Очень хороший отель, ощущение, что номер новый, будто до тебя в нём ещё никто не жил. Чистота как в операционной. У меня номер был маленький, но одному человеку вполне достаточно. Большая полутороспальная кровать, чистейшее, хрустящее, приятное постельное бельё. Все необходимые туалетные принадлежности. Если чего-то не хватает в номере, можно взять на ресепшене бесплатно. Вежливый, доброжелательный персонал. Минус только в том, что никто не говорит по английски. Но в целом и это не особо критично.

Очень уютный отель. Расположен удобно, чистые номера. Персонал отеля очень приветлив и доброжелателен. В рамках поездки останавливались и в других отелях, но в этом нам понравилось больше.

Love the location - just one station away from Ueno, a very quiet neighborhood and a supermarket nearby which opens until 12am midnight. And the welcome drink part is lovely too. Will definitely stay here again next time.

we booked 2 rooms for the total of 5 nights.. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Hotel located close to iriya Station (only 1 stop away from ueno). There was a large pharmacy store, 7-11, Yoshinoya, supermarket and a few small restaurants near by. Breakfast was excellent. hotel provided complimentary snacks during the day and night. Staffs were very friendly, especially the Duty Manager during day time. If you are looking for a quite hotel with good location from hustling and bustling of Tokyo, this hotel is definitely recommended. My daughters say that it is super excellent..

Five Star Sevice for affordable price”
Pros: -Near at Iriya Station exit 3 (2mins) its in the middle: for elevator go to exit 4 then turn right then left the right -Buffet breakfast is superb, with snack from 2pm-9pm and light dinner 9pm-11pm -Courteous and accommodating staff though some cant hardly speak english but they will try their best. -Ambiance well maintain and great set up (what u see on the photos are same but little smaller -Full of freebies -they have laundry, oven, vendie machine and smoking area at 5th flr Cons: small room but u can booked for their bigger room. Thank you so much Vessel Inn Ueno Iriya we really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely recommend and come back here. More power to this hotel

Nice little hotel with great service”
The staff really did help us out with all our requests and thus made our stay as comfortable as possible (considering the very small room). The 3 of us were staying for 8 nights and every request for extra towels, pillows and sheets was granted without extra charge. They also kept our luggage during our Mount Fuji trip and even had it waiting in our new room, after our return. We arrived around 10am in the morning normally had to wait for 4 hours to get to our room. This was the only extra charge (1000 JPY per 1 hour) we encountered and kind of reasonable. After the red eye flight, we gladly took this offer. Throughout the day, you can get coffee and small snacks + from 9pm onwards you get rice & miso soup (with Japanese condiments) until 11pm. Like the breakfast it is nothing super special, but for a 3 star hotel and the convenience of being able to sit down and have a coffee, chocolate or just plain cold water, it is well appreciated.

Great location and breakfast”
We stayed here for 3 nights, and very satisfied with the location, walking distance to the subway station, near shops and supermarkets. The best thing though is the breakfast! Loved the tuna sashimi, very generous serving and excellent quality. Staff is very nice and helpful. Will come back for sure. Thanks!

Small room and toilet”
Location is not convenient although the Tokyo subway is near the inn as you have to deal with morning rush hour and evening rush hour as late as 10pm. You are better off with shinjuku area. Room is definely small. Toilet is small but they managed to squeeze in a small bath tub.. shower pressure is good and hot water is good as well. A plus point is that they provide free drinks and snacks from 3pm to 9pm. And simple meal from 9pm to 11pm.

Thank you Vessel Inn for making my first experience of Tokyo such a pleasure. My room was very comfortable. Staff were always available for questions and assistance. Thanks for the free beauty products on offer every day, such as face mask and hair mask conditioner. It was such a pleasure to have nice bath after a long day of walking around. I loved the Iriya area, not crowded with tourists, but for me personally a very genuine Japanese experience. There are some beautiful old shrines in the area and lots of small restaurants. It is very conveniently situated for Hibya subway line. The best thing was the generous breakfast buffet, which introduced me to the culture of Japanese breakfast food and was a very memorable experience. Defintely very good value for money.

Best place in Japan ”
We had good accommodations through our Japan journey, but this was by far the best place. I only wish we had found it before our last night. Space, facilities, food, staff....everything was wonderful. The location was not in the tourist district (I prefer local areas), but close enough to access easily my foot or metro. If I come to Japan again, I will return here in a heartbeat.

This hotel is conveniently located 1 block from Iriya station. The front desk staff are friendly and they offer complimentary women's beauty products at the front desk. They also have complimentary coffee and beverages downstairs. We didn't purchase breakfast with the room rate so I can't comment on it. However they have an amazing bakery across the street named Gouter Le Ble. My picky family loved it. They have lots of variety and the prices are great. The hotel is clean but the rooms are small which is to be expected in Tokyo. We booked a room with a double bed plus extra single and were able to fit 3 of us with all of our luggage. Just don't expect much room to walk around in. Overall I thought the room rate was good for what we received and would stay again.

book new decoation floor is a must, spacious toilet area. Amazing to the breakfast, don't miss the breakfast, they will provide fresh Tuna fish sashimi, raw meat absolutely yummy and no frozen smell, i appreciate to the chef and waitress are nicer, free foods and beverages all time, we will come again.

best option for family with small children”
great location. we like it that the location is in a quiet area away from the busy city but still accessible and near. room was clean and comfortable. we enjoyed the free late night ochazuke and breakfast every morning there is variety. the staff are also friendly and very accommodating. we will definitely stay here again. valie for money!

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in December 2018. I must say it was perfect. The staffs was friendly and will do whatever it takes to help you even though they speak only little English. But no problem at all, we manage to communicate. Nearby restaurants was pretty good so no issue in finding food. There is a supermarket just down the road very convenient. This hotel is just one stop from the popular station Ueno. Getting around Tokyo was not an issue, train station just 1min away. Coffee, tea and juices are free for hotel guests and every night they served breads from 7-9pm, 9-11pm they served simple rice, soups with Japanese sides. Very very good! We booked a twin room for 4 of us, my kids were 7 n 9yo and the room was simple and extremely clean. rooms in Tokyo in general is small hence we don’t mind small room. I definitely will recommend this hotel to all, if you like to stay in a small town this is the perfect place.Well done vessel inn staffs we really appreciate your kindness
