The rooms were lovely. Everything you needed was there. Everything was really clean and once the keys had been sent easy to access.
The deposit scheme was silly. We have been charged double for our stay and had three lots of deposits taken even though we only had two rooms. They did agree to send a refund for the double charge but still waiting on the deposit.

Great location
Poorly managed amenities with bad customer service. Heating wasn’t working properly and we had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge because the room was too cold. The heating in the lounge was coming on for 15 minutes and hour and was locked and they didn’t know how to unlock it. Called their support service when I discovered in the evening and got no help until the next morning. Not worth the money if I can’t even be warm enough to sleep properly.

I was surprised when open door & and apartment is amazing, very clean bedroom and nice clean sofa and TV for watch , also nice clean kitchen, some raw coffee pouches ,milk and sugar for few cups, smart keyless entry with mobile app ,this is amazing ,highly recommended,5 star service

the property was very clean and had all the right facilities.
you have to pay a £250 deposit which isn’t stated in the emails. Then if you are aged under 25 you have to pay another £250 which isn’t stated either because it’s their policy, if it is not paid you have to leave. This was very inconvenient for me as if I didn’t have that extra £250 I would have had to leave with no refund.

It was a nice apartment with a comfy bed and modern facility's
They require a deposit which isn't stated at all on booking.com when booking and you have to lay this down over their own private site along with credit card details and passport photos of all guests. Also all guests have to be over 22 and this is not stated on booking.com when booking too. There was no spare key in the room like stated there would be, so if my phone died I would have been locked out as the only key was a digital app key on my phone. Also parking was not available but not the biggest issue.

We were able to reserve parking, the keyless door entry worked well and location was good.
The noise of the air conditioning and the shower screen didn't have a seal, which let water onto the floor.
