I had 3 nights here and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is on a quiet street, very close to cafes, restaurants and a mini-mart right on the corner. WiFi is very good, never had a problem with speed or frequency at all. My room was quite large, super comfy bed & pillows, excellent shower pressure, AirCon worked extremely well and the mini bar fridge worked exactly how you'd hope, keeping my drinks icy cold to say the least. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good with the usual blend of Asian and Western fare, more so Asian but otherwise fine. Above all the staff were fantastic, they were at all times friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to see them and chat every day. Vinh at the front desk and Wang in the restaurant are both really awesome guys. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Blue Diamond is close walking distance to major attractions in district 1 of Saigon. There is a convenience store on the corner next to hotel. The staff speak english and are very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Great value and good hotel. Also, suggest using grab and $3.00 trip from hotel will take you to about any location.

excellent location with direct ocean view”
Our room was 70sqm with direct ocean. Absolutely stunning. Interior design is a tad old, but the price value is astounding. Breakfast room looks toward ocean with plentiful choices (although menus don't change much day to day). Hotel is located above Nha Trang Center, across from beach. Hotel has its private beach area with servicing staff. An absolute privilege.

I booked this hotel via Agoda after not knowing much about the location, but it turned out that this hotel was smack bang next to the best street food market in the area and the shopping precinct. The hotel staff are very nice and are very accommodative to your requests. The front desk was very kind to keep checking for us on our flight changes and kept us up-to date on the status. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and was sufficient to get a snack before heading out on a long day of walking and exploring.

We've been staying at the Blue Diamond hotel 2, 3 times a year for the last 4, 5 years We became a familiar fixture to the staff and them to us. Just returned there for the first time after Covid and it was good to see some familiar faces still. The hotel is small (lots of small hotels like that in that area) but the location is second to none. You are, literally, in the middle of everything, including the signature noise of Saigon. There are many quirks in this hotel. For example, I can't quite figure out why the toilet paper roll is always out of reach. Or the design of the bath tube is so stupid that water leak to the floor is inevitable. But the staff makes up for all the shortfalls. They would go way, way out of their way to serve you, the true charm of the southern Vietnamese people. BTW, the breakfast is not too shabby.

Blue diamond is close to everything in Ben Thanh market area. Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The hotel staff was polite and willing to help in anyway they could. The room needs some renovation such as replacing the dated towel rack or maintaining the air-conditioning system. We had 2 persons staying in the room but we were given only one room key to share. We had requested for another room key at the reception. However, hotel staff advised that it was the hotel policy to provide only one room key. This policy was very inconvenient for 2 travellers. We had stayed at a nearby hotel and they had no problem with giving us 2 room keys. We hope Blue Diamond will change this weird and inconvenient policy to provide a better experience to customers.

Lobby looks nice. Rooms are spacious but old. Breakfast had a variety but somewhat average. Hotel service is good. Laundry fairly cheap.

Very reasonable price come with nice breakfast , the hotel is not big but very comfortable. Cleanliness is good too. Location is very strategic and near to ben thanh market (2 mnts walk)
