Great place and fantastic host”

Great communication with the owner Autumn, even before we checked in. She arranged our airport transfer and booked our cooking class for us. When we arrived, she upgraded our room for free. Large room, big and comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Everyday after we come back from exploring Hoi An, our room has been cleaned, towels are replaced and we were given new bottled waters. They treated us like family, catered to our every request, gave helpful suggestions. We didn't have an itinerary so Autumn gave us maps and brochures of where we might want to go. We had a lot of questions and special requests and they were very patient with us. They answered all our questions and fulfilled all our requests. Thank you Autumn and family and your entire staff for making our stay there memorable. We will definitely come back and choose Bonsai Homestay again.

A peaceful and friendly room”

I had a wonderful 3 nights at Bonsai Homestay and would recommend anyone traveling to Hoi An to consider booking a room with them. The room was nice, the shower hot, and the bed was much more comfortable than I found in other lodging including more expensive hotels I stayed in other cities along the way. The family is very helpful and arranged a private car for a tour and return to airport as well as supplying bikes to ride to the beach and surrounding areas. They even got up at 330 in the morning to prepare us a breakfast to take with us to the airport for a poorly planned 6 AM flight. The grounds are peaceful and a very reasonable walk to the historic area (and a very close bike ride).

Lovely place, great value”

The guesthouse is located a short walk from Hoi An old town in a quiet neighbourhood. The family room with 2 double beds in separate alcoves was perfect for us with 2 adults and 2 kids. Lovely garden and nice swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend Bonsai Villa.

Fabulous homestay ”

Everything was absolutely perfect. The owners a husband and wife team and their beautiful baby were delightful. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. A short 10 minute walk into town or you can borrow a bike. My 60 year old mum and I rode out to the beach at 6am one morning. Took us about 30 minutes each way but well worth it at that hour of the morning. Rooms are basic and super clean, thatched roof so aircon works overtime and not that well during the 38degree days but that's to be expected and where the pool came in handy. Beautiful bonsai garden with many birds in cages, green manicured lawn. Can't forget to mention the family restaurant operated by family members located in town, delicious traditional fresh Vietnamese food which we visited twice and on the last day the owners helped by ordering in for us and transporting back to our hotel. This beauty has opened my mind to staying in more home stays during our travels. Thank you very very much Bonsai Homestay you are a true gem and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Tranquil Paradise”

We had a wonderful stay at Bonsai Homestay and will 100% return to this beautiful home away from home. The family went out of their way to help us with any of our needs (airport transfer, day trips, cooking class). The rooms were clean and comfy with hot water. Every day we were served a delicious breakfast of our choice, which we enjoyed eating in the beautiful garden. This was our favorite accommodation of any we have stayed. Thank you to the wonderful family for having us.

My friend and I had three lovely nights at Bonsai and absolutely loved it!! The family who run the homestay are very friendly, the rooms spacious and clean and the little pool was such a relief after our big days ✅ I'd gladly stay here again in a heartbeat

Nice owner and nice breakfast walking distance to old town of hoi an i will recommend my friends to book here and they have cute dog around thw home stay overall excellent place if you want to have peaceful and quite holiday i will be back again to here in future

Not so far after all”

We were a bit worried about the location: we were thinking it was too far from the old town. But the 5 min walk was worth the quietness of the place. The family owning the place is very, very nice and they are keeping the place very clean. We didn't feel hunted as tourists and we rent through them motorbikes and booked a drver tu Hue at a fair market price.

Outstanding”

Lovely setting - really relaxing, peaceful and tranquil. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast amazing. Owners very friendly, helpful and flexible. Really close to old town but not right in middle so is not noisy, feels relaxed and peaceful. Free bicycle rental so easy 15 minute bike ride to both beaches. Loved this place and could not recommend it enough.

Wonderful small boutique style hotel with excellent service provided by the owners. Excellent pool open 24hours, quiet location away from crowds. Easy walking to the old town. Excellent Cafe just down the street. Will absolutely stay again next time.

Jolie petite homestay un peu à l'écart du plein centre d'Hoi An avec petite piscine, chambre familiale spacieuse mais tres tres humide. La famille propietaire de l'endroit est adorable et le petit dej delicieux 😁

La famille est super. Ils nous ont aidé pour notre voyage, ils ont passé de nombreux coups de téléphone pour nous. La veille de notre départ nous avons eu un dîner car nous étions trop fatiguées! On se sent bien, pas oppressé, ils sont trés a l écoute. On y retournera sans aucune hesitation!!!

Sehr schönes Homestay”

Sehr nette Familie mit 2 super süßen Hunden. Das Zimmer war super mit allem was man braucht. Frühstück toll. Lage: zu Fuß ca. 10 Min in die Alstadt zu Restaurants und Läden. Mit den gratis Rädern geht's sogar noch schneller. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Mi hanno rubato 150 euro dalla cassetta di sicurezza della camera. Mi hanno detto i proprietari che era impossibile e che erano sicuri al 100 per cento ma anch'io sono sicura al 100 per cento. From my wallet in the safe deposit box of the room were stolen 150 euro. The said that It was impossible..... Very bad fact from this Guest House

Piccola oasi”

L'homestay è situata in un punto molto comodo per andare in centro, offre bici gratuite che si possono utilizzare per raggiungere il mare distante una ventina di minuti . Colazione buona e padroni di casa gentilissimi. Unico neo la camera che avevamo noi aveva una finestra lato cortile che non bastava a illuminare la camera risultante unpó cupa e bagno molto umido . Il resto tutto ok!
