Классный”

Хостел классный, уютный. Есть общий душ, туалет, стиральные машинки, фен. Персонал нормальный. Месторасположение очень классное, 5 минут на автобусе до Шибуя. Плюс после брони, на почту присылают подробную инструкцию как найти отель и видео! Единственный минус это не очень чистая комната, и в моей постели были крошки и темный волос, явно постель не первой свежести. Ну и за сутки дороговато, хотя может для Токио это хорошая Цена, не сравнивали.

A place to stay in Shibuya”

If you are looking for a place near Shibuya, then you might want to consider Wise Owl Hostel Shibuya. What I Love About the Place * the staff is friendly and can speak English * there are convenience store just a few meters away * the place is clean * the view from the room is amazing * there is a 24-hour bar * they have a balcony, an eating area, washing area * though the shower and toilet are common, but still fine * the room has sink * they provide towels, shampoo, body soap * you can use their hair dryer for free What I Hope Could Be Improved * the room is small. It is enough to fit the bunk bed * the noisy guests. There were two guests talking so loud like they are fighting at around 10pm. Then later, there are other guests (I think friends) that were talking so loud and playing music. It was like 11pm or 12mn. * The train station is kinda far. A kilometer or 2 of walk. But overall, we had a great stay and definitely can and will recommend this to our family or friends. 👌

Great value”

The staff were super friendly and the facilities were very clean. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Hostel organizes some social events but overall people tend to keep to themselves. Distance was a little far from Shibuya Station (10-15 minute walk) but the walk was enjoyable and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend staying here for someone looking to get great value from their stay.

Good facilities”

I liked that they have private bunk bed rooms for two and a common kitchen with utensils on the same floor of the room so we don't have to go too far for breakfast or for a midnight snack. The bed is also comfortable and the foam has a good thickness in it but the best feature for me is that they have a washroom with hair dryer but the only difference from the other hostels we have stayed is that each lavatory has its own room with a door so the hair dryer won't disturb the adjacent rooms and it's also nice cause you have privacy when doing your skin care, toothbrush etc. cause they also have a mini lavatory per room. The only thing that we weren't too excited about was that there's little space for our luggage so we have to rearrange the trash bin and change the position of the ladder to make everything fit but it's definitely a challenge if you wanna open a big one when it's time to change clothes. Also the location is a bit far. I recommend this for travellers with light luggage.

Hip hostel near the center of Shibuya”

It was a good 15 to 20 minute walk to the Shibuya shopping and entertainment district. Particularly love the bar with craft beer! It is near 7Eleven, too. We got the twin bunk bed, and the space is really just enough for two. Had to squeeze in our trolleys! :) But it is pretty clean and comfy for a short stay.

The location was a bit far, 20 minutes from Shibuya station. We stayed in the bunk bed room which was tiny- barely enough room to close the door so it was very hard to store and access your bags. The beds however were pretty big- enough to sleep 2 people comfortably even though they were single beds. There was also air conditioning, the facilities were good and clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was quiet (we couldn't hear people beside us, only when people were talking in the hallway).

Wise Owl was placed in an excellent location being only 15min to the main are of Shibuya but far enough away in an area that was nice and quiet. Rooms were small but it is a Hostel so it didn't bother me even though I am a pretty big guy. Long as the A/C unit is running at all times it made for a very comfortable sleep Overall I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Shibuya Japan

very nice hostel in a central location in Tokyo. need to walk a bit from the station it is true but they clearly explain the way and it is not too bad in my opinion. the rooms could have had a bit more storage space but apart from that no complains

Great hostel”

We had a great stay here! There’s a fantastic social vibe and atmosphere. We stayed in the dorm and the beds were very comfortable and well sized. The staff were incredible as well! Only downside was there were a lot of people coming back in the early hours of the morning 3-6am and some of us would often get woken up, but that’s the only negative thing from our whole stay here. Would definitely recommend

The room is too tiny but clean. The shared toilets and bathrooms are very very comfortable and clean that make me feel like home. The entrance is nice decorated with Christmas theme and the staffs is very friendly and helpful.

Good value for money”

Location is okay (20 minutes walk to shibuya center), rooms are small but clean, beds very comfortable. Unfortunately you cannot check in before 3 or 4 pm and have to check out before 11 am, so if you stay one night you actually pay for less than 24h... not practical. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall would recommend.

Great place with a slightly secluded location”

The place is amazing. Staffs are great with help and services. The bed space is really big compared to other hostels surprisingly. The only flaw is that it is a distance from the nearest subway, and usually you'd need to take a bus to avoid walking too far to get to Shibuya which is like 220 yen each time.

Convenience, easy to access central Shibuya but small room! ”

Pro: 10-15 minute walk to Shibuya Station. Close to Lawson convenient store. Staffs are friendly. You can ask to leave your luggages all day before check-in and even after check-out. Fairly affordable if you're on budget. Con: The room is super small, literally no space except for the beds.

Clean and cheap, but a bit of a walk”

I found the walk into Shibuya from Wise Owl was farther than I would have preferred. Staff seemed young and a bit inexperienced. Otherwise clean and great value for money

Lovely Hostel, Comfortable Beds, Perfect Location”

We enjoyed Wise Owl Shibuya immensely during our recent trip to Japan. The beds are quite comfortable and you have good privacy with curtains and a bed side locker for valuables. Common areas such as shower and Toto toilets were always clean. Nice bar downstairs if you don’t feel like going out to Shibuya which is a close walk away. Very safe neighborhood and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and promptly shipped me an item I had forgotten at the Hostel. Would stay again.

Great Hostel near to shibuya”

One of the best hostels during our Japan trio. It is clean, the bunk beds are great and the bar on the ground floor is cheap with a good offer of drinks. You can take the bus from and to shibuya station or just walk 15minutes. One thing, there is not much space to store your luggage inside the dorms. But you will find a way to handle it.
