I'd love to stay here again but”
Nice 1. Inside of the room feels somewhat cozy. 2. My Lady Salon and Spa is within walking distance, if you ever need a mani-pedi, waxing or massage. 3. Location is quite accessible. Can easily hail cabs, tricycles and jeepney to get you around the city. Meh 1. Upon checking in at 2PM, my room was not ready yet and was asked to wait for 15 minutes until they were done cleaning. I asked if they could share the same courtesy by allowing me to check out early. Receptionist only said they would prioritize getting my room ready. It took them more than 15 minutes. Boo 1. Toilet seemed to be broken because it kept running water even after flushing. On my last day, I discovered that the lid that's supposed to stop the water is a bit loose and you have to push it in so it doesn't let the water out all the time. 2. Internet doesn't work inside the rooms, asked the lady receptionist to look into it. She said she'll get the router restarted, unfortunately, it still didn't work. I would definitely go back here again for a weekend stay. Hopefully their internet works in all their rooms by then. Would hate to work at night in their lobby, just to get a decent connection.

Excellent, but...”
The customer service was exceptional, you really get what you paid for, from the moment we arrived at the parking lot until we get to our room, they all are very pleasant. The facilities were also great since most are new. The room was clean at first glance. The only downside to our experience was, we saw a lot of cockroaches, big and small. Actually, we didn't see them outright when we arrived. What happened was, we went outside for a walk and when we came back, that's when we saw them all over the place. I think I saw around 5 to 6 roaches. A big one on the bed, a couple of small ones on the floor, and also in the bathroom. And then they suddenly disappear, like they just waited for us to get back and the party is over. I wanted to call reception and complain but the roaches are just GONE. I wasn't able to sleep well that night 'coz I was anxious they might sneak up to our faces...I simply want to suggest that they conduct a pest control so other guests won't freak out.

Overpriced for what you get”
Bottom line: It’s an okay place to stay for one night, if no better options are available. Pros: great breakfast buffet, super friendly and helpful staff, and good location. Cons: Ants in the bathroom, TV lacks many channels, Aircon was cold but very windy to the point of distracting while in bed. Turning down the aircon a tiny bit made sleeping possible but then it’s too hot. Bathtub didn’t have a stopper so you can’t really use it for anything but showers anyway (was hoping to have an actual bath when I booked it) and the water never got really truly hot or even warm. It wasn’t ice cold but it wasn’t warm enough to be relaxing. All this wouldn’t be a problem if it was a cheap hotel (like the hotels in the 750-1000 peso range). But for a hotel in this price range I expected better.

The hotel is basic, no pool or gym etc. but that's fine. Staff are meh. Would not entertain you unless you ask them for 3x or more :( Guard was friendly though. Food was bad. Served local meatloaf for breakfast. You only have, like, 3 dishes to choose from. Wifi was really bad, extremely bad.

A nice hotel conveniently located at the city proper. Near to malls and restos. I like that they have a tub, a great way to relax from a stressful trip. Breakfast buffet was great, i like that they have unli drinks (juices, hot choco, chuckie, coffee etc). Simply value for money.

Good design and relatively clean”
This hotel is not excellent hotel, but at least this is ok hotel. Most of the taxi drivers know the location of the hotel. Facility is minimum, but there was no hair dryer. Room is clean and I like its design, however, a bug which is extremely unwelcome showed in the bath room maybe accidentally. I will come back to this hotel next time.

Old facilities and dusty room ”
The bathroom door needs to fix, you need to climb too high old bath tub & jumped when you go down. The room is very dusty. Towels have stained. Not worth it for the amount you paid. The Cook Boy Jun give good service. Ty

As per our Guest, for a Business Traveler, hindi ok ang facility dahil walang table to work on at yung electical outlet eh malayo kaya nahirapan ang aming guest, ni walang extension na nakaabang...
