Exceptional”
The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly, easy to talk to and was very prompt. The room is spacious and clean except for the slight smell of cigarettes. I'm sure they would have addressed it if I had mentioned it. The place is so conveniently located. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and convenience store around, even open past midnight. The bus stop is a few hundred meters away. Safe and quiet area. Good lighting, good view. I would book again if back in town.

Cheap and cheerful”
I had a weekend work trip and this hotel is great and cheap. Lots of eating options nearby and although it's in D7 it's easy to get a Grab into the centre if the city. Nice bed, good aircon. Ample space. It was a tad noisy at times as you can hear when guests close their doors and they could do with blackout curtains but for the price, it's great value.

Affordable and quaint”
I only stayed a couple of nights for a work trip. The facilities and room are good, nice bed etc. It's a little bit noisy. (hearing other guests and doors slamming) Good places to eat and drink nearby. Great value for money though.

It was okay ”
I booked this place for my mum, I saw a balcony in the pictures but it was a balcony inside the building which is a bit peculiar. Also her room didn’t have direct sunlight, I asked a lady downstairs about changing the room (saying I’d pay more because I saw they had empty rooms on agoda) she just said “sold out, sold out”. My mum then told me she saw open doors of a few rooms meaning there was no one there. The place looks better in the pictures, I mean it’s okay but not the best, smells a bit musty or moldy there for some reason. The location is great tho, lots of cafes and restaurants around and it’s not too noisy outside.

Value for money in quieter location of HCM.”
Many mosquitoes in room as room was left open before check-in. Had the ground floor room G01, just behind reception area, with no window. Spacious room that came with a mini pantry/kitchenette area. Not very clean, somewhat dusty upon check-in. Has lots of cobweb on the wall & ceiling. However, cleaning was ok for subsequent days' housekeeping. Mattress is the hard type but comfortable for me. Many channels on tv with good signal. Wifi in room was also good. The shower area is not partitioned so the basin area gets wet after shower. Water pressure is good though. Would be good if shower area has shelf to put stuff. Located in district 7, a quieter & less chaotic area compared with D1. It's about 8km to Ben Thanh area, around 20 mins Grab ride away. The surrounding area has many Korean eateries & mini marts, as well as local items.

위치: 호치민 국제공항에서 30~40분 거리(꼭 마일린이나 비나선택시 이용바람. 이용요금은 공항톨비 포함하여 23만동. 한화로 11,500원. 사제택시는 40만동 부름. 절대 타지 말것)에 있는 푸미홍 한인타운 스카이가든에 위치하고 있음. 호텔입지: 호텔 1층에 카페가 있고, 밀크커피 3만동(1,500원). 대각선 위치에 맛있는 백스버거(10만동, 5천원). 한국떡집 및 식당, 마사지 가게 많음. 그 옆으로 미니스톱 편의점있음. 룸: 더블침대. 화장대, 티테이블, 버블욕조, 냉장고, 커피포트, 샴푸, 바디클렌저, 치약, 치솔. 슬리퍼, 유리컵2개 있음. 대신 비누는 없음. 위생: 청소상태 양호. 깨끗하게 청소해 줌. 화장실에 휴지통 있고, 실내에는 휴지통 없음. 비고: 4층 401호에는 넓은 발코니있음. 엘리베이터는 3층까지만 운행하고, 4층은 계단으로 올라가야 됨. 옥상은 세탁실임.
