Everything was fantastic. Especially the swimming pool was very clean and the water slide was so fun! It is located in a safe, quite, and peaceful area. It took only 10 mins to dmall by trike and 10 mins to white beach on foot. The staff were so kind and helpful, more than the guests deserved. Many thanks to all of you for a wonderful visit.

Perfect Resort for our family”
I have been to Boracay more than 10 times and this place is by far the best value for money. Check-in was super fast, and the room was always kept clean. The staff were always helpful and smiling. The pool was amazing, good for my kids. food was reasonably priced and breakfast was good. We will stay here again on our next trip :-)

Exceptional”
I accidentally booked this hotel resort because we were having issues with one we previously booked. I am happy I made that mistake because the place was so great and the kids loved it! The staff are so friendly and made sure we are comfortable all through out. Although the place is far from the beach, they offer free shuttle service to station 2 so the guests can still enjoy the beach. This is an excellent place to stay where family can enjoy!

Just fair enough”
We check in late in Boracay Coco English. Express check is alright, however, I really didn't check that there was not telly at all which is alright, but the wifi connection sucks at 3rd flr. We need that since we don't have tv. Some good thing, the pool. Very nice. Location wise, i think its still alright maybe a bit far from white beach but still accessible. Just be reminded that if you go to station x and station 3, 10 pesos only. And if you go to station 1, 15 pesos. Otherwise you rent it for special price. In terms of location, still good, peaceful and quiet. Just improve the existing services - WIFI If I booked once again, maybe. On the scale of 1-10, 6 is my score. Anyway, there's always room for improvement.

Everything is great in here.. Ambiance, staff is very accommodating. rooms is big for the couples. very nice and well cleaned. very relaxing place to be. but if you want to go to boracay beach.. you can take a tricycle ride to be there. or if you want they have free shuttle to ride. Greens and serene place in Boracay ”
It's on a higher ground, nice green view overlooking the beach and mountains. Quiet place, rooms and bathroom are clean and new. Room is generously big especially their family room. Older people should request to book on the ground floor since hotel does not have an elevator. You also can't walk from the place to the beachfront but if you're in a rush hotel can help you get an electric trike at P200 per journey to get to D'Mall which is the drop off/pick up point for guests or wait for the hotel shuttle. Hotel should have more shuttle rounds or provide free trike rides since it gets too long to wait for the next to arrive. Overall, it's a nice place. We liked it.

Hidden gem - both worlds”
Okay, off the main drag (Stations), however, free shuttle excellent driver (Mr. Mar---), wonderful helpful staff, makes lovely mountain hideaway, option for exciting Stations, and as well relaxing getaway.. high end Academy (English language), like college dorms, very clean, lovely pool- many Korean guests, family, kids study language - Asian structures, Filipino hospitality! For those who might like both worlds..

Simple small resort, nice located far from hustle!”
Small resort far from crowdy Beach and hustle. Room simple no television but spacious and has everything needed. WiFi on the 3 Floor has to be improved. Pool and the outside location very clean and nice to stay. Shuttle service to station x and 3 has perfect schedule. The teachers we’re all sooo nice and friendly to the kids Staff also friendly but need to be improved. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement... New Resort only a few months old, but the Glas divider in the bathroom, hand shower, rain shower and all the mirrored elements in the bathroom are blared and haven’t cleaned correctly. Sometimes housekeeping just forgot to clean the room. The upper Floor and stairs always not cleaned( Hair, sands, small things). The basement and front desk was always clean. Breakfast was ok... Management needs also a lot of improvement. Owner was always present , but not available for solving any problems.

Boracay Coco English Resort is not in the main thoroughfare of Boracay but you will need to take an electric tryke. Or walk the 1km+ distance to Station 3. The resort is clean and has a pool which was a plus for us since we can still take a dip even after visiting the beach. The place though doubles as a school for Korean kids slash hotel for their families. They only serve perfunctory breakfast as free but you may order if you have any other preference.

To far from the beach & no TV ”
The hotel was clean the staff always polite the breakfast was good . Fall backs to far from the beach no tv and the wifi connection always going down and the kitchen was not open during the hours posted . The shuttle could have more hours to run and should be closer to the beach.

Coco English Resort Review...”
The location of the resort is not very good. There is nothing to see around the accommodation, and there is no place to go before I take the shuttle bus. However, the kindness of the resort staff is so good, and the interior facilities and cleanliness are so good. I didn't have a TV in my dorm, so I didn't have anything to do at night. The swimming pool was small, but it was quite an attractive place.

Paid fully for accomidation before date of Typhoon Ursula”
I had paid fully for my accommodation before Typhoon Ursula was known to be a threat of signal 2-3 in the region of S.West Visays/Borocay. I messaged the hotel asking i question for guidance on what happens when there is a natural disaster which makes it impossible for holiday makers to pitch up to the resort. The messages were read. No reply was received, the phone number on the Agodo site for the hotel in question was also unreachable. It is because of the lack of communication that i have given the above rated star of Awful. I have waited for Agoda to get hold of the hotel in question and have received no phone call or any further plan of action after i had originally placed a call to express my concern. I have been using Agoda for a few years already which is really disappointing before which i was told that a 50% refund will be given as per terms and agreement. I would like to be refunded fully for this as i do not believe this falls in a category of booking cancellation.
