The location of the hotel is very nice and the building is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. But: I stayed in the hotel twice in different rooms. In the first one the toilet wasn't cleaned properly and in the second the teapot wasn't clean... The rest seemed to be clean though. They booked the price for accommodation twice from my credit card. they noticed the mistake and transferred the money back again, which resulted in an overall loss for me, because of fluctuating exchange rates and banking fees... The accounting seems to be a bit disorganized in general. The restaurant tries to be fancy too, but the meals could be a bit bigger.
