The property is owned by a private owner and is just poorly managed overall. The place is old and not very clean. It’s far from the main hall so we’d have to get a buggy which is not part of the price . Op top of that, we had to pay for the tickets to get in the resort which cost 150k per day and also for using the hotel’s pool, kids indoor playground,etc. You’d be much better off booking with the resort itself !!!

Disappointed procedure and condition of villa and Agoda!”
We stated villa. When I make a booking it shows pay at the hotel but someone who insist that she is from hotel request me to pay full charge before check in. After that I said the information in the booking and said 50%. So after I check with Agoda and paid 50%. After I pay 50% hotel said need to pay resort facility fee (per person!!) while did not mention in the booking information. So I asked Agoda and reminded 2 times but no answer. Villa was not clean old and just 1 night and 2 days pay facility fee think that not reasonable! No time to use the facility!
