just the right spread. Would totally recommend a stay there if you visiting George Town!

I barely have no complaint about this hotel. From the day I arrived, the check in process was so smooth, the STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL, I'm so thankful for them bcs all of them were so nice. And the room??? Omg, the design is sooo exclusive, I love the floating-type of the bed and bedside table. The TV have soooo many options, the movie they provided are most of them latest one! The bath soap, shampoo and conditioner are all in standard size, not in small size okay. And also for Muslim, they give the kiblat direction too, and got coffee maker too. They give 4 different types of drinks, I've never get that much type of drink in other hotel ngl 😂 What else? Omg so much more good reviews about this hotel, just go and try stay here ❤️
