We had a morning flight so we arrived a bit early, but we were able to check-in without additional charge. All the receptionists and staff were friendly. I love how the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, restaurants, bars, and mall. There are actually 2 swimming pools, one located in the ground floor and we were surprised as there is currently a new building with a pool on the rooftop, both accessible to guests. The rooftop pool is good for picture taking or to just chill and enjoy the view but if you want to swim, I suggest use the main pool because it's cleaner plus there is a jacuzzi. They also have their own travel agency and they offer discounts for guests so we booked the underground river and honda bay island hopping tour with them and they were able to accommodate us even on short notice. Their tours were also great!! They have their own restaurant and food was also great. Rooms need updating but it was clean and they change towels and sheets daily. 10/10

Fantastic stay, everything was superb”
Got a deal on Agoda because normally the rooms are more pricey. Everything was perfect, all the staff is smily, friendly, helpful, polite, which is not always the case in my month in Philippines. The pool is great, the room are good and clean. But the bed is a bit small (had an economy room for 2). Loved having a small balcony. They also arrange tours, transport and pick up drop off to the airport at very faired prices (that was super helpful to have a drop off airport and transport to El Nido was quick and good quality van) Breakfast could be better, for the pancake it could have more fruits. I was expecting more fruits in the fruit pancake. Fantastic stay, I came there twice already. Will be back if I come again to PP.

I stayed for 2 nights, and was pleased with my stay. I got a good promo rate with Agoda, which was great value. The pool is the highlight; it is clean, and well maintained (it looks like it does in the photos). The room was good too: it was clean, had strong aircon, with fridge included. The bathroom was a bit small, but still fine. The restaurant area was attractive, although currently only serving breakfast. Very friendly staff. Great location, close to good restaurants and bars, and only a couple of kilometres from the airport. I would happily stay here again, especially in order to use the pool.

Very accommodating staff”
I believe that communication and comprehension is the key to everything! Their staff as made the transaction and stay all so smooth, convenient and easy. I booked this accommodation for my sister and her friend (had to choose couple to indicate 2 individuals since there's no option in the dropdown. ) They also offered airport transfer/pickups and tours that my sister didn't originally plan to have but ended going on anyway since it was very easy to book it with them. The photo for the Villa is as is in person. They were very happy with their accommodation that was next to the pool. Will definitely recommend them to other friends!

Worth Every Penny”
One of the best accommodation you can stay in Palawan, but better book online as walk-ins are charged quite exorbitantly. Staff are extremely nice as well as the hotel manager, Tita Norma. Very sweet, caring and lovely lady. One of the major reason guest will always come back. CONS: Owner has an attitude, quite implementing a policy of chasing guests for money almost daily... real turn off. Shakes are awesome. Food is not bad. Services charged is worth your money. I would always recommend it. Look for Tita Norma if you want to get the best hospitality as well as the best rate.

Unexpected Gem”
What a find, was not expecting much for the area but this place was perfect, close to the airport, a short walk to town for restaurants etc and what a sunset view from the rooftop pool which I didn’t expect either. Great friendly and helpful staff as always in the Philippines. Clean and comfortable rooms too. Bathroom is a tad small but really can’t complain at all.

Like the pool ”
when most of the time, you can hardly swim in the hotel as they do not maintain the cleanliness, this hotel has a fantastic pool with Jacuzzi. After a long ride from el nido, we jumped into the pool and have jacuzzi. It is just nice. Nearby attractions including seaside seafood, souvenir shop and massage centres. And it is just 10 minutes to airport.

Cheap and good value ”
I was surprised to find such a decent hotel for so cheap. When we arrived we were checked into a room that was clean, but the bathroom smelled like a chemical bomb had gone off inside. When I opened the door to the bathroom, I could hardly breathe because the fumes were so strong. I told the housekeeper about it and she came in and fogged the room with Lysol spray - which to me was just more chemicals and even more unbearable. So I went to the front desk (no phones in the rooms) and politely complained that I have asthma and had a hard time in that room. She promptly changed our room to an equivalent room which had much fresher air. Beyond this little inconvenience, we were satisfied with this hotel. The toilet was picky and we had to open it and wiggle stuff several times to make it flush, and the hot water heater flips its breaker very easily, but thankfully the breakers are all inside the room so we figured it out ourselves. Overall satisfactory experience for the price.

Upgraded Wifi!”
This is my second time here, and like before: Good beds, good pillows, very dark, quiet and comfortable rooms. The wifi is fixed! It's not amazingly fast, but plenty fast for my needs, and the signal is strong by the rooms. Before it was so weak that I had to go to the lobby, but now you can get a signal from inside the rooms easily.

Absolutely amazing ”
Absolutely amazing stay - first stayed here before heading to El Nido. All staff were so accommodating. On day two were shown to the new rooftop pool and lounge area which was incredible. We then decided to book again upon our return from El Nido - we were given a free upgrade which was so kind and generous. The food from the restaurant was fabulous. The staff went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Great place to stay close to city centre”
Pleasantly surprised for 35 aud per night. Twin double beds in our poolside villa. Hot shower and working fridge. Good pool woth spa. Great helpful staff and good restaurant. Beds are a little hard but that would be my only con and thats personal preferance only. Wonderful place to stay. Was staying for 1 nyt and extended stay for 4 nyts. Off main rizal street by 200 metres so resort is very quiet. Would come back here again.

overall everything there was acceptable, the room, staff & good food at restaurant plus nice swimming pool. about the entrance kinda need to walk but frankly i kinda like it as makes the place quite & not rowdy as in if was right to the main road. after all, will come again this inn as we felt pleasant in it anyway~

Exceptional”
Had a great experience at Blue Lagoon. Wished we could have stayed longer and try out their pool but our schedule just didn’t permit us. Only stayed for one night. Everything and everyone was great. Bang-for-buck rates. Staff was very accommodating. Food was great. Love their tocino! Room was clean. Had cable tv and wifi. The only hitch, and I may just be nitpicky about it, was that we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the water heater. Would highly recommend the place though, and would gladly book again on our next trip to Puerto Princesa.

Sulit for the budget. They have pool with jacuzzi so you can relax in the night after having a tiring day. Staff are accomodating and friendly. They respond immediately to every request. They have a perfect location since it is nearby town proper and local restaurants.

Fantastic find in Puerto ”
GREAT place to stay. A little gem, in fact we came back a second time! Wonderful, helpful and considerate staff. With a lovely pool it’s fantastic value. And there’s a tasty restaurant. One of my favourite hotels on our 4 month trip. I’d highly recommend it as it feels like little haven in the middle of Puerto Princesa.

Great little getaway in Puerto Princesa”
Blue lagoon is a very nice place for travellers wanting to get away from all the bustle. First of all the setup is very interesting as it has the feel of a mini resort. It has a decent sized pool in the middle of everything which was nice. Rooms were clean, and there is a bar/restaurant in the resort itself. Staff were also very friendly and polite. There are also trikes always available outside of the resort ready to go if you need to get anywhere. Overall my stay was very pleasant. Would recommend!
