Was happy to learn there was hot water in the shower, unfortunately, can't access then, nasira pa lagayan ng shower. Then the nxt day no water, after so many hrs, nung magjatubig, so dirty water till the nxt day pa. Had to use our drinking water to wash up. 1st time to travel back home na di naligo...sayang pera 😒..mabait lng si mr phil yung mayari...pero didnt care abt saying hi man lng din.

Not a 5 stars accommodation as advertised, Broken plumbing, dirty surrounding, furniture are not up to standard,2 chairs broke down while occupied. Cooking is outside the room and all the pot and pans are ready for disposal. Parking space are dirt and dusty. Also hard to get hold of the caretakers . It is not the entire house but part of the house. It is just a small studio type with one room. I have been in a lot of accommodation and it is by far the worst one I have been. It is not even worth 1 star

Misleading House Name, Location, and Picture”
This house should be removed in Agoda: - House name is misleading. The name should be Bolinao Transient House, and it is NOT "Entire House" as the room is only an extension of the house. - The given address is also misleading. We were brought in the middle of nowhere using the googlemap with the given address "916 Emilio Conde Sr. Road,, Balingasay, Bolinao". - After communications with the house "manager", we were asked to find the "Bolinao Transient House" which has also misleading address using the googlemap, only WAZE worked. - When we arrived at the place, it was not ready as they were not informed that we were coming. - Instead of a warm welcome, we were asked when did we booked the place as they were not informed. - The room was not as tidy and clean as shown in the picture in Agoda. - The small room does not compensate for the value for money; this is overrated and overpriced as there are better accommodations nearby with better amenities at same price.

The place is okay. We love that it has a hot shower na talagang na-enjoy namin. May plates and utensils available Din as well as ref and small appliances. Just a little concerned sa parking area kasi May mga puno ng niyog. Malakas yung aircon though medyo malamok yung area. Hindi double lock yung door nila kaya medyo concerned din sa safety but it seemed like a quiet neighborhood naman.
