Best option in Ha Tinh City”

Our 7 night stay here coincided with Tet, which meant the hotel was running with minimum staff. Breakfast was a little sparce but we understood this was owing to Tet holiday and there were still options available to fill us up. The room was spacious and clean and the air con was the best we've experienced in Vietnam. There is a supermarket and a bank in the shopping centre attached to the hotel, which was very convienent. We tried to use the gym, but none of the machines worked. We tried to use the tennis courts, but there was no equipment available. The bar on the 16th floor was odd; univiting decor and hardly any choice on the menu. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helped wherever they could. Housekeeping was very efficent and was sometimes done twice a day, meaning the room was always clean to come back to. If you're staying in Ha Tinh this is the only hotel of a western standard, although it is slightly overpriced - compared to other hotels we have stayed in of the same or higher standard in Vietnam.

Hotel is very noisy”

I stayed in the BMC Ha Tinh Hotel for 9 nights. -The English of the employees is very bad, which caused some problems. -The rooms are quite clean. -The breakfast is terrible (every day the same...). -The hotel is very noisy. -The housekeeping asks you to clean the room too early (around 7.30 AM). -Make sure you take a quick shower, the water will turn cold within 10 minutes.

In a hot humid climate, carpeting is tricky- anything not tiled molds and that is the battle BMC is taking on, and sometimes failing at (mold was in or bathroom and on one of our rooms walls). But the staff was very friendly and the location is great. Enjoyed getting out of Hanoi to a lovely non-touristy town. There is a well-run orphanage eager to accept help called SOS village- and the best Banh Xeo place a block south of the hotel on the right. Amazing.

This hotel is showing it's advanced age. Due to the staff I did not have a pleasant stay.

Well needed bed rest after a long day on the bikes. There was no sauna available as described and also no pool. Beds were way too hard, almost like sleeping on the floor (on floor 10, floor 14 had better mattresses I believe). Breakfast wasn’t great, rice, noodles, meat with porridge. Ok for 1 night.

Was looking forward to using the spa and sauna after a 3 hour ride just to find out the spa didn't even exist and the sauna was closed. There was mould and paint peeling in the other party's room and might as well missed breakfast it was that bad

大致上還不錯的一家飯店”

如非因公務,一般人是不會到此越南河靜省的河靜市 該飯店位於市中心,房間舒適,價格也合理 該棟建築物的一樓即有Co-op Mart超市 整體來講,該飯店還算不錯 此次僅感到服務人員素質不足 傍晚入住要求給一個菸灰缸 等了四十分鐘打了第二次電話才送來 晚上九點打電話給櫃台要求提供一桶冰塊 等了五十分鐘未送到,又打電話給櫃台 櫃台說已請餐廳送達,告知沒有,櫃台回覆將再催促 結果到十一點半要睡覺時,冰塊仍未送到

하띤 포모사 가는길목에 위치해 있어 포모사 출장을 가기위해 예약할만한 호텔이다. 포모사와는 1시간정도 거리로 포모사 주변 호텔이 없는점을 감안한다면 묵을만 하다. 가격대비 만족함
