Location is great. The limousine bus from Haneda airport drops you directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is right at the Shin-Urayasu train stop - Disneyland is just one stop away at Maihama station. Staff is nice, a nice spread for breakfast. Overall great experience.

Our room is spacious. Beds are comfortable. Location is great, just a minute or two walk from the station. Staffs are polite and nice. We will be back again.

It's not a new hotel but very well maintained. The room and toilet is huge and the hotel is just next to the station. Perfect stay if you are visiting Disney them parks.

Nice hotel, quirky room furniture, luxurious bath”

Everything was nice about this hotel, but I couldn’t figure out the room furniture. There was no desk, no chair, no place to sit other than on the bed. Instead there were these modular fabric covered squares that I guess could be used to sit on or used as work space, but I found them really awkward. Fortunately the bed was very comfortable and the bath was huge and luxurious, and so I enjoyed my stay. It’s very close to the Shin-Urayasu train station, two minute walk, which makes getting there really convenient.

Nice Hotel Food Could Be Better”

Large room but housekeeping wouldnt really fix the bed nicely. Breakfast buffet was the same food every day with no variety. Location is only close to Disney and far from rest of main locations in Tokyo. Free wheelchair rental for mom was nice

They have superb staff! I left my backpack (including passport) in front of restaurant lobby (near to exit door to shuttle bus) thanks to the doorman who keep safe my backpack, I can found my backpack after 40 minute bus ride to Disneyland (and back to hotel). Hotel with excellent location (near to Shin Urayasu Station and airport bus limousine stop), have free shuttle bus facilities to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea.

Everything is Just Perfect Here”

I with my family are very satisfied staying at this hotel. Everything is just perfect. You can enjoy free shuttle service to/from Disney Sea/Land. It is just cross street to Shin-Urayasu station, AEON Mall, McD, Family Mart etc, or even Lawson is in the property area. It is very strategic location. There is connection between the hotel and station or mall.

Great location for visiting Tokyo Disney Resort”

The hotel offers free shuttle to the parks, but there is also a station right next door you can take of the shuttle time is too long of a wait. There are also two Lawson’s next door to the hotel. The room is large with a very nice bathroom. The staff are on the stuffy side as this is a more upscale type of hotel, despite being able to book it very reasonably.

Near Tokyo Disneyland ”

A very convenient hotel just two minutes walk from Shin Urayasu Station and with free shuttle to Disneyland. Spacious room and comfortable air conditioning. Only thing worths consideration is that the limousine bus to Narita or Haneda Airport are about five minutes walk from hotel.

This hotel’s location is a better choice than the ones more local to disneyland. We stayed at the Hilton. At location initially on our two week trip. This location was better for the convenience store Lawson. Their friend chicken and soup and the end of a long day of Disney was great. We got breakfast and some snacks for the Disney days. There are buses that consistently run to Disneyland. Not too long of a ride, about 15-20 min. You can get tickets for Disney here; either park. The only problem is that you are not guaranteed entrance like the other hotels, ie hilton bay. If it’s too full at the parks, they may deny you entrance. We made sure to arrive to the parks early, about 30-40 min prior to opening and it was no problem for us. We booked the fancier room on floor 21. Room 2102. It had the room with a nice view and a grand tub. The room was smoking, but the staff really did their best to remove the smell. It only persisted for one night. Love this hotel and location

Everything was great, free shuttle to Disney, shopping mall and supermarket near by the hotel, metro / JR system is just below the hotel. Very convenient for families whom planed to visit Disney
