Maganda yung place kasi malapit sa lahat. Napaka bait din ng may ari at staff nila, talagang sinisigurado nya na ok kayo at lahat ng request nyo ibibigay. Very recommended place and will book here again pag may pupuntahan ulit around BGC.

Good for the money ”

Place is fairly OK. No hot water, scant furniture, no free coffee & tea. Air Conditioner weak. However, tall ceiling allows comfortable temperature. Excellent location. Host responds quickly to concerns. Super clean!

Friendly Owner”

What I love renting this apartment is how accommodating the owner was to us and it's important to us who's not from Manila. The apartment is tidy, you can cook food since there's a stove and cooking pot. The place though is kinda confusing when you booked it on Grab without asking the propietor first, but good thing the propietor is pretty helpful. The distance is okay when going to Venice mall you can walk or ride taxi which is pretty cheap and going to airport too.
