          Not friendly staff”

          Receptionist didn't want to say anything, even saying Hello, didn't feel welcome, seem they don't need customers. The room smell not good, bed's handrail is broken

          Making clients suffer durring rennovation”

          They are rennovating the place with cement dust and noise in the building yet they still accepts clients out of their greed. I had asthma due to the cement and dust.. requested immediate refund for my one month booking and deposit and I was told I have to wait for a month.. so much bullshit.. They are liars too.. they will make things difficult for you in getting unused rental fees, asking you to go back and forth to waste your money so that you will no longer get the money.. what a shame they claim to be a Christian hostel ..

          Idea of Dormitel is not.good”

          It was a horrible experience. I was not able to sleep because that lady in the room snored so loud. I was so stressed. It was so annoying like even outside the room you can hear her snoring loud! I wouldve slept in the airport , I wasted my money for nothing.
