friendly and great service resort”
We had experience a most enjoyable vacation in boracay because of the great and friendly service of the staff from drivers, reception and their guide for water sport sport activities. The room are goods, jacuzzi type pool. One comment only on their food for dinner very expensive and shuttle to d'mall. Their shuttle to d'mall is not so good. Because lack of shuttle van. Have to follow their schedule time on pick up from d'mall to resort. Every hour their shuttle left resort. Wait 15 min from d'mall buget mart for their shuttle to arrive. The rest of service and accomodation is great!!!

great location and view. but needs renovation”
trouble sleeping as the mattress was too hard. was more a futon than a mattress bed was huge but very uncomfortable. there is low light in the bathroom. took 1 shower when i arrived and one the next morning. didn't get hot water. (but my girlfriend did the 2nd time) the room next door was under renovation. very disturbing. but we asked reception and they stopped the renovation immediately. in the room, you cannot find a list of services the hotel provides, a bit embarrassing for a "spa". it s not on their website either... so you have to call or go to the reception. they don't have any therapist present on site, so you need to book in advance. not very 4 stars. the view is amazing. but think that it is overpriced for the quality/state of the hotel. we had to stay one extra night in Boracay and the hotel that we initially booked was full. so we decided to search for a great hotel to spend our last night in Boracay. we paid a premium price for the gran vista and were disappointed about it. as our previous hotel offered more services for half the price. would recommend if you can find a great deal or once it ill be fully renovated.

Everything is good here just a little too old, hope to get some renovation before our next visitation! Breakfast is simple taste is taste. The pool in the room was a little unclean. But it didn't really affect our stay in Grand Vista. Their shuttle were all on time and drivers are all very helpful. Definitely will come back on my next visitation to Boracay Island.

Great Hotel and Nice view but far from beach front”
The hotel was great,good service but not 24hr service,up to 10pm only. Their rooms are spacious,very comfortable. The location is very far from beach but still the location is ok because of the nice overlooking view of the sea. It was a perfect location for taking pictures. Overall the Hotel is ok :) we enjoyed our stay in Boracay Gand Vista.

Breathtaking View”
We stayed here because of the cheap accommodation and wanting to get away from all the noise at the beach. The view was awesome from the balcony and equally as amazing in the public areas downstairs. If you haven't been to Boracay before, I suggest staying closer to the beach as it is a bit of a hassle to wait for the free shuttle to go to the beach every hour. The shuttle finishes at 10pm which is a bit early in my opinion. To get back to the resort after that, you'll need to get a tricycle, which costs around 100 pesos. The bathroom is a little bit worn, but still acceptable. The staff was quite friendly and they even printed a document for me without charge. Breakfast was simple but adequate to last until lunch. The swimming pool was awesome. Overall, a nice hotel to enjoy a bit of quietness from all the hustle and bustles of the main beach.

Enjoyed our stay, very relaxing place,best service”
I'll definitely recommend this place for those who are not used to noisy places and really wanted to relax. I enjoyed their main pool because of the beautiful ocean view while you are swimming. My partner was also surprised of our room because its really spacious, clean, and have a swimming pool. We also made friends with their hotel supervisor, barista, and driver. The resort manager also welcome us and he assure that we will have a very good stay on their resort. They also help me set-up a romantic candle lit dinner with a bouquet of roses and a round cake for my partners birthday. Their breakfast is not like with those 5 stars hotel setup but their food is great and their staff will make sure they will provide all your request. Before I forget, customer support or their sales manager is also very helpful. Every people have their own level of expectation so if you are worried on your stay in this resort just reach out with the sales manager or resort manager. They will surely help you and get a great stay you wanted.

Simply amazing! Had such a great time here!”
We had such an amazing time here, we wish we extended our stay for longer! We arrived later than the check in time and once we got there they relayed the good news that we were upgraded from the Honeymoon Suite to the Grand View Suite! They also greeted us with much enthusiasm and welcome drinks. When we got to the room it was so spacious and beautiful, already adding to the fact that it has a private pool as well as an amazing view of the beach. We ordered dinner there and it was delicious. The next day we ate at the restaurant and swam in the main pool, the water was clean and clear, and very big. Though there were no umbrellas by the chairs so we couldn't stay much for long. We then got on the free hourly shuttle service to D'mall and got to the hotel back without problem. We purchased a romantic dinner for two that night and the set up they created was beautiful, rose petals and candles everywhere with a bottle of wine. The 4 course meal was delicious too. We were scheduled to leave the morning after so I had them arrange the airport shuttle with me which they gladly did, and we got to the airport with no delays at all. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends. The room, the view, the staff, the amenities, it's all worth it!

this has got to be one of the best hotels in Boracay! but most of us filipinos still dont know it coz the location is up in the mountains, thus offering a great view of the beach, it is a perfect getaway for couples, im sure you will also be mesmerized when you get to see that every room in this hotel has its own pool!

Lovely Service with a smile”
it was a very pleasant stay with grand vista. the staffs are all very friendly and helpful. the best of all is they actually gave us a free upgrade and decorated our bed with towel swans and rose petals upon knowing that it was our honeymoon through email exchange.

