Good location/Love laundromat ”

The nearest exit is C6 with stairs so not recommended this exit for travelers with big luggage. In-room laundromat is truly useful. Echiko ikebukuro station is full of shops eg. Starbucks, Uniqlo, etc. Seibu is walkable from inside station. At Seibu 8F, you can enjoy Midori Sushi. Traveling with 24-hr Metro ¥600 is truly cost saving. You can visit top tourism locations with this card.

Hotel is very close to the station. If you have big luggage, there’s a lift at exit C9. Otherwise the closest exit is C6. There’s a washer in the room which i can just leave my clothes to wash and come back already dry without any hassle! Staffs are nice and very helpful. Will definitely come back again.

Handy hotel for Henada bound travellers ”

The Haneda airport bust stop is only 2 crossings away (3minutes walk) so the hotel is a really good choice for travellers with bulky baggages. Lots of eat out near the hotel. The washing machine inside the room is a real differentiator for me.

Perfect location - Exit C1 Ikebukuro”

Located in West Ikebukuro, the fastest way to the hotel is via the underground passageway tunnel that connects the JR and subway stations. Find the signs for the "F" (Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line) and exit at C1 or C6 (C1 has a shorter walk and takes you right to the front via an alley). The hotel itself was great - includes a washer/dryer and is very clean and reasonably sized for a Tokyo Hotel room. The hotel is secured by encoded cards, non-smoking and quiet.

Excellent choice for value hotel in Tokyo. Conveniently located in Ikebukuro Station, which means that you can reach everywhere in Tokyo using Metro or JR. Easy reach to catch a Narita Express to airport as well. Ikebukuro itself is a nice neighborhood. Lots of restaurant and cafe, Big Seibu department stores and several others. Only five minutes train ride to Shinjuku, Shibuya or Harajuku. Rooms are great. A bit small but I think its above standard for a hotel in Tokyo. Washing machine and Dryer in the room ... convenient. Breakfast is great. Tips: If you have luggages, you better take Exit 6 for escalator, or Exit 9 for elevator and then walk for another 2-3 minutes. Any other exits means that you have to carry your luggages for 80-100 stairs.

Big-time value, clean & comfortable”

Functional, excellent value, clean and comfortable.... and near to Ikebukuro Station made my five day stay fantastic! I have stayed at many hotels in Tokyo, both lower and higher priced, and this one is a great find. Keep in mind, there are a few things which are worth noting before you get frustrated. The air conditioner and TV remotes are both in Japanese however, a simple call to the front desk will have someone come to your room and explain how to use them. The sheets are not changed daily, rather they will clean garbage cans and exchange used towels for new....a big cost savings to the hotel, then passed on to the guest. I prefer my sheets changed daily and, as written in the room information paperwork, a small daily fee may be paid up front for this. The windows keep out the noise, and other than the room being quite small I loved it! Thanks Tokyu Stay!!

Location is convenient and near 池袋 station, easy to find the place when come from 池袋 under 副都心线 exit C6. Room is slightly small but good enough for 2. Every room come with washing machine with dryer function is really convenient. This hotel also provide luggage storage services is good for me.

High recommended”

Highly accessible. couple minutes walk from ikebukuro metro station and there's convenience store right st the corner. Not to mention cheap udon store. Love the room. It's relatively spacious to lay out 2 big luggage bags on the floor. There's always microwave oven and washer cum dryer! Hotel staff can speak English and are also very helpful.

Great location. Value for money”

We stayed a total of 8-days. Location was very convenient. Lots of good local eatery nearby. Lots of shopping malls within walking distances. 10mins walk to the JR rail and other metro line. You do not need to look too far for the hotel entrance when you exit from underground pass ways.

Great stay! Good security! Love it!!”

We booked 2 rooms. We had a great time there. The hotel has good security system i.e. security door open only with key card, lift open only our floor. The staff is new but very helpful. The room was a bit tiny but nice and clean. We booked rooms with breakfast but unfortunately we did not have a chance to try due to the fact that we had to go to the temple early in the morning. We will try it next time :) Highly recommended!!!

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located in the heart of Ikebukuro. The room and bed are comforatble. Breakfast is good. We will choose this hotel next time when visiting Tokyo.

Convenient”

convenient,juz few mins to Ikebukuro mtr,you can go anywhere easily. Many restaurants nearby and all opened til mid nite. Some pharmacies around 24 hours,gals can shop even late night. hotel room not very big but you can get all you need,i can say this hotel very worth to live and i recommend to all my friends. free breakfast but it sucks without much choice for food so I forfeited

Convenient location, friendly staff”

Location is near JR Ikebukuro station West C6 exit, although it was a bit hard to find initially. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a microwave oven and a washing machine inside the room, which is really convenient. They don't change the bedsheets everyday, only the towels, but that was fine with us. Breakfast was simple. Overall value for money.

Great location and value for money”

The hotel is well located within the buzz of the Ikebukuro area. Within 2 mins walk to the train station and close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants and eateries. Lots of good food to eat at night. Definitely an excellent accommodation choice given its price vs hotel standard. Simple breakfast is served.

Fuss-free and Cheap”

If you intend to bring large luggages, do not stay at this hotel. This is the main point that I want to drive across. Given that we wanted to go budget on this trip, we decided to book this hotel since it's so wallet friendly. Big mistake!!! The room had literally no walking space once our big luggages were open. Of course, this is no fault of the hotel's. It's a fuss-free and clean business hotel that caters mainly for local businessmen and light travellers. Location wise, it is just a couple minutes walk from the Ikebukuro station, so access is convenient. Ikebukuro is a food haven, especially ramen. So if you are into ramen, this is your place... All-in-all, my only gripe was the room size (which is our own fault because we made the choice). Other than that, the hotel was simple, clean and will cater to most basic needs.

Excellent Hotel”

Hotel is located next to a metro station with stores and restaurants around it. It is located in an area outside the center of Tokyo but still very much accessible. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and attentive. Room was superb with high speed internet. Room has a microwave and a clothes washer and dryer which is perfect especially for long stays.

Great hotel for traveller”

Room is small (as normal in Tokyo) but layout is better than other hotel, so we can still feel comfortable. Furniture is clean and brand new. Having microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and kitchenware in room. Attractive price with breakfast included. (Rice, potato, bread, juice, coffee, tea, soup, that's all, not much to select) Great location near C1 or C1 exit from Ikebukuro station.

Value hotel”

The small hotel is valued for money to stay in Ikebukuro. Walking for 8 minutes from JR station. I got some problem while checking in as I booked two rooms for three adults and one 11 year old child. They’re trying to make me pay for my child as adult rate. I’m very confuse as I book with Agoda clearly by input my child age while booking . But the hotel said their child in their meaning is under7 years old. I disagree with their condition and want to contact Agoda care. However, finally they accept my booking. The room is small as Japan hotel style. Their breakfast is fair, not much choice. Their cleaning should be improved especially air conditioning, it’s full of dust. The staffs is welcome and helpful. They speak English better than some bigger hotel.

Comfortable Stay, the ability to do in-room laundry was great”

Room size was good and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good. The in-room washing machine cum dryer was very convenient after many days of travel. Best of all, the hotel provided one small pack of laundry powder, complimentary.
