Our room is facing the beach with nice sea view. Roof-top could oversee the entire beach and sunset with drinks. Small boutique hotel so do not expect many staff to serve you, but the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was a great place to stay. We didn't rent a car so it was nice to be able to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The room was clean and spacious for 3 adults. Overall, we recommend staying at this hotel.

It was an ok place - not the cleanest and not the best amenities, but we enjoyed the small pool in our room overlooking the sunset / beach. Great location though (would return just for this), and spacious room for 4 ladies.

As compared to Hotel Sands, thos is just across the street, but much newer rooms and could have a better view of the beach if u get a high floor and pay extra for rooms with beach view

* Great location right across from Hyopjae Beach. * Rooms are a bit dated but comfy bed. * Recommend for solo traveller, couples friends of a group of 2-4. * Cafes down the street and great restaurants; Burger place, Viet/Pho restaurant, fast food down the block. * Taxi ride to the airport is about 45 mins and cost roughly 25~ USD depending on time of day. *No lockers by the beach if you arrive before checking in but the hotel will hold your luggage for you. I highly recommend and was lucky enough to get in 1 day.

The location of Blue Spring Hotel is possibly one of its best features. It is located opposite Hyeopjae beach and a short walk from Geumneung beach. The reception is manned quite sporadically and the receptionists speak very little English. There is a Holly’s Coffee in the building but that doesn’t always have someone there to take your order. Luckily, there is a burger restaurant next door and a GS25 next door but one if you’re hungry. The rooms could be cleaner, we noticed fingerprints on the mirror and a random sticker still stuck to the wall from the previous guests. Quite a few days, we noticed members of cleaning staff lying on beds in empty rooms watching television rather than cleaning the rooms for future guests. Would recommend overall, given the great location but an average hotel stay.

The view was great but the sheets were really filthy. The bedding is old and stained and looks like not changed between guests. We requested new bedding because the sheets were yellow in the middle and covered in hairs everywhere. Doors need repair, I think the hotel needs to spend money on renovations and new bedding.

The location is really nice overlooking the parking lot and ocean, near many restaurants. But the furnishings are old and worn out and the sheets are filthy. When we arrived the bedding was covered in hairs, I pulled back the bedding to reveal stained yellow and brown sheets!!! They were really slow to exchange fresh sheets, guests check your bedding and beware!!!

- Not all rooms are sea facing as advertised. -Facilities: the hotel has no iron for the guests, instead one is referred to a laundromat that is some distance from the hotel. Prepare to go around in creased clothes. - the room has mugs and kettle, but no coffee. - the Rooftop Pub was not operational and just had junk dumped there or was under construction. -Cleanliness: the bed is not properly made, they just pull the duvet over the bed. The table tops are not wiped, we still found crumbs on them after 'cleaning services' had been there. - the areas around door handles are dirty from various hands - the room has old pairs of slippers with mold

The hotel is directly facing the Hyeopjae Beach and next to the Hallim Park. The surrounding area are busy and crowded during the day time where tourists came in busloads to hang out at the beach. By evening, the crowd has dispersed and the place became tranquil and peaceful. Just nice for a relaxing and lazy evening. Just next to the hotel, there is this simple restaurant selling the best ever seafood porridge, sea urchin noodle soup and pork noodle soup at an affordable price. Everything is so fresh and delicious! Dont miss it!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was just the right kind of size and in a very relaxing area. Beach and coast walking, lots of coffee shops, a delightful place to relax away from the city. Reception were always happy to help and answer my questions, the coffee shop onsite has great views and next door there was a restaurant with fantstic food. Relax, job done!

We stayed for the location and the view. Rooms are pretty with full sea view of those rooms, amazing view. The hotel does not offer a lot of service, but there is a café inside the hotel and a convinience store in the same building.
