Feels like home”
We stayed here for only 6 days and I wish it would have been longer. The road to the villa and the location is definitely not their greatest selling point, but the hospitality, the view from the garden, the swimming pool and the good food make up for that more than enough. The place is run by an Englishman and his Filipino wife and they will make you feel at home in no time. Our daughter instantly connected with her sister’s daughter, both aged 2, so that was a hit from the start. The swimming pool is an excellent alternative for the afternoons when the beach is getting too hot. Upon request all kinds of delicious food can be made fresh and upgrading your standard breakfast in the morning is easily done. We cooked on one night in the villa ourselves and any appliances or other stuff will be provided by the couple. The rooms are big and bright and the mini bar in the room is not more expensive than what you would pay in any shop. If we would ever stay in Boracay again, then this place would be my first choice.

I stayed in Boracay Eden Vill for only two night and it was so nice, the staffs are as friendly as if they knew me for some times before, one of my friends had a rough time with her return flight ticket but the staff tried to help her as much as she could, we still feel thankful. Location can be mentioned because it's not so close to the places tourists normally visit, but you can still enjoy quietness. I want to go back to this place one day.

Relaxing two week stay”
We arrived late as our flight was delayed. Owner was very welcoming and friendly showing us to our room which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent value in boracay. We were upgraded to room with large balcony after a few days free of charge. Nice simple breakfast of toast bacon and eggs. Can have Filipino option too. Location is just near the outpost outside station 3 but we found it to be great as a tricycle ride to any station is max 20 pesos and you have a quieter sleep. Large common area with another tv and good wifi, really nice new clean kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again next time in Boracay.

Wonderful weekend stay ”
My stay at the Villa was incredible. My friend and I were warmly welcomed by the host Steve and his wife. He went out of his way to help us book our activities including going out at night to make payment on our behalf and arranging transport. It made our planning so much simpler. Moreover his warm and cheerful personality is a plus. The one on one service is great and it felt really personal. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious with a shared kitchen amongst the guests which is nicely decorated. The pool and balcony area was amazing as well. Location wise, it can be a little off the grid so walking to the beach take around 15min+ so taking a trike or bike is preferred. So be ready to spend a bit on transport. However the view from the hill is the redeeming factor and it is also away from the loud beach

love the quiet environment! However, we were pretty freak out when we saw a cockroach crawling on our bed on our first night (probably we are just plain unlucky). Informed the staff to do some thorough cleaning the next day. The host was super friendly and helped us with planning of water activities and island hopping. The aircon is not really strong causing the room to be a little humid and warm. As we were out of the villa most of the time and off our air conditioner. Overall, we still quite enjoy our stay here! :)

Great boutique hotel”
The good... The place is well managed....breakfast is cooked when ordered...nice and clean pool, the room had a ac unit plus a ceiling fan...it is quiet and safe...the owner Steve is very helpful and honest... The bad... It is away from the main action station 1 and 2. It is located in station 3 and on top of the hill BUT that is price if you value peace and quiet...It only cost you 100-150 peso to take a bike taxi... Plus the occasional brownouts...it is not STEVE's fault. Overall, I recommend this place if you value the price and quietness. Additional information...have around 600 pesos per person to get a roundtrip ticket from the Catiocan airport to the hotel... Do not land in Kalibo!

Amazing Place and Great Hosts!”
Such a beautiful guest house and Steve and Mayan could not have been more awful. Noodles, Juices and Snacks left in the room, and wonderful Pool and Chill Out area and a great view of the Island. Steve was also amazing at sorting out an incredible snorkelling/cliff diving trip, helping me arrange flights and transport to the airport. A perfect place in every way- highly recommended!

I love this guesthouse very much, although a little biased position, the environment comfortable and quiet, live in the latrine style villa very lovely, here is really like a holiday, feeling comfortable; the boss and staff are very good, return that we almost missed the flight, the staff than we would have to worry that is very amiable, fortunately caught up; agreed, next time I will come here!

Serene Stay”
Staffs were very nice and accommodating. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Our room was very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Breakfast was reasonable in price and size. I would definitely recommend this to others. However, the only cons are that it's around 5-10 minutes away from station 2 and 3 and towels were not replaced during our 3 night stay.

I booked boracay eden villa tru agoda. The address says that it is in station 3, but when we went to stationn3, it is not there, instead it is located 900 meters away frm station3 and it is located on a hilltop. I had with me my mother in law who is a senior citizen, so we really had a difficult time and we spent a lot for transpo. I felt i was deceived. Agoda is misleading its client. I asked for refund coz we could not stay there considering that i had senior citizen with me, but they wont give a refund. I felt so bad, in fact i am planning to call agoda.

Staff is extremely kind, they gave us water for free. Explained a fast to get to the white beach. Good breakfast. Some bugs and ants in bungalo house, but it was ok. If you live only 1-2 night its good, but don’t recommend more.
