beautiful beach, quiet stay, good food”

Binucot beach is beautiful, it's way different from a crowded Boracay. The place doesn't have a globe signal because of the mountain behind so you have to walk few meters from the resort. We enjoyed their food a lot, you could get it at a very reasonable price. You should try their steak, it's so delicious! People there are so friendly. My hubby and I had a fun talk with some of their cooks on our last night. Facilities are okay. TV doesn't have a channel but they let us borrow DVDs. One thing I'd like them to change is their bathroom's door knob 'cos it's rusty. I recommend this place if you want to chill and you want to get away from a crowded city. This one's ideal for honeymoon too. :)

A big thanks to hosts Uwe and Anna, staff members Lynn and Jhen for making our stay such an enjoyable time. All were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Even small things like asking for cereal for breakfast, they did not normally serve cereal but Uwe got some for me without being asked. The resort is located right on a beautiful beach, very quiet and family friendly. Pool area was nice, the little boy travelling with us spent most of his time there. We hired some motor cycles for a day, nice trip into local town. The snorkelling over coral and beautiful fish was memorable. A very relaxing 4 days at Binucot. Would definately recommend it.

Relaxing place”

The owners of the resort were very kind. They even picked us up from the airport when we arrived which was 40 minutes away. That by itself saved us about a thousand pesos in fare and spared us a lot of trouble commuting to their place. The resort had a good restaurant but unfotunately the staff hasn't gone to the market recently that's why some of the items in their menu were not available. The rooms were big enough and clean. Wifi though doesn't reach the rooms. They also have a pool. It's abit difficult to get in and out of the area because public transport isn't readily available. The staff gave us the phone number of a tricycle driver who lives not so far.

everything is perfect”

The place is an hour away from the port of odiongan. And the only way to get there is by tricycle which cost 500 pesos. The place is in front of a very clean and clear beach with a very beautiful spot for sunset. Peter and Uwe are very nice and friendly people. Including the staff who always prepares our food. This is a place where you can relax and feel that you are just staying with your relatives, away from pollution and noise of the city. They also rent motorbikes for 600 pesos. Over all I highly recommend these place.. PS: thanks for the good steak during my birthday Notes: bring your own goggles and swimming shoes.. There are a lot of fishes and corals in the area good for snorkelling but be careful with the sea urchins.. You can also rent snorkelling gears on the neighboring hotel

Great place ”

Peter and Uwe great hosts, nothng too much trouble, food menu a little limited but all fresh food!!!! A great place to relax, transport is limited on the Island but can be rented, roads are great and only 200 cars on the island. A huge expat community here,all very nice and helpful. A super place to visit. Peter makes a great coffee aswell!!!!

Relatively remote hotel, transportation from ports/ airport provided by manager at a cost. Limited but good European and Filipino menu. Cold draft beer!! Beach is good for snorkeling but not swimming with regenerating reef immediately offshore A little too much cigarette smoke in restaurant for my liking, but prevalent throughout Philippines

Relaxing place”

It costs a bit to get a ride in their vehicle from the ferry pier, but if you can stay a least 2 nights, it's worth it. The rooms are large with lots of hooks and shelves to put your stuff. The restaurant is okay and you can also eat next door at the adjoining hotel.

Perfect for Snorkeling”

Place is clean and spacious. Staff are always ready to assist us. Food is good, Price is reasonable. I will definitely come back.

It is very good. The foods are delicious,the prices are affordable. The resort's staff are very accommodating.

PROTECTED NATURE”

The Hotel was right infront of a Nature Protected Swim Area with so much to see while snorkeling ... place is far from the airport and that is actually why you go here .

Poor Facilities”

1. Our room could not be locked. We had to depend on trust that no one would enter our room 2. Beach was a bit dangerous to swim in becuase of sea urchins 3. Weak wifi connection 4. No signal for Globe Food was superb and staff were very helpful :)

Excellent”

Though the location is not that accessible, no cable tv and has poor mobile network (smart only) it is highly recommended for those who wants to a private and quiet place.

Very comfortable. The owner Peter was very accommodating. The access road to the hotel is not very good and almost dangerous. No TV is an issue. The pool was terrific and the staff was excellent. Food was very good

Sehr schönes Resort mit toller Lage”

Wir waren auf der Rückreise von Sibuyan Island leider nur eine Nacht hier. Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle, ruhige Lage mit sehr schönem Strand und wundervollen Schnorchelmöglichkeiten. Zudem waren die Besitzer supernett und es gab sogar Bier vom Fass ... Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Ein kleines Stück vom Paradies”

Es war ein sehr schöner, abwechslungsreicher Aufenthalt. Die Betreiber verleihen auch Motorräder mit denen man Ausflüge z.B. traumhafte Wasserfälle, Touren etc. machen kann. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein hausriff welches bei sehr klarem Wasser zum Schnorcheln einlädt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt mit garantierter Wiederholungsgefahr...