Private Pool Suite”
Ok i read a lot about this hotel before i decided to make a go. End up it was not that bad as per mention in those feedback (maybe i am just lucky). The rate is definitely consider cheap compare to others big hotel in Boracay with the service they provide (Private Pool!) The view is so amazing from the room and also from the hotel pool. You definitely have to give a try if you are in Boracay. They provide free shutter service to Dmall every hour from 9am to 10pm and from Dmall to hotel every hour from 9:15am to 10:15pm. Yes the hotel is under major renovating but because im staying in Private Pool Honeymoon suite, it is separate building with the one under renovating so doesnt affect us much. Breakfast is provided and not bad :) Btw, my first time experience hotel blackout, probably because of the thunderstorm during the night or maybe is because of the renovation. Plus point for the staff as they reset it immediately, but still is scary expecially if you are taking bath haha

2 week stay”
Great. Fantastic view, best in Boracy. The hotel is on a hilltop that overlooks white beach and sitting in the pool you have an amazing view. Room is large, new and very good. The downside is the location. My wife and I soon discovered that you need to go to Dmall to find decent food, shops, bars, etc. This hotel is a long way from D-mall. They do however provide a free shuttle bus that goes there and back every hour. In the morning all the guests go to dmall/white beach for the day, and return late afternoon/evening. The location is very secure, with only one way in to the hotel and everyone counted and checked when they go in and out. Possible one of the most secure hotels on the island. Its also very quiet and peaceful. The hotel manager is Korean, and most of the guests are Korean. They all seemed very polite and good neighbours, aside from one incident. One negative was a very arrogant Korean gentleman pushing my wife and I back so that Koreans could get on the shuttle bus before us. It left us both feeling a bit stunned and disappointed. The gentleman in question may have been the owner/manager, and he may have some racial prejudice against non-Koreans. However we had no other issues and the Philippine staff were all very professional, efficient and friendly.

Great hotel and view but poor maintainance”
We stay on honeymoon room for one day. The service,room and view was excellence. The room also equipped with big bathroom and private whirpool. The hotel also has a big and clean swimming pool. The hotel also has free shuttle to D mall. The maintainance of the hotel need to improve. Our private whirpool sometimes can't nlow the bubble, cold water and dirty. Better to swim in public pool. I also suggest with the reputation, grand vista should have free shuttle from and to jetty port since some hotel with similar price give it.

A great getaway from the beach”
Our stay in the hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were very friendly, polite and efficient. We were upgraded to a family suite since the AC on the room we initially booked for was not working. The surroundings were clean, the inifinity pool promised a great view of the island. Breakfast food could be improved by providing a wider range to it's guests but this did not bother us in any way since food was tasty. The shuttle service strictly followed their schedule which gave a positive impression to it's foreign guests. I would recommend this hotel to those who would want to get away from the hustle of station 2 and bustle their way to peace and serenity. We would definitely be back here next summer!

Grand vista new year”
Our stay at grand vista was grand to say the least.. The balcony with built in pool of the honeymoon suite was amazing. The view from the balcony was the best I've seen, direct view of the sunset every night.. And the pools outside over looking boracay beach.. Staff were great and very accomodating..

Excellent stay at grand vista, they do need to detail clean the rooms better would go a long way to improving the hotel. The staff are all very wonderful and where so helpful. I would stay here again if not for its location. Its a little far if you want to enjoy the boracay nightlife

beautiful hotel with breathtaking view”
Almost had prob with my reservation(not agoda's fault).I called the hotel a day before my check in date(i was already in boracay enjoying the beach for 2 days before staying in their hotel to relax and be far from the nightlife).they told me that my name is not listed on their reservation list,which means i don't have a room. i told them that i already have my voucher from agoda.they said they had to check first with their manila ofc. In the morning,they told me that they still haven't received confirmation fr their manila office but was asked to just bring my voucher with me. when I got there,it was only received then that they received the confirmation. All in all,i was able to enjoy my stay with my partner. the room itself was nice with lovely interior,though a bit smaller than the picture in their gallery. the jacuzzi/private pool shows sign of aging and seems not very clean,doesn't have heater(just bubbles) so the water is very very cold that you can't swim at night. We enjoyed their outdoor pool. Hotel exterior shows signs of aging,but is still nice in the picture. Staffs are nice,esp the ones in their restaurant. Did i mention the robes? they're kinda old...a bit turn off,and they don't provide bedroom slippers.if you want one,you'll be charge P250.00.

Comfortable room, Great hilltop location, a few flaws”
We had the Honeymoon Suite with breakfast included. PROS: nice large bedroom, nice bed, nice bathroom, hot water mostly, nice aircon, great views, quiet, nice pools, nice architecture and landscape, nice staff, d-Mall shuttle. CONS: We had a 3rd floor room and there was NO elevator, breakfast buffet is basic, shows signs of an aging hotel with some deferred maintenance, no nearby restaurants (skip the hotel restaurant), booking transfers (like through Southwest) is 2x the price when done through the hotel (so do it yourself),

Fantastic staff and a beautiful hotel”
first impresion as of the wonderful staff. nothing was a hassle. always smiling, always helpful. perfect. our room was absolute perfection, overlooking the south side of the island. both my wife and i have absolutely no bad things to report about this hotel and professional staff.
