                  Stayed in Southport many times over the past 12 years, location is perfect, great for family room, a little tired in areas but worth the money. Breakfast very expensive if children over 12.

                  as above everything was excellent,my only complaint was that the balcony in the bar area was locked which had some great views and would of been nice to sit outsida on,however overall very good.

                  Wonderful Location, high standard of comfort & cleanliness, extensive selection of breakfast food.

                  Very attentive & helpful staff. Furnishings & fittings were of a high standard. Room had a sea view & was very clean as was the bathroom. Situated on the sea front in a quiet suburb with very speedy rail links to Manchester & Liverpool. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay or for those wishing to shop or enjoy the major sports activities in Manchester or Liverpool.

                  Our stay would have been better if we would have been told prior to staying that the hotel do not prepare rooms for honeymooners. We made this request in the booking but were not told this service is not available, although Premier Inn did this for us without asking.

                  The hotel was in a good location on the promanade

                  The staff at the Southport Ramada Plaza was very helpful,and very pleasant,and the maids always made sure we had lots of tea & coffee in our rooms,the bedrooms was really large and warm,also in the reception was the internet free of charge. The hotel was just a short walk from the shopping centre.

                  No problems. The entrance doesn't really sell your hotel well. I thought I had entered by the back door..but when I went looking I couldn't find the front!!
