Worst Experience in Hanoi.. ”
Everything is not ready to get customer. Air conditioner was too weak, but they just said they will check then no reply at all. It was not enough overcome hot Hanoi weather. I left key into the front, but they gave me wrong key, I repeated up and down to open door. Finally, they could not find the key I left and made new one. Chair was broken, I asked to change it until I finish outside schedule.. When I come back, still no chair to seat. I complained, and they brought same chair that I reported is broken. Such as thing,, not recommandable breakfast etc.. Anyway, It was not good memory of this hotel.

If you are looking for a decent hotel stay outside the old quarter, blubiz is one which will provide you with all the comfort. Staff : Friendly and they will assist you to anything you enquirer. Very service oriented. Room : Freaking big and it comes with a small little loving room. Huge area. Clean. Only the construction besides starts at 630am and ends at sometimes 11pm. Breakfast : Korean breakfast but very little emphasis on The selection. If you are expecting scramble egg, bake beans, conflakes or pancakes, they never do provide. It will be great if they can change the variety of breakfast choice and not the same one for the 4 days I was staying there. Something that really needs to be improve. The tables provided are the receiption sofa table. It's very low. And very uncomfortable to eat on. They should pr Code proper dining chairs and table. Facilities : none

今回9月10日予約したベトナムのホテルについて、クレームを言わせていただきます。 １． 予約した空港のピックアップが迎えに行ってなかった。ベトナムの友人を通して、 ホテルに連絡した結果は手配をしてないという理由でした。 ハノイの国際空港で1時間待ちました！当日の会議が延期してもらいました。 ２． このホテルを予約するとき、口コミの評価がよかったことを信用してました。 結局、間違いました！お風呂とシャワーが別々で広々のお部屋を予約したが、到着後、 部屋案内がなく、ルームカードだけをいただき、702を入ってみたら、がっかりしました。 お風呂がない、シャワーのみで、硬いベット、ぐちゃぐちゃの枕、ボロボロで臭いタオル、 一番キツイのは薄い壁！ 8階のお客さんがうるさくて、深夜2，3時でも8階の椅子の音やドアの音がうるさくて、 眠られなかったです。 ３． 朝食の食堂が地下車庫です。（車2台分くらい） 口コミを見ると、朝食がとてもおいしいと書かれたが、全然違う！ ４． WIFIが繋がらない！ とにかく、ひどい！

하노이에서 한국인 타운이라고 할수 있는곳은 쭝화.미딩.골드마크 등 3곳이지만 주변 호텔중에 가장 가성비가 좋다고 할수있습니다. 저는 2009년부터 정부공공기관의 업무로 하노이에 출장을 다녔고. 퇴직후 하노이에 자주갔는데 이렇게 좋은 호텔을 처음접했습니다. 제일 좋은것은 미딩과 걸어서 3분이며 아침식사가 한국보다 맛있다는것과 룸으로 배달해준다는것이 무척 좋았습니다. 또한 옷세탁을 저렴하고 깨끗하게. 해준다는 것입니다. 하노이에 가시는 분에게 추천해ㅗ 싶습니다. 제가 그동안 고생한 것을 생개하면서 ㅡㅡㅡㅡ
