Value for money with excellent location”

I have stayed here many time over the last 15 years and it continues to be among my favourites.It provides whatever you require and is located close to old tsukiji market as well as is a 10 mt walk from Ginza.Close to public transportation why would one want to waste money staying in more pricey hotels!!!!

Perfect Location. Just inside Tsukiji Market”

Perfect locations. The only hotel right inside the Tsukiji market. Clean and well equipped inside the room (it even has washing machine, microwave, and electrical ironing board). Breakfast is also good. Certainly will return.

Really great location for transport, food, etc. reasonable space for Tokyo standards. Decent amenities. They however only do house cleaning if you stay 7 days and more but it was ok for us. Definitely value for money. Would stay there when I visit Tokyo again!

Nice small hotel within Tsukiji outer market”

Nice hotel within Tsukiji outer market (once you step out, you're literally inside the market) - about 10 mins walk from Tsukiji station (Hibiya subway) and Higashi Ginza (Ginza Line), so no complaints about the location. Just so you know, rooms aren't cleaned daily though toiletries are replaced daily. We had a residence room which was fully equipped with a washer-dryer, a small electric stove and a sink. So if you're staying for an extended time you can consider this room.

Value for Money”

It’s a given that most rooms in Japan are small like 12 sqm as I have researched but the rooms of this hotel are more spacious (17 sqm). This is our first time to go to Tokyo and I needed a hotel that would be convenient for my family to explore tokyo. Nearest subway station is Tsukiji at the Hibiya line and it’s only a few mins walk going there. Since we were also going to Disneyland, coming from Tsukiji was easy since you just need to ride at Shintomicho station also walking distance from the hotel. We appreciate the washing machine included in the amenities of the hotel since you can wash your clothes and it would already be dry once done. One night we were distracted with the LED light from the aircon, and the one from front desk provided a special tape to cover the light since it cannot be turned off unless you turn off the aircon itself. Appreciated that as well. Nice amenities as well (shampoo and wash, toilet and bath, complimentary cofee).

The hotel is just right next to the Tsukiji market and love all the seafood breakfast readily available once you step out of the hotel. The room is always clean and well maintained. Recommended to those who wanted to join the Tsukiji fish market tour.

Excellent location”

Location is perfect. Rooms are bigger than most other chained hotels with reasonable price. Washing machine & microwave oven are inside the room. We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel did not make up the bed or did any cleaning, but they provided new towels and emptied trash bins. In general a good place to stay for eateries.

Perfect location”

We traveled for food. So there's no other place better than a hotel right next to Tsukiji market. The only setback is the too stringent check-in policy. We planned to wander around upon arrival and get back to hotel only in the evening. However, my daughter was having a fever so we decided to check-in early so that she could rest. But the staff did not allow any flexibility even for 10 minutes. Can only check in get our room at exactly 3 pm.

This hotel located in the Tsukiji fish market area which nice for who wants to go market early morning. 5 mins walk to Metro station. It's a bit pricey for small room around 18 sq.m. Staff were try to help but not that good in English.

Great hotel with semi helpful staff. Situated right next to the Tsukiji Fish market every meal is a taste of heaven. I think with the hotel having a computer to use maybe add in a few peripherals such as card reader.

Perfect for sushi breakfast”

This is a perfect spot at the Fish Market. It was great to have fresh fish for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The area is very busy in the morning but very quiet at night. The room was small (normal by Japanese standards) but functional and spotless. Very good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to several metro stations and an easy walk to Ginza. The staff recommended a great restaurant for dinner for us one night - Takewaka - not cheap but excellent. Highly recommended to stay here if you are planning to explore the Fish Market.

Clean Business Hotel”

The hotel is geared towards longer stays since it has a washing machine in the room, they provide packet of detergent, and the cleaning service only comes once a week. Hotel is small but has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location”

The location of the hotel is the best thing you can have if you wish to visit Tsukiji fish market in the early morning: it is right above the outer market, literally. Once you step out the hotel entrance you are standing in the market. We booked it because we wish to see the tuna auction in the midnight, so it is 5-mins walk to the tuna auction queuing place. After the auction it is very convenient for us to walk back and get some sleep, before re-visit the busy market again in the morning. Downside is that the room is quite small, barely a queensize bed, a table, and these occupy the most of the room. It is good for a quick stay if you don't mind the room size.

The best hotel for traveler visiting Tsukiji Market”

The hotel is located inside Tsukiji Outer Market and about 5 mins to Tsukiji Inner Market. The best choice of hotel for travelers visiting Tuna auction or visiting the famous restaurant Sushi Dai. However, the hotel does not provide room tidying service for staying below 7 days but replacement of towels is still available. The WIFI of hotel is not very speedy at all.

Hotel is right smack at one of the entrances to Tsukiji market - simply walk out from the hotel, and to your right, you are right smack in the heart of all the action! The hotel is merely a 2 mins walk from Tsukiji subway station as well - and also 3 stops away from Tokyo Station (after transfering from Hibiya line to Marunouchi line), and 2 stops down to Ginza station on the Hibiya line. Very convenient! Room, albeit small, is fantastic as it is well equipped with a pants straightener, a washing machine cum dryer, microwave oven, and bathroom even has a bathtub. Definitely the hotel of my choice in my next visit to Tokyo!

Just a few steps to fresh seafood!”

The hotel is a short distance away from the train station and if you find the correct way out, you do not need to lug your luggage up the stairs from the train station. Room has washing machine and we were given 2 packets of detergent for our 2 nights stay there. Perfect if you have dirty laundry to do. Just step out of the entrance of hotel and you have lots of seafood to eat from the outer market.

Close to Tsukiji Market”

Hotels in Japan are small and expensive by asian standard so I think we got a pretty good deal for a few hours of good quality sleep. Room is relatively large and all facilities look clean. Found this hotel as I was planning to have breakfast at Daiwa Sushi. Departed from hotel at 4.30 am and there was already 30 people queuing. For anyone planning to visit the fish market (tuna auction if you're keen), I'd recommend staying here since it is only a few minutes of walk from the hotel. We slept like a log after our breakfast, tired due to delayed midnight flights. Taxi costs 7000++ yen from Haneda Airport.

An excellent hotel for business travellers !!!”

The location is great, 5 minutes to Tsukiji station and 10-15 minutes to Ginza station, where you'll be able to access to any places in Tokyo if planning to visit clients. And the room is great, very clean and comfortable, i would come back as a business traveller next time, highly recommend to all business travellers or couples or families.

Tokyu Stay Tsikiji's location is excellent, it is located just beside the tsukiji market where you can have fresh seafood, sashimi and more, it is also 5 minutes to the tsukiji station and 10-15 minutes to Ginza, where it is a shopping destination for travellers. The room is a lot bigger than what i had stayed in other hotels in Tokyo before, it is very comfortable, clean and it even has a washing machine in the room where you'll be able to wash your clothes easily. Highly recommend this hotel to all travellers or couples who's planning to visit Tokyo.
