Beautiful hotel with excellent location and service”

The hotel is situated right next to the Tokyo Station providing easy access to airports and metro to everywhere. There are many shopping areas and great restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is equipped with very polite and helpful staff. Room is beautiful with classic elegance. I especially love the bathroom which is spacious and has a big bathtub for relax. The hotel breakfast is extraordinary.

One of the best breakfast buffets in Tokyo - Excellent staff and lots of choices (both Western and Japanese) in a quiet and relaxing environment. Classic (basic) rooms are on the small side with little to no view. It's very quiet although we're basically next to the train track.

Can't beat the location, very nice hotel”

Hotel is really nice, it has several exits to different parts of Tokyo Station though it can be a bit of a walk to the rooms/restaurants since it's a pretty big place. The breakfast buffet in the upper restaurant (additional cost) is amazing and worth the splurge if you have time to enjoy it. Staff has very good english and concierge team was very helpful, they managed one of our restaurant bookings. The room was spacious enough for us and bathroom had a great size.

In addition to the excellent service, location and attention to detail, the breakfast brunch in the Atrium is one of the best we’ve had. A concierge assisted us with our luggage and escorted us through the busy Tokyo train station to the platform for the Narita Exprress.

I have been to Tokyo often and station hotel Is excellent for business travelers or visitors. Service is high standard and they offer porter service to lead you the way to the platform at the station to Narita airport , if you have too many luggage. It is really helpful when I have a big snowboard bag with me .

We had a layover in Tokyo and this hotel did everything to make sure we were taken care of on our trip. Arranging a private guide, dinner and train tickets, including an escort! Amazing breakfast on the morning. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Hotel directly in the center of Tokyo”

Superb hotel, excellent rooms (especially the bathrooms), 1st class service. Only negative point: Breakfast options are very limited and rather expensive. It's easy to find better options within 2 minutes walking distance.

Antique hotel with excellent service”

The hotel has a very long history since earlier 19th Century. The hotel itself is already a very attractive scenic spot. In the center of various shopping mall and the interchange of a lot of JR line, this hotel is also very close to the ancient Tokyo palace, giving you an unique mixed experience of a modern city vs a peaceful and tranquil cultural center. The service is excellent in the hotel, the staffs are all helpful and always cheerful when serving their customer, I really appreciate that. The room size is fair and you should try best to get the room which face the palace as they give you a much better view and oversee the open area of station's atrium. A bit surprised is that they still charge the hotel guests for using their gym and other Onsen, this doesn't happen in other hotel I visited before.

I stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel recently and cannot say enough good things about the hotel. Great location in Marunouchi and close proximity to Ginza which is my favorite area of Tokyo. Service was excellent and my compliments to the Concierge team for all their kind assistance to me and my family during our stay. Looking forward to staying here again!

We spent five nights here during my family's first trip to Japan. Part of the reason we chose it was because we wanted access to a top-of-the-line concierge to help us make dinner reservations at certain places. The hotel was spectacular. The location is so easy, and transport is also easy because it's literally on the train station (yet the rooms were quiet.) The staff made this place absolutely shine - the best service we encountered in Japan. Money well spent in a very expensive city.

Great location right in the Tokyo Station and a beautiful historic building. We had a palace side room so great view of the square outside and the palace. Excellent services from all staffs. They're very friendly and attentive. There was a special event outside on the square, and the hotel left a card explaining to us what the tradition was and the schedule of the event. This was really thoughtful to travelers who would like to experience more of the local culture. Great deco of the room and very clean. This was our second time visiting this hotel and we would definitely come back again.

Hotel staff are very friendly and kind. You feel welcomed and at home right away. As it was my husband’s birthday, the hotel offered to take our picture and gave us a photo card at checkout to remember this special day by.

I forgot my personal belongings in the hotel room, they send someone to deliver my left items to the Henada airport just like I am their family, what a high level of service in the World. I will definitely stay in the Tokyo Station Hotel again. Btw, breakfast is delicious and their staff are the best in service.

The concierge manager & the front desk staff helped to solve the urgency issues promptly upon the arrival from Nikko. Appreciated both gents（forgot to get the names）A lovely room under the dome and the buffet breakfast was so good. Great location to easy access between Ginza. Am looking forward to visiting again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Its one of the designated "small luxury hotels" but you'd never guess from the size of the building. But the hotel itself is wrapped around only one portion of the historic Tokyo Train Station, thus the name. Couldn't be more convenient. Several restaurant venues to choose from.

One of the most beautiful historic hotel we have experienced. Everything was perfect. Location is excellent. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Everyone. always has a big smile and willing to make you feel at home. The concierge team service is truly impeccable. Really appreciate Ms Miyuki and Mr Tomonori for taking care of us and making dinner arrangements for us. Thank you! Without a doubt an exceptional choice to stay when visiting Tokyo. We will surely be back again when the chance arise.

Fantastic hotel in the beating heart of Tokyo with facilities galore ”

Fabulous friendly staff from reception to housekeeping to concierge. The atrium restaurant has a beautiful feel. If only all the restaurants were over 1 or 2 floors it would have been easier to find. The spa has a hot spring, plenty of eating places, we are vegetarian and the staff made sure we were accommodated for. Thank you! The sheets just soft, along with the night dress in the bedside drawer, a nice touch, big deep bath and hot water with good water pressure. Walking distance from faboulous shops and the park right opposite with beautiful cherry blossom and when it was time to go home, a 5 min walk to the platform from the hotel lobby. Fabulous hotel, but pricey but it’s cherry blossom season here so the highest of prices. Will try it again maybe in a lower season.
