Al llegar al hotel no me dejaron pagar con la tarjeta que hice la reserva, tampoco me dejaron pagar por internet, el horario de atención de la encargada es de 10am a 18pm, y de ahí no tienen asistencia ya que no tienen personal, no hacen el aseo, solo hacen la cama, y te votan la basura a veces, las puertas de ingreso por la piscina están abiertas las 24/7 ya que están malas, llevo 2 días con una cuchara muerta en la pieza y aún no la sacan, en el check in te hacen firmar 5 hojas, es por lejos el peor hotel el cual me he quedado, al hacer el check out, no hay quien te recepcione las tarjetas del cuarto ya que la encargada llega a las 10, insólito ...
